NOTE from ANDREW: The Bible declares in both Joel and Acts that in the Last Days, God’s Spirit will be poured out upon “all flesh”. And yet many today say there is “no hope” for the church in the Last Days – and that it is “only apostasy” that can be expected. Below is what David Wilkerson wrote on this topic before he died…

-extracts by David Wilkerson.

The church in America is far from what God envisioned it to be. For
the most part, entire denominations today operate without the Holy
Spirit. They are devoid of the presence of Jesus and bankrupt of all
spiritual gifts. They practice a form of religion without any power,
conviction or saving message. They are cozy with the world and
are more political than spiritual. They appease sin, wink at divorce
and ridicule the supernatural, while tossing aside all teaching about
heaven, hell, repentance and judgment.

I am not saying God’s last-day church will be a repeat or copy of
the first-century church. No—I am saying it will be even greater
than that! It will be mightier, stronger, with an ever greater revelation
of Jesus. It will have greater unction from the Spirit than ever—
greater even than at Pentecost! God always saves His best wine for last!..

The prophet Daniel confirms this. He said that certain prophetic
truths were locked up, only to be revealed in the last days: “For
the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. . . .
And none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall
understand” (Daniel 12:9-10)…

  1. I was in prayer in preparation to write on Holy Communion and I addressed the Lord of my concerns with the pastoral opposition. The Servant and Master of all, said to me: “Tell them: I AM He that sits in the pews of all the churches”.

And the King shall answer and say unto them, Truly, I say unto you, Inasmuch as you have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren, you have done it unto Me. (Matthew 25 verse 40 (NIV.)

What? know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which you have of God, and you are not your own? (1st Corinthians 6 verse 19) (KJV) Also verse 17. He who unites himself with the Lord is one with Him in Spirit. For where two or three are gathered in My Name, there I AM in the midst of them. (Matthew 18 verse 20.)

Many years ago, at about the same time I had the first visionary dreams concerning the Communion Table of our Lord Jesus Christ, I had another revelation when in prayer that in the end will speak of the above relational scriptures. My wife Rose and I had come home after a Wednesday home fellowship. Rose had gone to bed, and I went into the living room to kneel at a chair and began to pray to the Lord. I do not recall what melancholic need that prompted the following plea to the Lord, but, it was probably very similar to one of your calls, to our Savior. In the midst of my prayer I cried out softly to the Lord Jesus, “O Lord, ……, I sure wish I could see you, right now.” What I heard in my being came back so profoundly, so powerfully full of truth that I knew instantly that the Lord by His Holy Spirit had spoken and not the mind of this man. The Holy Spirit said, “I have put My Spirit in Joseph, I have put My Spirit in Debbie, I have put My Spirit in Rose. Behold your Master!” The names were some of those Christians that I had fellowshipped with that evening including my wife. In the Body of Jesus Christ, we are all members and servants of each other so that the Lord’s Body by His Spirit would not only serve itself in the unity of God’s Love for us, but also a world of lost souls.

If one understands that this is truth, then how do you judge your brothers and sisters born of faith, even the Seed, the Word of God, who sits in the pew next to you, or your brothers and sisters in the denominational church down the street? Is it by carnal eyes that judge on natural appearances? Or do you see with spiritually crucified eyes discerning that they are each the temple of the HOLY GHOST? If one lacks understanding in this matter, then it is better not to judge at all, less you censure and injure the LORD, Who is your Master and Judge!

This Holy Table of Communion transcends all denominations, and is where the called family of God, clothed in humility and faith in the Word of God, comes together as one body in Jesus Christ through His holiness in His Life Blood, to celebrate with thanksgiving in Spirit and Truth the Almighty God and His Gift of His Son our Savior, Jesus Christ!

“And they shall overcome the evil (accuser) by the BLOOD of the LAMB, and the Word of their testimony, and they loved not their life unto the death.” Revelation 12 verse 10

And this is their WORD of testimony:
“It is no longer we that live, but Christ Jesus Who lives within us; and we in Him.”

And the Spirit and the Bride say, “COME”!

  2. I don’t want to be a wet blanket on the subject of world wide revival and I pray that the church is blessed to be revived by God’s Spirit. However, if we use Joel and Acts together they fit like a glove because Peter says THIS is what was spoken of by the Prophet Joel and he quotes the the prophecy of the End Times outpouring. The way I read it, Peter was saying that the End Times were beginning and the Spirit was being poured out and has been ever since. Any correction would be appreciated/ Blessings

  3. Christ will be returning soon (many of us believe). We speak of His coming for a virginal bride. Thus this bride must be pure. The Lord will be coming for a purified bride! For this His people MUST be stripped naked and washed clean. Jewish women go through a mikvah for their purification. As God’s Bride the people of God must go through a Mikvah (washing/Baptism).

