OUR NEXT MOVE – Andrew Strom
Sad to say, we do not have as much time as I would like to make this decision. The time in our rented house in Canada is up in a few days. We have fasted and prayed about this decision – but really I believe God already spoke to us very clearly at the US border. And there has been nothing to change my mind on that.
I have had Fox News and the Rutherford Institute wanting to get
involved. We certainly could have made a big scene about the
whole thing and got some real Media mileage and Legal mileage –
maybe even “forced” our way into the U.S. But at the end of the
day I have to come back to the question – “What was God trying
to say to us at that border? And are we going to listen, or are
we going to raise a huge clamor and drown out what He was
wanting to speak to us?”
I can still clearly remember the sign inside that building that said-
“We are the Face of the United States” – and I remember thinking
in that moment that a decision was being made about our future
that probably God Himself was behind. It sure was unpleasant
and traumatic, but at least it was definite! There were no shades
of gray – no uncertainty at all. The door was shutting on America
and they were throwing away the key.
Of course I feel sad that we will probably never have another
Thanksgiving with my brother and his wife. I feel sad that we will
never again see all our precious friends right across that vast nation.
I am even going to miss Wal-Mart! But I have to tell you that behind
it all I think God is trying to tell us something. And it is so definite
that I believe our family has to listen. I have believed this since the
moment it happened. Our time in North America is up. Maybe
just temporarily – or maybe forever. I don’t know. But time is up.
This week we fly back home to New Zealand and most likely to
Australia as well. I am looking forward to seeing what is going to
happen, since God redirected our steps so drastically. He must
have something in store.
We are not giving up in any way. Our emails, articles, books and
videos will continue. Right now we have a fantastic mixing guy who
worked with many famous musicians (now a Christian) mixing
our next music album. (His name is Jerry Masters and you can get
his book on Amazon if you ever want to). He simply emailed me
one day and asked if he could help. Even at this early stage I feel
like our songs are sounding better than I thought possible. We truly
believe music can set a platform for the speaking forth of Truth.
And it is a whole new exciting chapter for us.
Please don’t feel sad on our behalf. And don’t be angry at what has
taken place. God is doing something here and we are perfectly
prepared to walk His path – wherever that leads. We will keep in
touch with you all on the Internet.
I just want to say a huge thankyou to all our wonderful friends in
the USA and Canada. We are going to miss you all very much.
North America remains dear to our hearts. But certainly, as many
sense, there are dark and dangerous days ahead.
Our richest blessings to you all, my friends. Thankyou so much for
all the prayers and support you have offered up on our behalf. My
whole family – Jacqui, Ben, Jasmine, Kirsten, Hope and Holly send
their love. We fly out this week. The end of one chapter and the
beginning of another.

I’m sad to hear about your denial to be able to enter the USA. I just wanted to comment that sometimes we need to leave a country and re-enter through a different spiritual gateway. It could mean the Lord wants you wearing a different mantle when you re-enter or it could simply be through a different gateway. Don’t give up hope about ever returning to the USA. If God wants you in there, He will make a way. I do agree that you have discerned correctly that He is telling you to leave. Something big could be on it’s way there, who knows? Anyway, obedience is better than sacrifice.

This was a test on your part: Whether to blame the
Border Guards or admit that you had made a mistake in
assuming you could cross over without the correct visa.
You get a C+ which is a passing grade; but you could
have gotten an A+ if you didn’t cry about it.

As a Canadian, i once used to travel freely across the border. Not now. My history before I was saved is not spotless and with the advent of huge international databases and Homeland Security the formerly easy border is now granite for everybody.
In truth, your crossing the border to preach is your way of working for a living, and you do not have a visa for that. Now, if you apply to do work in the US, you might be told, “we already have enough preachers.”. But if you were requested by a known organization the answer could be different.

Mission teams from our small church go from Texas to Mexico and are much more fruitful there than here. The Kingdom will not be American (or Western) by nature or culture, it will be a mix of every tribe and tongue.

A long drive and I was sooooo disappointed I did not get to meet you and your family after all the years of knowing you through the Internet. Now I guess I will have to wait for heaven!

I am not good at explaining thing in writing so bear with me. Many years ago God told me of the huge amount of money wasted by His people flying around the world to preach, teach, or hold crusades. That money is needed to provide basic necessities to some of God’s people. It may be nice to see the preacher in person but with the Internet it is not necessary anymore. So if you are called to preach in these churches you can do it via Internet and take the money saved and feed the poor. With the economy getting so bad I feel God wants all His to use the less expensive methods to reach the masses and take the huge amount of money saved to take care of those who need help. Personally I love your teachings. I think you are right on but we all have to tighten our belts to survive. Use the means God has provided to reach the USA and other countries-the Internet- and used the saved money to support the widows and orphans as God told us to in the scriptures.
My first response to this was to get very angry and to want to make a national issue on this. I do believe you could, BUT, I also believe that this is not your fight for whatever reason.
There are those on here whose response to everything is to declare doom and judgement. This incident has been fertile ground for that and they fortell all kinds of disasters in the next 6 months as they have been doing for years. Some true, some not.
My suspicion is that the Lord has been whispering something to Andrew for a while now and it’s importance has been missed. It wouldn’t surprise me if your ministry is going in a different direction very shortly Brother Andrew. Your season, and the season we are in is changing. The wake up call has sounded and now we are being called to arms, euphemisticly speaking (I’m not talking armed insurrection for all of you literalist out there). A lot of us on the fringes are going to be put to work in unexpected ways very shortly.
Andrew, I’m quite proud of how you are walking through this episode and it is a wonderful display of how to obey our Father, without denying our humanity. May his blessings abound for you, in your life, family, ministry. Go in Peace.

