   Just to say I have been asked to head up an R&D centre aiming at developing products for the third world. This will have a spinoff to assist clusters of families wanting to be more self sufficient.
   My first project planned will be a solar powered chicken breeder which will allow a bunch of families to keep themselves in meat and eggs.

   I may be interested in finding out more. I say "may" because we have been waiting on the Lord for direction and it appears like the car just turned a little. We are still in wait mode and testing things in our heart and just waiting on Him. We are not in a hurry. We would rather be somewhat behind than be out ahead of God at this point in our lives.

    Notice how the plains states hold out with the lowest unemployment. North Dakota has the lowest unemployment and so far as I know they aren't in debt and have a surplus. They are doing something right.

    Also remember that in reality the unemployment rate is much higher than 10 % and is only given to us as a lower figure because they fudge the figures to make it look better than it actually is. This is why some people are saying that we're already in the depression.

    Think of perspective. There's a saying.......

    A recession is when your neighbor is out of work. A depression is when you're out of work.

    Here in the UK we just had a programme on the BBC, that if you outside the UK you will not be able to watch. It was called 'how to prepare for a meltdown'. I am not talking about ice-cream or global warming. The BBC is the propaganda machine of choice, this was for the people to tell them to get ready, it even went into talking about how to prepare our children for a massive change of lifestyle. Basically 'get used to it the goodtimes are over'. It is so mainstream now that it is undeniable. There are going to be alot of angry people.

    In the USA, FEMA says it's a good idea to keep a couple weeks worth of food/water/supplies for emergencies (earthquakes, hurricanes, etc..) but the recent NDAA bill can define a person who has this much stuff on hand as a "potential terrorist".

    Weird stuff going on all over, really. It's really sad. :(