We must be stripped of every worldly apparel, every vestige of the world’s contamination:
“Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of [his] time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God. For the time past of [our] life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries: Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with [them] to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of [you]: Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.” (1 Peter 4:1-5)

“all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” (2 Timothy 3:12)

It is the fact that, “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, [even] our faith.” (1 John 5:4) that attracts men to Christ. The fact that we have something worth dying for!

Just as the first century Saints were a beacon, just as Reformers such as Latimer, Ridley, Coverdale, Lady Jane Grey, and many more (whose names are known only to God) shone the brightest so it MUST be that the endtime Church of Christ MUST endure suffering!!

  4. God loves the church, His bride. He will always love the church. If you see the situation through any other perspective, you will miss what is happening.

That being said, the church is not the end goal, but the means to an end. If a person understands this, then they would go on from Passover (cold), pass through Pentecost (lukewarm) and come to Tabernacles (red hot). Denominationalism is merely all the little silos where people said to the Lord “This far and no farther, Lord !” If you are stuck in the early feasts of life, then you are not spiritually mature. The entire church, by definition, is the means to entering the kingdom of God, which is the fullfilment of Tabernacles. Perntecost, with its myriad of offenses and craziness is still not optional for the believer, regardless of the denomination.

When I see short sided pieces like this, it becomes apparent to me that the author did not understand the basics outlined in Hebrews 6. Pentecost is a leavened feast, thus it must pass the believer through a fire that the leaven might be baked out of the bread. All the otherwise well meaning Christians that stab each other for their obvious wrongnesses enter into the same judgement. By whatever measure you measure, you will be measured !! All of this is contained in the leaven and only those who truly understand the Refiner’s process will be able to graduate onto a greater feast.

The last days church are those who graduate through the feasts. To come into this any other way is the same as a thief and a robber. These are those who love one another in spite of the obvious failings. Those who have come into agreement Christ, regardless of their own shortcomings. Those who acknowledge that all righteousness comes from God. Those who have entered the rest and no longer walk in the six days of labor. Those who repent of lawlessness. These are the ones on the back side of the desert who live on manna..for as many as are the sons of God, they shall be taught by God. I would suggest, that if a man is your teacher, then God is not. God is teaching us to criticize the church, but to graduate from it.

  5. 2Ch 7:14 then, if my people, who bear my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face and turn from their evil ways, I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin and heal their land.

turn for their evil ways. can the church even understand this. they can’t even get the forth commandment right. it is time for the people of God to walk as Yeshua the Messiah did. If He did it you need to do it and I don’t care what your misunderstanding of Paul is. Yeshua is God and Paul is not. if we all go back to the most important thing to God HIS Shabbat then things will begin to change. How do you know the Shabbat is the most important thing to God? what is the very first thing in all of Scripture called Holy? HIS SHABBAT start with the small things and He will bless , if not get ready for some very bad times around the next bend.

  6. Wow….The Communion Table is when we have a meal together, not some little cracker, wafer and a sip of wine/grape juice…it is when believers come together in fellowship and break bread! Also, if the Body of Christ would just live in the present and be obedient to what He says to do…then you will not be concerned about tomorrow. This is the day the Lord has made. Take no thought for tomorrow. LIVE IT TODAY …..everyone is so concerned about the future and what the Lord is going to do..when they can’t even be odedient TODAY. Please just LIVE it….The church is to come together and grow together and become one.,..not bring the lost into the church…we are to GO OUT and make disciples… Lord help us this day BE the church.

I believe God is sending Prophets and Apostles into the churches as He did with the early church, however, as a whole they are being rejected. Why, the message of the Prophets and Apostles interferes with the church agenda. The Apostles and Prophets have been cast out and are languishing in the sea of forgetfulness, forgotten by the multitudes.. However, SOON they will climb out of the sea, overcome obstacles, and with a loud roar of God’s power, be returned to their assigned places. The, again, the church will become that which she has been called to be.

  8. I believe David Wilkerson is right about the end time church. There is much apostasy due to churches paying heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. Yet, God will intervene in the lives of those, who are faithful to Him, and enable us to overcome every enemy before Jesus returns except death. The last enemy to be defeated is death. That will occur at the first resurrection when Jesus returns. God’s intervention is described in Revelation 6 & 7 after the 6th seal is opened. Several verses in this chapters cross-reference to Rev. 12. While the bride makes herself ready by making her robes white in the blood of the Lamb, there will also be much persecution. There will be many martyrs too. But Satan and his angels will be cast out of the heavens above the earth. God will use the pressure to drive us closer to Himself. Our only desire will be to walk in holiness with Him. Jesus will have a church without spot, wrinkle or blemish by the time He is ready to return.