Andrew, I have had the privelege of having friends that personally know you. And they have had the actual privelage of personally knowing you and your beautiful family. Their communication of nothing but high regard about the Strom family is rare and high praise. In this somewhat unbelievable situation you have once again showed what being a true christian is all about. Listening for the voice of the Holy Spirit in these situations is what it is all about. And your witness stands as a sign of your heart before us and the Lord!
Mene Mene Tekel Upharsin! America…you’ve been weighed in the scales and found wanting. God has numbered the days of your kingdom and will soon bring it to an end. Am I the only Christian who believes America is the Mystery Babylon spoken of in the Revelation of Jesus Christ? I think not!
Brother Strom, please pray for the genuine body of Christ here in America. Historically, many scholars have agreed that the parable of the fig tree refers to Israel. If a generation equals 70 to 80 years, and the year 1948 is the starting point, then the Lord will return between 2018 and 2028. I am not setting dates, as some will accuse, because Matthew 24:36a states “But of the day and hour knoweth no man”. However, we are to be cognizant of the ‘signs’ all around us.
Andrew, the Lord bless you and your family as you head home.
We will continue to be edified and blessed through your books and ministry on the internet here in the US and trust that your ministry will grow in both influence and purpose with your following what you clearly feel is direction from the Lord.
My pastor George Isley, who went home to be with Jesus a few years ago, would have agreed with and encouraged your decision. He often could see the Lord’s purpose in difficult situations and he always seemed to be right. More then once he told me things I did not what to hear seemingly holding me back from things I was “so sure” the Lord was leading me to do but I later came to realize would have kept me from finding the Lord’s greater purpose in my life.

Just wondering, with Gen, why you decided not to stay in Canada? Apologies if you have explained somewhere I haven’t read…. I agree with Nancy White – maybe you can use electronic means to address audiences in the US, although I appreciate it will be sad not to see friends and family at this point… however, as others have said to me at the crossroads in my life, when one door closes, another opens. The thoughts about using music sounds really exciting – my heart also. New tunes, new words – a new sound for the hour! Lots of love to you all and may you have a smooth transition to wherever you feel led to make your base next.
I think Andrew is correct in wanting to find out what God is trying to tell him about ministry in the U.S. As I have said elsewhere, I think that Christianity is the last hope of the U.S., … and vice-versa. What went on today in Glenn Beck’s massive rally in D.C. is all about Jesus and the U.S. And, Beck said so for all to hear. God is doing a work in the U.S. and it’s like has not been seen since the Great Awakening of 1720-1740, which led to the American Revolution. David Barton is even calling this a new Great Awakening. I am finding that to minister in the U.S. requires one to see how one’s ministry fits with what God is currently doing in the U.S. My own local church is going through that, right now. How do we fit what’s going on? By November we may know.
THIS REFLECTS THE SPIRITUAL STATE OF N. AMERICA:

Usually what happens in the natural follows what has already just taken place in the spiritual, as it were. I see this as an indication of what’s taking place over N. America right now, (and the rest of the western world usually follows as we saw with the Todd Bentley saga in 08). The door is closing on truth and deception will take its place. We will all need to submit deeply and focus on serving Gods purposes in order to survive the coming tide of deception. Head knowledge on its own will not be enough as that can easily be lost or change under spiritual pressure, sometimes dramatically sometimes slowly and almost imperceptibly over time.
A great wave of apostasy is now immanent across the church of the entire western world.

But God is sovereign, He is realigning the position and prominence that the western worlds church presently has on the rest global body of Christ so the body overal can be better prepared for the end times. God cannot allow the many worldly western teachings to keep proliferating and infecting the rest of the body of Christ as they are at present.

I greatly respect that your are hearing what the Spirit has to say concerning America at this time. We also must now exercize our senses for the discerning of good and evil. You have exhibited time, and time again, that you clearly hear from the Holy Spirit and that you do not follow the voice of a stranger. I believe that God is clearly putting the responsibilty for proclaiming truth in America, truth without compromise, square on the shoulders of those who stand behind the pupits of this nation. Those shepherds who fleece the sheep and who starve, beat, eat the fat from, neglect and/or scatter the sheep, will pay a heavy price of judgement from God just as seen in Ezekiel 34.
We wil continue to pray for you and your family. All we ask in return is that you please continue to pray for those of us who stand without compromise in the pulpits of America.

I am embarrassed for our country, but highly appreciate your attitude of submission to the will of our Lord. It confirms in my mind your sincerity in following Jesus, who was humble and submitted to Abba.

Lets be honest – there are no signs or fruit of any great awakening taking place in the USA or in rest of the western world, quite the opposite is true.

We all need to stay motivated and encouraged but clinging to false hopes only leads to the exact opposite further down the line. Lets get real, we have had decades of false prophecies and false hopes of a great revivals in the west, all have proven false, anyone could have predicted that if theyd honestly analysed the state of the church here. This is even less likely now than ever before.

