   World leaders will gather at the United Nations from September 20th to vote on the recognition and acceptance of a Palestinian state. The USA is lobbying to stall this from happening, but it is inevitable that the recognition of a Palestinian state will happen soon. Should Israel then refuse to recognize a Palestinian state, the surrounding Arab nations can be expected to respond and invade Israel in the war long prophecied in scripture, the battle of Gog and Magog.    The Arab uprising is quickly bringing into alignment all the Arab countries who have been prophecied to invade Israel in the soon coming battle of Gog and Magog.

   The uprising in Egypt has resulted in the emergence of a very hardline anti Israeli government. The uprising in Libya will also produce an extremely hardline government against Israel.

   Just on the Libya uprising. Gaddafi was a tyrant, all would agree. But the CIA made a diabolic mistake in recruiting AlQaeda extremists from Iraq and Afghanistan to overthrow the Gadaffi regime, thinking that they can control them later. In a return to the colonial conquests of the past the west mistakenly believes they can now divide the spoils of their victory in Libya. France missed out on the spoils from the war with Iraq so they were really driving this war with Libya hoping this time to get a much bigger slice of the pie, but that just aint gonna happen because things are going to be falling like dominoes in rapid succession.

   The coming war involving Gog and Magog is close. Many people have said this prophecied war will include Russia interpreting Rosh and Meshech as Russia and Moscow, but I believe these are ancient names for other parts of the greater middle east region and I would encourage others to seek more research about this as in my view it has been a mistaken teaching passed down by others. I don’t want to argue those points, as we will witness these events in the near future.

   I believe over the coming 12 to 18 months people will be reeling from one shock to the other. Continued weather disasters and earthquakes. The collapse of the global economy. The emergence of an Arab leader who leads the Arab nations against Israel in that Gog Magog battle of Ezekiel 38 & 39, and calamity coming soon to the United States which will start this chain of events in motion.

   After this great war which we are told will take Israel seven months to bury the dead and seven years to burn the weapons of war, will emerge the man of peace who will make a covenant with Israel but will break that covenant in the midst of a seven year period. A universal world religion will be embraced by all peoples on the earth and any who oppose this religion will come under great persecution.

   THANK-YOU PETER LAWRENCE,,,[ and Andrew for the forum for the radical!] This is interesting, and relevant, as it will happen...and as you have said; America and the West, that's US!...are in on the results; Especially Believers in Jesus.

   It is a good thing to study these things, and this prepares us, to endure, and increases our faith when they happen. I appreciate your post, and agree with your assessment of the issue.

   In the end, though, we will not have it exactly pegged...as to the who's and how's and the when's...but we can gain understanding as more and more light is revealed, and events like this "Palestian State"...=["Radical Islamic Jihadistan" ] will soon be established. This means that they will be able to raise an army...just like America and Israel.

   A Hamas driven Terror Colony...legally protected by the World, and armed to the teeth....It is Israel who cannot, and will not tolerate this. Consider 9/11. There was not one major Muslim leader in the US that condemned this attack publically...so, Yes...Jerusalem, and the United States of America are very connected.    I have seen the Invasion of America by a very, very large army, and the audible Word of the Lord accompanying this vision...who told me the number of the invaders..."Twenty Million"...I also saw the defeat of American Air power...as they attaked our final resources here....in a fierce air battle directly over the former path of Katrina...and we lose.

   I read somewhere that the IDF has a protocol named the "Sampson Option" or something like that. Have you heard of it?
   Also, I agree with your statement:

   Yes Ken I agree Psalms 83/Zechariah 12 - all coming together - could be looking for a major war here soon or in the near future - followed by a peace treaty with Israel and Many - most liikely the UN - then lookng at the beginning of the seven year Tribulaton when this takes place according to scripture.

   It will change the world as we have ever know it.

   The whole world will be shocked at the Mercy and Severity of God when this all comes down.

   Uranium facility discovered near Marj as Sultan, close to Damascus, reports 'Sueddeutsche Zeitung'.

   Syria is suspected of harboring a uranium conversion reactor near the town of Marj as Sultan, near Damascus, according to a publication released Wednesday by the Washington-based Institute for Science and International Security based on reports by the German newspaper Sueddeutsche Zeitung.

   The facility is related to the nuclear reactor project at al Kibar that was bombed by Israel in September 2007, and it was reportedly used for processing uranium, according to the report.

   The report said the facility's operational status is still unknown, but Syria is suspected of clearing out the buildings before mid-2008 in efforts to disguise previous activities conducted at the site.

   Syria has contined to refuse requests by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to inspect the Marj as Sultan facility, as well as other sites that may be related to the nuclear reactor project, the report said.