  9. Greetings Andrew and all,
I believe it is important that we read Scripture carefully and not add anything to it. It is interesting that the original passage in Joel does not say, “in the last days.” Rather it says, “and it shall come to pass afterward . . .”

As I study the book of Joel, it is quite plain that it is written to and concerning the nation of Israel. It is also quite plain that the things spoken concerning the nation of Israel have not yet come to be fully fulfilled.

As with many prophetic passages in the Old Testament, the fulfillment often comes several times in varying degrees.

For example, many of the OT prophecies concerning Christ put the first and second comings of Christ together in one passage so they cannot be distinguished – until we read the NT. It is then that we can determine that all of the prophecies concerning Christ were not fully fulfilled in His first coming. It was for this reason the disciples of Christ thought that He would bring in his earthly rule over Israel when He first came. It was not until after Christ’s ascension they began to realize the more complete fulfillment concerning Christ was yet to come in the future.

Similarly, I believe Joel’s prophecy has several fulfillments. The first was on the day of Pentecost in Acts 2. We have witnessed another fulfillment of it in the late 1800’s – 1900’s as the Gift of the Holy Spirit was restored to Christ’s Church in a fuller way.

Whether we will see a fuller fulfillment prior to Christ’s physical return to earth, I do not know. It is possible.

It would seem, however, that a more complete fulfillment would also include “Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood.” (Joel 2:30,31). I don’t believe we can honestly say these have occurred.

I think it is more appropriate for us not to inquire as to the “times and seasons,” but rather to be about our Lord’s business of making disciples. (Acts 1:6-8).

    God Bless,

Mike: Really good point. Actually when I read the article, I thought the same thing. Peter did claim the prophecy made by Joel to be taking place at the day of pentecost. which is still applicable to our day now. Can the church be greater, mightier, stronger with greater revelation of Jesus? I guess it’s possible to be greater in size… is there any other scripture to indicate more powerful, mightier? Can’t think of any off the top of my head. I believe the best wine was given at the birth of the church which slowly began to loose its potency sliding into spiritual depravity and blindness but has been and still is being restored to what we read about in scripture. Good food for thought.

  11. TO DOUG: Be careful, my friend, that you do not enter into that which is spoken of in Jude 1:8 – “Likewise also these dreamers . . . speak evil of dignitaries.” You obviously did not know David Wilkerson very well. While he spoke and wrote many prophecies which have already come true, he did not call himself a prophet. He did, however, walk with God and spoke what God gave him to speak.
I am not putting David on a pedestal, but we are exhorted to “Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honour; especially those who labour in the word and doctrine,” (1 Timothy 5:17). You may also want to read the verses which follow this one which warn against those who bring accusations against God’s servants, such as David was.

  12. I heartily concur with brother Wilkerson, that we will see an even greater outpouring of the Holy Spirit as we approach the consummation of the Bride with her true Husband. We will see a church that is even more victorious than that experienced by the first century church.

While I cannot get into the author’s head, I know that many who read David Wilkerson’s passage above will understand this to mean some sort of radical revitalization of the institutional church. We look for great revivals and great men of God to fill tents and tabernacles as we did in days past. May God give us spiritual eyes to see that He is doing a NEW thing, and it will not be contained in the old wineskin. We will miss it, just as the religious leaders of Jesus’ day missed their Messiah, if we cannot see and move in the mighty flow of the Spirit that is taking place in ways and in venues that we have never seen before. .

  13. ValleyAnt May 23rd 2012

MJBR, you summarized all talk about revivals well: “… everyone is so concerned about the future and what the Lord is going to do..when they can’t even be odedient TODAY.” Today is the day. Many want ‘an easy out’, for God to ‘fall’ and ‘perform'; but it won’t happen that way.

I presently attend a church where God’s Grace is present. However, they are still in milk stage (as much as I hate to say it), are praying for revival, and enjoy the good way God makes them feel but aren’t yet aware of ‘the weightier matters’ in God. (Because of this, there are wolves among the Sheep already who know that there motives are evil, turning and wooing the Sheep to ‘another gospel’ and using subtle irreverence and an ABUNDANCE of shallowness– they make spiritual things very shallow and encourage the Sheep to be shallow– so that God is NOT able to ‘come in and take over'; ie. no real ‘rev-ival’ when God is not ‘rev-ered’, and certain wolves know this fact very well. These people are part of church staff, worship team, pastoral staff, church members, and they know who they are.) Because of this tremendous shallowness of seeking tomorrow (‘revival’) rather than seeking ‘Today’ (God), the enemy can and does easily sow his servants (who consciously or unconsciously serve him) in ‘the congregation of the Saints’, cutting off hope of ‘revival'; and if revival does come, it is either false, full of mixture, or subdued and ‘cast out’ in time.