Lets bite the bullet and face up to whats really going on, be real about the fruit that will follow tomorrow and get our motivation to serve from Gods Spirit not ridiculous pie in the sky false hopes any more. Enough is enough, God doesnt bless backslidden churches now anymore than He would have that of Laodicea in the book of Revelations 2000 years ago.

I have always appreciated your stance and on all things Christian and especially some of your more recent regarding holiness and right standing with God and not having any awareness of sin or being displeasing to the Lord. You have just gone up a few more notches in my book with your refusal to make an issue out of being turned away at the border. Sorry it had to happen but I’m sure that many of Paul’s friends thought he should have made a big deal out of some of his beatings too but he knew his Lord better than they did and was able to allow the Holy Spirit to control his responses.

Someone asked about Canada.
Yes – we love this place and it’s people too – but we came here not just to minister to Canadians (which we have been doing) but also to Americans. There are 33 million Canadians and 300 million Americans that we believed we were to minister to by living here. Now suddenly 300 million are cut off. Also – the type of visa we have here limits any work or education for our children. When looking at the whole overall situation we have been very aware that cutting off the USA really puts our whole situation in North America into an entirely different light. We took what happened at the border to really be speaking to us about our whole situation in North America as a whole. I certainly feel that is what God intended. -Which means a radically new direction. We sadly cannot sense that we are meant to stay.

I’ve been following your mails from Norway for some time now, and I do not know your mission and call about USA. It is a big earth and a lot of people. Lots of people to be concerned about. But, there many, many brothers and sisters in Christ who has been enlightened about going astray, me included.
Not knowing right now, I see that as a tactical move by God, that your enemy would not know the next move. He is the most clever One. Be at peace, brother!
Could it be that God was testing you? When people run into adversity of any kind, they automatically assume that God is now not in what ever they thought God was leading them to do. It was painful so that means God must be saying quit, move on, I have something less painful for you to do.
Again, I ask, could it be that God is testing you to see how much you want to ministry in the USA? He may have put up a road block to see if you are serious about the mission He had you on. Just look at the grief that New Testament missionaries had to endure? Did they quit? Did they go back home to wonder and wait for some word on what to do next? NOPE! Even when they sat in jail they used their time to witness. If you believe that God wanted you to come to the USA and preach, He surely would have let you know before you were at the door that He has changed His mind.
Could it be that the evil one was allowed to sift your resolve?

He may have closed the door to you….but not to those of us who care about
this country. Our national sins are grievous, but the Lotrd promised if we humble ourselves and seek His face, he will heal our land. II Chron. 7:14

I am so sorry and ashamed that our nation has become what it has and done this to you and your family. I agree that you need to listen to God and do exactly what He tells you but I also ask you to consider going to the press(like FOX News) and the Rutherford institute for the purpose of shining a light on the evil that was done to you. The people of this nation need to know how our government is treating Christians – including prominent Pastors that travel all over the world. Maybe this happened to you because, like Esther, you were called for such a time as this. God Bless You and yours

We feel that the Lord is making a LOUD statement to the American Christians to RUN TO HIM NOW! Those of us who have been living in the Fire for many years, and have spoken the same message of repentance and commitment to Jesus will be kept in the hollow of His hand, while the unrepentant children are disciplined for all they have NOT been doing to live the uncompromised truth of the gospel. He has said that He needs to “spank” the church, and that there is no longer any delay. By Him not allowing you and your family into the US was a very LOUD AND RESOUNDING statement, like a billboard, TIME IS UP, NOW MUST COME THE CHASTENING! AMEN Lord, bring it on!!!! We want YOUR will and YOUR heart concerning all things, and sometimes it does not look very pleasant, may even look scary, but it is YOUR mercy to bring the chastening so that the rebellious ones will have an opportunity to be restored. All is well, because HE is ALL IN ALL.
What a gracious reply you have posted. God indeed is Lord of all. I was angry until I read what you wrote and was gently reminded how he puts up roadblocks to redirect us.

I would say that the block at the boarder was intended.
From all accounts quite a bit of prayer went into all this and there was no word from the Lord to say that you should not go. The fact is that you were meant to go and you were meant to be stopped there and turned back.
This whole indecent has probable served more to give the churches head a shake than all the preaching would have done anyway. It has made public the hypocrisy of the governing functions of the nation and shown where it is all headed. The actions taken will speak far louder than any words that could have been uttered.
You are the Lords servant and he will use his servant as he wills, Rejection is just a part of the servants walk along with persecutions and hardships. But in those circumstances the Lord gets his message across to those that he has an interest in. This indecent has been used to reach those that need to be reached. They did not need the sermon and probably did not desire a sermon anyway but the action has probably gotten their attention.
More often than not it is Gods plan in action and we are just the pieces he uses. That is what being a servant is all about, Obedience regardless of the outcome and not counting the personal cost.

I truly can’t say I am not sad inside because of the obvious harshness of the seeming “attack,” but I praise the Lord for your sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and willingness to lay down your desires to follow a path only prepared by the Lord. You are such an inspiration and truly, I believe in the days ahead, we must follow those blocks in our paths as direction from the Lord to protect and guide us.
Your response and willingness to follow the unknown is speaking to my heart and I know God has you in the palm of his hand. May God keep and protect you and assure you each step of the way that you are so precious and a light to so many of us – you will be ever in my prayers. For sure you are loved and have been such a powerful inspiration to my heart.

