The "covenant" is obsolete/changed.. but the validity of the scripture has NOT changed...As the scripture below tells us it is breathed of God. HE didnt come to eliminate The Law etc.. but to Fulfill it by giving us a way to Meet it...
The Apostles and Jesus, when they walked the earth did not have the New Testament in the written word. All that was preached came from the OT.
2 Tim 3:15and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work.
This is speaking of what we now call "The Old Testament".
Heb 8:4For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law:
5Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.
6But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.
7For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.
The OT was a foreshadow in the natural of what was to be accomplished in the Spiritual of the New Covenant through Jesus Christ. There are prophecies of the OT that are yet to be fulfilled.
Speaking disrespect of the Bible or any parts thereof will not be tolerated on the forum. It is all God inspired/breathed.
