   I am reposting my concern. I don't like controversy but I also know that we must be diligent to defend "the faith once delivered to the saints."

   I was sent an email this morning directing me to the following website: http://www.identitynetwork.net/apps/store/default.asp?view=profile&itemid=37124

   What I find there is frightful to me. I am posting exactly what is said on the website for the CD "Orbs of Light."

   "This CD is a first of its kind dealing with the supernatural manifestations of light. It is time to soak in the light and brightness of His coming. Light comes to expose, penetrate and show the essence of things we can not see without it. When seeing through a prism, we view the different colors like a rainbow that is blended in the light.

   This stuff reminds me of the Beatles song "Tomorrow Never Knows." The Beatle's lyrics are:

   ahah what a website, a great concentrate of wacko prophets and gurus !

   Orbs of Light , soaking in the glory realm , the sounds of now , surrender to the void, ... : all utter nonsense ! They may want to make of their followers zombies without a brain, but what is achieved for sure is that they drift away always more from the only sure Anchor for the soul.
   Perhaps these dudes think the fate of mankind is to be like sardines in oil , in a small tin box.
   the only thing that is soaking in our home are the socks and the other clothes in the washing-machine.

   well all this new-age stuff is not disturbing to us, for we know Christ and they don't (or have rejected Him).

   I am disturbed too - thanks for posting - I had a quick look at the site, other CD's, names of those who support Jeremy Lopez, terms like 'God conciousness' all add to the concern.

   Yet again we see New (old) Age gaining ground and acceptance.

   I didn't see any mention of the Lord Jesus..?

   I want to be right up front. What is moving into the church is the occult. It passes with all sorts of names but it is the same old lie of the devil. What bothers me is that men who at one time SEEMED sound in the faith can just buy into this junk without seemingly a whimper. Not only the Kundalini spirit is being manifested but all dimensions and thinking and doctrines of the New Age Movement and the occult. My heart is very heavy over this stuff.

   Jecosten - we know that satan has been active in the church for a long time - this is so obviously of his influence that those who walk in the Spirit of God and have understanding can 'see'.

   The sad thing is that so many are deluded and choose this because it promotes self and emotions, feels good, etc.

   You did right in posting, and being up front - we all need to know. I empathise with your heavy heart. Be encouraged my friend, things may look bad, but God is in control and He has already won the victory - its just that so many dont see that - hopefully many will :-)

   Thank you Roger and debonnaire. One of the things that has struck me about the last days is that the ones doing the deceiving are themselves deceived! I think it is very interesting that the prosperity teachings (New Age!), the weird spiritual and physical manifestations (New Age!), the relaxation and meditation instructions (contemplative prayer and guided imagery) (New Age!) and so much else all came in about the same time (1980s). These things may have come in from different angles and with different preachers but these things are now merging together.

   I am so glad that the Lord Jesus HAS already defeated the devil---even when the Lord was here on the Earth He bound the strong man and spoiled his goods!