—Matthew Paris tells us, in the year 1072, when preaching was suppressed at Rome, letters were framed as coming from hell, wherein the devil gave them thanks for the multitude of souls sent to him that year. But we need no letters from hell, we have a sad account from heaven, in what a sad state those souls are left, from whom the means of salvation are cut off: ” Where no vision *’ is, the people perish,” Prov. xxix. 18. and Hos. iv. 6. ” My’ people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”
It is sad when those stars that guide souls to Christ, (as that which the wise men saw did) are set, and wandering stars shall shine in their places. O if God remove the golden candlestick out of its place, what but the desolation and ruin of millions of souls must follow?”—
Fortunately, there is a body within America; a legitimate, truly born-again Christian body, although it is very small compared to the professing visible body. The church is the remnant, and no doubt God will use His church to pick up the torch and run where those outside the borders cannot. Then again, we don’t know either what God plans to do with His body here either. In the same way, might He also hide this candle? Either way, what He plans certainly will not fail. Let it be said of God, “that you may be justified in your words, and prevail when you are judged” (Romans 3:4).
I Thessalonians:
2:17 But we, brethren, having been taken away from you for a short time in presence, not in heart, endeavored more eagerly to see your face with great desire.
2:18 Therefore we wanted to come to you—even I, Paul, time and again—but Satan hindered us.
2:19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming?
2:20 For you are our glory and joy.
3:1 Therefore, when we could no longer endure it, we thought it good to be left in Athens alone,
3:2 and sent Timothy, our brother and minister of God, and our fellow laborer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you and encourage you concerning your faith,
3:3 that no one should be shaken by these afflictions; for you yourselves know that we are appointed to this.
Persecution has quietly begun in America, but a remnant remains here, diligently seeking God, purifying our lives, and preparing for the fire ahead. If you are called to America, you will face the same opposition that we face. But as Paul said, we are not to be shaken by these afflictions. We are appointed to this, for we are not of this world.
God’s grace and peace to your family from the body of Christ in America. And don’t be surprised if He’s not done with you yet in America. :)

God Bless You and Your Family, Andrew. Watching how our country has gone on the downward slide, we truly need good Holy Ghost Preachers these days. I pray the Lord will raise up those within our borders that will never stop speaking the truth. As for the troubles with your border crossing, I will take that as a Blessing and Deliverance from the Lord for you and your family. America has some hard days ahead, we have been preparing for about 6 yrs. I talked to a man a couple days ago who has a masters in Economics, and he says that America is going to go bankrupt with all the excessive spending by our government. Remembering David Wilkerson’s Urgent Message last year, we see how far things have declined. The Lord may very well be sparing you what is ahead. I also agree with Nancy White that the opportunities thro the internet gives great possibilities and unlimited access even to Americans. God is doing a new thing, in many peoples lives, shaking them up and moving them around. He needs His Key people in their rightful places to be effective for HIm. There will be great and wonderful times ahead, in the midst of everything else.
My dear precious brother I will abide by how you and your family feel and not pursue legal challenges. I was looking forward to your ministry here. I for one spent many years out of the USA and saw real revival through our work in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
I do feel sorry for this nation in rejecting a true voice of the Lord for this hour. I personally have been arrested in three countries and have been deported from one for preaching this gospel. God always worked out for HIS glory and for the redemption of many.

As one would expect, the responses to Andrew’s decision to move are many and varied, however there is a point I would like to raise and it is this: There has been much said about the ‘coming judgement of America’ etc.
We throw around scriptures from Ezekiel and Jeremiah about the wayward shepherds/ pastors of the sheep, about the ‘false prophets & false prophetesses etc and speak harsh words against ‘the false church’ etc and while I don’t doubt that America (and in fact, the whole world) will come under God’s judgement, where do WE come from when we speak out that judgement?
Do we perhaps speak out of self-righteousness and pride? Are we declaring that we are better than those whom we are condemning? Do we see the speck in our brother’s eye and neglect the plank in our own eye?
Abraham and Moses stood between a very angry God and a rebellious and stiff-necked people. God was about to annihilate a whole race of people – His chosen people no less… but for the humbleness of these two men. Why then do we in our time, have the audacity to call down thunder and fire and brimstone upon a wayward nation?
Yes, the sin of America (and other countries) stinks to high Heaven, but what do WE present when we become angry and full of self-righteousness? PRIDE is what we present!
Even God said of Jesus… “This is my Son in whom I am well PLEASED”. Never did God say, “I am proud of my Son…”
By all means we need to register our dislike and even our hatred of what is happening in America, for it IS vile… but we must not condemn the people, because Jesus shed His blood not just for us (self-righteous ones) but for a dying world who do not know Him yet.
America has sinned and so has Australia and England and Germany, France etc etc and now we are being inundated by Islam/ Muslim people… but isn’t that exactly what has happened throughout Biblical history? God has brought in peoples from other nations (and religions) to stir up and persecute His people?
Perhaps Andrew’s time in America/ Canada is up – perhaps not. But surely that’s between God and Andrew and at no time should Andrew be lifted up like an idol or attain cult status – that would be so dangerous to him and to his family.
Perhaps Andrew does present an alternative to modern day so-called Christianity – but much care needs to be taken in so doing.