   Satellite images of the site near Marj as Sultan, obtained by the ISIS, reveal that on July 25, 2008, there was considerable activity involving the pouring of material on the ground as well as trucks and other vehicles that could have been related to the operation.

   The ISIS document said this could have been part of a plan to lay down concrete or asphalt, which could be "an attempt to defeat the environmental sampling that IAEA inspectors would likely carry out to see if uranium was present in the event of a visit to these suspect sites."

   The ISIS document cites information from Sueddeutsche Zeitung revealing that among the equipment kept inside two buildings near the Marj as Sultan site, there was a scrubber, two cyclone separators, large diameter pipes, a manifold, reaction vessels made from stainless steel, and storage tanks.

   This equipment is in line with "what would be expected in a small uranium conversion facility," the ISIS report said.

   Let us join together in prayer for the Lord's will to be done in this meeting, let us pray in the Spirit and let us join together in humility to wait upon the Lord to hear from Him what He would say to this meeting and then let us proclaim this into the spiritual atmosphere over this meeting before it even commences...

   We have power in the Spirit we have authority in the Spirit to speak forth whatever the Lord places on our hearts as being what He has decided in heaven - we have power and authority to proclaim this on earth as it is in heaven in the Mighty Name of Jesus...

   If you read what I have written this morning and your heart burns within you to hear the Voice of God and for Him to reveal truth to you through His scriptures then I encourage you to join in prayer for what the Lord would do in this meeting and bring forth what He shows you on this thread...

   Let us join together in prayer and stand for what the Lord would do in this generation, this is a very significant meeting and the Lord has a result which He wants to accomplish let us support Him in His result and let the glory go to Him alone...

   As usual I will include a link to Debka http://www.debka.com/ which shows that Assad (Syria) is ready for war, and he may well have input into a Lebanese/Israel conflict as that will suit his plans and desires...

   Peter, like you I also see a 'Caliphate' being agreed to by many of these Arab nations... with the possibility of the Caliph being Turkish..

   Tom - I didn't read where Peter suggested this Caliph will be the 'man of lawlessness' (counterfeit christ)..? However I can see that he will be yet another 'type' of physical 'antichrist', of which the world has seen a number through the ages..

   Lynn - with Ken's information that you brought forward, I do see that a 'Damascus' event, as written of in Isaiah 17, is a 'must happen', as this event has not yet been fulfilled in any way.

   The good news is that Christ Jesus has the victory already.. just a few things need tidying up - from His point of view... then His glory will be seen across the world, and every knee shall bow - recognising Christ Jesus as Lord and King.

    I'd like to point out that it was no mistake. It was very deliberate. The CIA has been doing diabolical things like this for decades in countries around the world with all kinds of "unsavory" characters. The "diabolical" meddling and manipulation of the CIA in other countries is one of the main reasons why the United States is so hated around the world. I dare say the CIA far from existing to promote stability actually exists to promote chaos.

    So this may be news to a lot of people. Wake up! Our government is so corrupt it's using our worst enemies to overthrow another foreign government. I hope everyone can see that we are being betrayed here.

    The scenario in Libya today is a lot like it was with Iraq. Although Saddam and Gaddafi were dictators their countries had very high standards of living before the west interfered with them. Since the invasion of Iraq it's estimated that 40% of the middle class has fled the country. Libya "has" the highest standard of living in Africa and much of the oil wealth was used to help Libyans with free health care and education, subsidies for buying cars and apartments and even start up funds for people who wanted to start farming. Now that the French and others will take over control of the oil resources the standard of living will drop.

    Thanks everybody for your feedback and comments.

    I am not especially looking for agreement on all these things as nobody I have ever met have been right about everything and I am certainly the same.

    Its just meant as a reminder of all the significant things happening in the world and the middle east at this time.

    Peter and Roger, thanks very much for your thoughts. I started a thread GFC II to try to get this type of discussion moving along. I think it's good to discern the signs of the times and I find information here I didn't know. I think you're right - the world has started to reel as events are unfolding but I believe this is just the beginning. Practical advice? Get out of debt? Buy gold? Why are people investing in gold? I'd like the ones who are gifted in economics to outline the world scenario if the USA economy collapsed. Is it probable/possible? I'm not gifted in economics and would appreciate some understanding!

    Mat 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

    Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

    Zealot some people acquire gold and silver as rainy day investments they don't acquire treasure for treasures sake. The American dollar is becoming more and more worthless. It has lost over 90 percent of it's value. Gold and silver have real tangible worth and haven't lost value for a long time now.

    God can supernaturally provide but it doesn't mean we shouldn't be prepared for hard times ourselves.