Brother, you don’t know how it has saddened our congregation that you will not be able to come in Oct. We have been looking forward to it since New Jersey this past May. But as we were praying about the “Superbowl” I never got an answer from the Lord on what we needed to be doing in preparation. Now we have the answer. I want to get mad at satan and just start praying and fasting that just as Daniel saw the Prince of Persia delay Gabriel for 21 days, we needed to wait for the ArchAngel Michael to show up in this battle and change immigrations’ minds. As I considered that, I also thought of the three old ladies who prayed for Duncan Campbell to come to the Hebrides. Not to Give Up!!!! But then the Spirit reminded me of ALL the times that America has been offered a chance to repent, instead she has hardened her heart. I was also reminded that REVIVAL is coming to America, but it will be a Great Affliction that brings her to her knees. That Affliction is already starting. We as believers must get ready to provide Living Water in this Drought that is coming upon us. Then we will all be missing Walmart. ‘Cause they will be one of the first to bite the dust. I know of several evangelists, particularly from the islands. They come over here to USA and preach and hold revivals and go back home.
Some have religious visas. Others have educational ones with which they come here to go to bible school/seminaries. They become international students and when school is finished, they can remain in the country if a church sponsors them or return home.
I know many Jamaicans, Tobagoans, Ghanians, Canadians with work visas who are in the country, not citizens, but as long as they have a job, they can remain and apply for citizenship. It takes many years, though.
However, it is best to obey the Lord. God be with you and family!

Andrew I am so sorry that you had to go through what you went through with your family. Only God truly knows why you had to go though this. I do know that the Apostle Paul did not get to go to all the places that he wanted to go till God opened the door to let him go. The Apostle Paul never gave up in trying to go to those hard to go places he wanted to go. I hope you do not give up so easily in trying to come back to USA just because of one situation at one of our borders. I’ve heard many stories over the years of people having trouble crossing over but the hard ones had to use an immigration attorney. This is wise at this time for you if you want to come back. I pray that time heal your wounds and that you continue to try to come back to USA. It won’t be long before people will be trying to get out, but right now people still want to come to USA. May God continue to lead your path my friend and brother.

I have been following your teachings for many, many years now and I personally know that your teachings which are of absolute biblical truth, have discipled many here in the U.S. I praise the Lord the day he led me to your ministry, for it was the very first time I heard someone speak what I had believed, had spoken, and had been cast aside by the “church” for doing so. I felt alone with the truth, and then the Lord led me to your ministry! I have watched you over the years and not once did you flip flop back and forth with various doctrines as MANY do here in the U.S. what you said 10, 15 years ago you are still saying the same and there have been many a times you were faced with ridicule and the like by man, yet you still STOOD FIRM in that which you preached never denying the message of the cross. You did not preach the truth of God’s word for profit but for the edifying and spiritual growth of the body of Christ! YOU Andrew, truly shepherd the flock of The Lord, you put the needs of the sheep and of the lambs before your own and you spiritually fed them. You are HIGHLY FAVORED and BLESSED of the Lord my friend, and your departure is only temporary. You will be back :-)
My prayer is for those who’ve been discipled over the years through the teachings you’ve shared would now rise up and be as bold in speech as you are and proclaim the truth of God’s word to every organized church here in the U.S. If they refuse to hear, shake the dust from your feet and move forward to the next, for the church of America is about to be judged!

Your post here has annoyed me enough to write a reply. I don’t see Andrew crying about anything. And I don’t think God is such a harsh schoolmaster (where do you get your impression of God?) that he gives out passes and fails and grades about how right we get it.
The fact that Andrew was grilled for 6hrs while his family sat in the car on the border, and soon realised that he wouldn’t be going to the States anytime soon – which meant no preaching, no visit to friends or family he has there is a horrible ordeal for anyone to undergo. A little bit of compassion wouldn’t go amiss – since you are his Christian brother and not his judge.

Sorry about the sad report about your not being able to stay and minister with us in the states. I will say that I was truly blessed to have you speak to our small group of people in Fresno Ca. though, and it did leave a lasting imprint in our lives. I’m still following everything you teach and I love your heart for the ministry of the Lord bro.
You will be missed, but maybe there will be other opportunities in the future? As I mentioned to Mike, I told him that you imparted to us what God desired you to impart, and as I said before I felt as if I entertained a true apostle and prophet of God when I was blessed to have you and your family with me for those 3 days.
You will live on in our lives through the internet, facebook, this site, your books, your families music that I look forward to hearing, and many other means of reaching us.
I also mentioned to Mike what God begun, no one can stop if it is of Him, you did your part for now and I’m sure if God sees fit you will be back again. I don’t know everything about what it takes to get through the borders, but if there is a will, there is a way. Till then, as I said, you have already imparted to us much and this will continue to grow and produce likewise fruit.
God is doing His work in us who have heard and follow you, so please don’t underestimate the impact you have already had in the lives of many!

I see nothing wrong in giving the story to the press. Sure our main battle is in the heavenlies, however it’s God’s world and too often Christians have kept silent. There are groups like J Sekulow’s Centre for Law and Justice [can't remember exact name] who are fighting these things on the ground. America was founded on Christian principles and Christians there need to make their voices heard as they are doing in Washington at the moment. Paul appealed to Caesar and made his Roman citizenship known when he was in trouble. Christians too often have pursued a policy of non involvement in politics and left the field to those with Godless agendas. Humanism is the Beast and we need to fight it on every level. It is inconsistent to pray for God’s will to be done and His kingdom come on Earth as in Heaven and not do all we can to stand up for the principles of the kingdom. I hope that you will fight this and enlist the help of others. Win or lose, it may pave the way for others. Jesus said to go into all the world and make disciples of all the nations. Acording to these scriptures most are not walking in love with brother Andrew in fact it sounds like you are making him into a false prophet. You all act as if God does not know what he is doing and must have made a mistake by not allowing Andrew into this country. I think in the end many will see there is much more to this then you know and so many here are taking away form Andrew and what God is wanting to do through him by making him into the very thing he is suppose to be against. So many are upset about Benny Hinn and todd Bently and many others go back and read your own posts what if somebody dares question Andrew or bring correction to him? You all jump on them like fleas on a dog. Read the scriptures above and really think about what they say and then when you want to kill me for bringing this up go read all of Luke chapter 6 and remenber to love even those you are suppose to hate. The “chip-on-the-shoulder” Christianity that demands its rights is so prevalent in the U.S. Your refusal to let Fox News make your case an “issue,” and instead acknowledging God as the One Who opens and shuts door is a needed rebuke-by-example to one of the corrupt operative attitudes rampant in the American Church.

The fact of the matter is if any think that the devil or any spirit can stop what God is doing they are sorley mistaken.
We may slow things by misunderstanding what God is doing or not listening to Him and have to back track there are any number of reasons. But to think that in any way the devil can stop the plans of God you underestamate the power of God and give way to much power to a mear created being. God is almighty God and none can stay His hand and all really does work for those who are lead of His Spirit. Some of you have put your love for a man over the ability of all mighty God to perform His will. You would rather say that some how God messed up or is giving all over to the enemy then to just say that all is really working out for the good of all involved.

What I am saying is satan can not operate with out God allowing it. Where is the bible does it say almight devil?
So many believe these things because you have been told that the devil use to be something other then the devil. More fairy tales from the minds of carnal minded men and another reason why the church system is failing. Jesus said the devil was a murder from the begining he never once thought he use to be something other then the devil. Could have something to do with the victory being in Christ he did not seem to be under the infulence of fairy tales. And neither is Christ in us. He is the same and never changes. Most do not know God as almighty God they think and have been told he has made mistakes from the start and maybe some day we will have the victory. Thanks God there is a rement that see and believe other wise. If satan is stoping any one from doing any thing it is because God is allowing it and it is that simple.And while many times it is disobdince on our part it can still not happen if God says no. The Bible does say “the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one” 1 John 5:19 and also that the god of this age has blinded the minds of the people of the world 2 Cor 4;4 that’s why we have to continue to “wrestle against principalities and powers and spiritual wickedness in high places” Ephesians 6:12
Everything that happens in the world is plainly not the will of God. Otherwise we would have to say that e.g. the holocaust was God’s will. The Kingdom hasn’t come in its fulness yet. The battle is still on but we will win. The kingdom of heaven suffers violence and the viiolent take it by force. I hope Andrew will fight.

Well stand back and get out of the way there is a people rising up in the earth even now that will set all creation free by the power of God because for 2000 years the power has been here and religion has lied to every one and said not now later. To day is the day and God says all has been done who will go for me and wake from the sleep of the dead and do great exploits in my name? This is for who soever. Are you going to continue to believe lies or almighty God that in Christ truly we have the victory now or wait for something that will never happen and God will pass you by.

I pray that all would have their eyes opened to the fact that Christ is their life now and throw down all the fables of the Church realm because it and its fables are passing away because there are a few that are beginning to see and to know they have been given eternal life and that life is in Christ and it is now. They will walk as He walked and He in them will once again trample all the power of the enemy. Many of the lies that you have got mad at me about the things we are not suppose to talk about on this forum are the very things that hold you back from growing up in Christ now. Much of what you believe is the very reason the Church system is failing. Watchfull this whole message is not pointed at you because I believe you really are hearing God and not only have you come out of babaloyn you are getting it out of you. The very first step is to not hate someone just because they believe something in scripture a little diffrent then you guess what they may be right.

Brother Andrew, God orders everyone of our steps. For you and your family to return home, is something I believe is a must at this time. You are so correct that ‘dark dangerous days are ahead’. For this reason, I believe God is getting you and your family, back to your ‘home’ and extended/immediate family. The Lord is preparing His people. God is sheltering His people, and placing those whom He has called to His Work, to be just where He needs us all to be….and for His reasons. I’m glad you and your family are obedient to the Lord, and most importantly you do not make a step, unless you have sought God first. As you completely understand, we must stay in the Will of God always. Have a safe return back to New Zealand. It is wonderful to still keep in touch via the internet. God bless you richly!
Brother Andrew. God is just getting his team ready for the last quarter and then on to 2 minute warning. This is going to be a ruff quarter and we all have to team together and play it through!

I agree with Sandi Smoth ( above) that God may well be reconnected you with your home roots and extended family, as He is realigning so many of us, as we are willing to “lay it” dowm for Him. Whatever “it” may be.

I have seen you speak three times and was hoping to see again in Wisconsin in September. Sadly it won’t be working out.
Just reading your account, it doesn’t seem the door is permanently barred. There was something about your paper work the Customs officials didn’t like. If you were to get the proper paperwork, do you think there would be a problem? Unless I am missing something, it doesn’t seem they looked at you and said, ‘hey, this guy preaches repentence – don’t let him in’. They didn’t study your preaching and rejected you on that basis of your message. Hopefully if you get the proper paperwork, then we can see and hear you speak again.
This sort of reminds me of Paul in Acts 16. Paul was hoping to go to Asia, but ended up in Macedonia. You were hoping to return to America, but ended up in New Zealand. The best and wisest course of action is always go where the Holy Spirit leads you. I think it was wise that you didn’t get FOX news involved. Why try and force to the door open if God wants you elsewhere???
Hopefully in the not too distant future, you can have Thanksgiving dinner with your brother’s family in Wisconsin (and maybe do some speaking in the Fox River Valley again) ;-)
Can I make a suggestion of a speaking topic? When you speak, you often mention the differences between the respected revivalists in history (like Charles Finney and Johnathon Edwards) and the “modern” way of doing things. As a result of hearing you speak, I have radically changed how I talk about God to others. I will put a strong emphasis on God’s Holiness and hatred of sin, and the need to live a holy life.
Would it be possible to maybe do an hour long sermon on how you would explain the gospel to non-believers? Not in the context where you are talking to a church explaining how it has changed over time, but rather, what would you say if you were speaking to a true unbeliever?
It would be very interesting in hearing how you would witness to unbelievers.
Just one other thought, if you are speaking in New Zealand and Oz, can you post your sermons on the internet. I am rather ignorant of the internet, but would it be a problem to put a ‘sermon of the week’ on your website?
I wish you well. There are two people who have greatly influenced my view of Christianity. One is K.P. Yohannan of Gospel for Asia, and the second would be you. Both you and K.P. emphasize how a true disciple of Jesus Christ is totally committed to serving his Lord and Master as a disciple (not a mere church-goer). That is a message which the whole Christian church needs to take to heart.

First of all I have been what you say a true christian for most of my life.I am now 53.I know God allows things to happen but he does it for a reason and that does not always mean when something happens we just say well God let it happen so just don’t do anything about it.
My brother I do not claim to know everything but I do know God test us and has all throughout time.Just because things happen you really believe that we are not to do nothing just because it happens.
If we get cancer do we just say,God let it happen so we don’t go to the doctor,if terrorist kill our citizens,do we just sit back and let them continue to do it,if someone took our kids away for no reason, do we let them do it,when Israel was attack by other kings in the bible did the kings of Israel do nothing about it and they were true christians, if our rights are taken away by men sit on doing evil, do we sit by and let them do it all under the guise of saying God let it happen, so whatever happens we never do anything about it.I am sorry,no I am not sorry but God gave us a brain and expects us to use it.

My point is that satan use to be our God but is no longer in Christ
Jesus. No where did any one tell any one to do nothing.
These things are all by faith and our victory is in Christ as we sit with Him in the heavens high above any devils and such.
Any body who is a christian should be learning how to walk by faith and be far above the things of the world. We operate like Jesus did. He said he seen satan fall like lighting from the heavens this should be our testamoiny to. Most of what is happening is not the devil it is men reaping what they have sown
Many are christians who just dont know how to walk in the victory we have in Christ. We to should be able to say the devil comes but he will find nothing in me. Stop giving the enemy credit when we are told the victory is complete in Christ. To many hold thier own experince over what the bible says and not only dont grow they keep others from growing. Sounds like the church system.
This isn’t about Canada or the USA it isn’t about whoes armed or not this isn’t about invasions. This is about God. I was here and saw the faces on Andrew and his family as they came back to my home. It is about God slamming shut the door. We had to many people praying for God will to come forth and it did. He that is God warns us near the end of days he will remove His spirit from the people. Like andrew I too travel around from place to place doing the work of God. We always have people praying for us and when God shuts to door it is shut and another will open. I think as I ponder on all of this there is a clear message that God is sending and he used Andrew again to send forth that message North America Wake up. I am pulling my servants from you and will protect them from your bowls and nashing teeth. God has simply implamented the plan He told us about many a year ago. So stop and think about this if God has indeed removed His spirit from America that has already fallen apart how much more is there to come, a complete melt down and disaster is this what it will take before every knee Bows and surrenders to God. Hold your families tight guard yourselves against the enemy and love on your neighbour because you just never know when that final trumpet will blow

I think you misunderstood me. Yes Christians do have total victory in Christ. Everything God’s going to do in the world has already been achieved at the Cross. Christians have to rise up and enforce Christ’s victory over the Devil. Meanwhile he continues to influence the people of the world. The Word says that the god of this age has blinded their eyes. We are called to do spiritual warfare to set people free to see truth and hear the Gospel. Hebrews 10 says that Jesus is waiting for His enemies to be made His footstool.

I am sorry that you were not allowed into the country I find it appalling that you were turned back, yet if you came up through the southern boarder that you could get through as so many thousands have in years past.
I sure hope that the Lord has not shut our doors and sealed our fate. Is there any hope for us? I pray that it is not too late for us.

I agree with you David Larson. The people who give satan the credit for this, I think dont really know how the Holy Spirit operates, and dont depend on Him to teach, guide, and lead .If we have a close ness with HIm we just KNOW that we KNOW. It takes an intimate reationship with Him , and we are sensitive to the gentle nudging He gives.We are being disobedient if we ignore this and He is grieved. It is very important in these days to listen to that still voice.
Some Christians ought to wake up and smell the coffee. We do have an adversary who is desperate to keep his influence over the earth and to oppose the preaching of the Gospel. That’s not giving satan credit it’s just telling it as the Bible does. What happened to Andrew was no “gentle nudging ” of the Spirit. I’m sure Andrew sought the will of the Lord before he set up the meetings in USA. Having been a Spirit filled Christian for many years I think I know something about His leading. Andrew – When God asked you to go to America, did He later change His mind and say, ‘No, I meant for you and your family to go back to New Zealand and Australia’?
Like some of the other post my first reaction was one of anger and I too thought of contacting our reps in Washington and still can if you so desire. But my question is what does it say for we who call ourselves Americans land of the free and home of the brave. Have we as a nation sunk so low that we deny God Fearing People into our once great nation and what is next? Has God taken His Hand off us?

I think God is giving a clear wake up call to the church with a quake in Christchurch. Perhaps the shaking and judging is starting in earnest and it is time for I Peter 4:17 Judgement first begins with His people. We must all be exactly where He would have us be , not where our flesh wants to be. We must not make any major decisions without prayer, fasting and several confirmations from the word.Things are heating up. Be ready folks.

Our temporal life here is a time of preparation for our life on the New Earth. It is a time of letting God remove the “bushel of flesh/self” that covers His Light in us. It is a time of producing much fruit (Gal 5) that brings Him Glory.
That’s it. That’s all there is. A simple life following Jesus only.
Believers today are CHASING AFTER the new way; the new truth; the new excitement; the new battle; the gifts; the blessings; the “highs”.
God says to chase after (SEEK) His heart; His righteousness; His Kingdom.

Do you have any idea how much you take for granted?
Has it occurred to you that what you have
makes up the majority of who you are in your own mind?
Picture the concept of losing everything.
I don’t mean having a little chink in your routine,
I mean losing everything that you use
to remain in a position of strength and peace.
What if tomorrow you lost your health,
all your money,
had no place to live,
no hope to help yourself or your family in any way;
and all those who claimed to be your friends
walked in other directions.
What if, instead of being able to use your resources
to gain everything back,
they all were gone and there was absolutely nothing you could do
to help yourself – ever.
Who would you be?
Exodus 33:3-5 NIV “Go up to the land flowing with milk and honey. But I will not go with you, because you are a stiff-necked people and I might destroy you on the way.”
4) When the people heard these distressing words, they began to mourn and no one put on any ornaments.

24) For whoever would preserve his life and save it will lose and destroy it, but whoever loses his life for My sake, he will preserve and save it [from the penalty of eternal death].
25) For what does it profit a man, if he gains the whole world and ruins or forfeits (loses) himself?
An extended season the Lord once had Merry, Jubilee, and me in was one of bringing us almost to the point indicated in the Father’s Heart message above. We had to go without almost everything, received food from others; and lost any semblance of a reputation in the eyes of some. We were judged, condemned, told that we must be in deep sin; and rejected by those who had not heard the same thing that we had.
Even though many people were nourished by what the Lord chose to share through us during that time, we – at times – cared little about the fulfillment of the needs of others; we wanted our portion. Many times, “What’s in it for us?” was a thought that had to be cast aside as our needs became gigantic before us, and our “self-worth” diminished accordingly.
Often we found that our flesh was alive and well and following us wherever we went. Once the mask of exterior coverings had been removed, we squirmed, became fearful, despaired; and, at times, held anger in our hearts toward others – even God – as He walked us through our circumstances. We sometimes reacted like little children holding our breath during a trial, or wept at our loss of any honorable position; and even spent time attempting to prove to others that we still had value. Much repentance went on as these sins were exposed in us.
Over time, the incredible mercy of our Lord has allowed us to see past our false security in things, as He continues to make Himself our only hope – not due to any spiritual wealth on our part; but simply because all other options are disappearing. At the beginning of the realization of what our world was becoming because of where He has called us to go with Him, Jesus was Lord to us because there was nothing else that we could hang on to. Over time, He is becoming absolute Lord to us because He alone is worthy of our allegiance and trust. To have Him as our only source for anything, while we do what we have been told to do, has become more comfortable than hanging on to the fleeting things that gave hope in the past.
Our portion in the Lord now is teaching us that who we are is not found in what we have, what others think of us; and how we can use our own resources to maintain some sort of position, power, or safety. We are beginning to get the idea that who we really are is in Him alone.
Absolute Lordship means that we have no source or worth except in the Lord. We have begun to see that the real definition of Christianity is the thorough understanding of our desperate need of a Savior every day of our lives in Whom we are to place all of our trust. I am sure that is where He wants all of us.

God can speak clearly through circumstances… if we listen. When He says, GO, then just go! You are where you need to be, brother.
The messages that you had in your heart for the American church will still be spoken to us, even if it is not through you. God will always find a voice!
Maybe at some point in the future, you can return to the USA. Who can say what the future holds? In any case, I can see that many people love you and your family, and distance does not change that.