Due to the high level of shallowness and deception in many who seek ‘revival’ who I’ve known, I became convinced that God is after something else that is surpassingly greater and of more importance and much less glamorous than revival which is the formation of Christ within individuals– something that comes from the inside out and not (like revival) from the outside in: “Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts… What You are after is truth from the inside out” (Ps. 51:6; NKJV, The Message).

  14. Kathleen in WA State May 23rd 2012

Charles Spurgeon had this to say about the condition of the church: “The word ‘revive’ wears its meaning upon its forehead; it is from the Latin, and may be interpreted thus—to live again, to receive again a life which has almost expired; to rekindle into a flame the vital spark which was nearly extinguished.”

“Nearly extinguished”. That’s not yet dead!

As long as a flicker remains, God can (and will) fan it into flame & use His Plan A – the Body of Christ – to reach a lost & dying world. It may involve a relative few; and it may take a whole lotta shakin’, but He is coming for a Bride adorned, alert, ready, watching, waiting, doing & obeying.

Not only do we pray that God will send laborers into the bountiful harvest, but we pray that God will empower those laborers mightily. May we each be humble bearers of that power – workmen approved who have made their own calling & election sure.

  15. Clark Hay May 23rd 2012

While the potential definitely exists for a New Testament type of Church to arise in these Last Days, it will not come about simply because we will it or even pray it into existence. It will arise by a sovereign move of God’s Spirit as He responds to a level of sincere desperation that most believers have not even come close to approximating yet. It will come at our darkest most desperate hour after all our puffed up arrogance, hedonistic self-centered desires, and our favorite petty pretentious doctrinal “theories” have been set aside, leaving us at a place where we must yield to God as He actually IS rather than how we perceive or desire Him to be.

The word that God gave me many years ago was this: “What I have been unable to accomplish in my people during ‘good times’, I will effect during hard times.”

Sadly, most people reject this word. Most are fully prepared and expecting God to rapture us away from this world before things get really bad. This theological bias keeps people at a shallow level, but I am expecting God to correct this in a most severe manner. Sadly, many will fall away during this time of extreme trial and disappointment.

It will be a time when small communities of believer will bond together out of dire mutual need. It will be a time of pruning and hardship. It will drive us out of our comfort zone to the extent that mere flesh not only recoils but flounders and ultimately fails – and that is when God will begin to demonstrate His power to redeem, rescue, sustain, and empower.

The question is – are we prepared to escape, or endure? Are we willing to be placed into the fiery crucible and stay there until the refining process is complete? Are we part of those about whom it is said: “they loved not their lives unto the death”? [Rev. 12:11]

    We’ll see.

    Clark Hay

  16. Mike Fuseleir May 23rd 2012

The good news is with Man it is not possible BUT with GOD ALL THINGS are POSSIBLE!

  17. Brother Wilkerson is right and though he did not leave his denomination, he saw the decay in the church but did not live to see revival. Well, I want to reassure the brethren that what the prophets have spoken have been fulfilled and will continue to be fulfilled until the Lord returns. However, we’re yet to see the mightiest revival that surpasses any revival in church history. I’ve come from Africa and here in the United States, waiting expectantly for this mighty eruption from the throne of heaven. Would you join us as we tarry before the Lord for revival ? Or would you like for me to come and join you ? Let me hear from you via [email protected].

  18. L. Alex Smith, Scotland May 23rd 2012

Reading the seven churches of Revelation 2-3, it seems that Philadephia and Laodicea overlap each other to some extent. Jesus does not rebuke Smyrna nor Phildephia; he has virtually nothing good to say about Laodicea. If you subscribe to the idea that these seven roughly represent seven “ages” in Church History, Smyrna represented the church of persecution (you will have tribulation ten days = ten Roman emperors that persecuted the early from 64 A.D. to 313 A.D.). However, we know that the period of time was rife with theological struggle, both Biblical points being raised, paganism worked into Christianity, all sorts of doctrines floating about–but Jesus did not address this, to the church of Smyrna. However, if the idea that Philadelphia and Laodicea are overlapping END-TIME churches is true, then whatever doctrinal problems Phil. has is not addressed, only Jesus says, “you have a little strength, and have not denied my name.” BUT–he promises “because you have kept the word (testimony, expression) of my ‘patient contiunance’, I also will keep you Out Of (ek, in Greek) the Hour of Temptation, which shall come upon the whole world to try them that dwell upon the earth.” (Revel. 3:10). But to the church of Laodicea, he outlines three problems: Luke-warmness (Rev. 3:15-16, self-sufficiency and its attending spiritual blindness, vs. 17; and lack of real intimacy with him, vs. 20. (Behold, I stand at the door and knock….) To both church groups, he makes High Promises for those who overcome: Phil. “I will make him a Pillar in the Temple of my God” and Laod. “I will grant to sit with ME IN MY THRONE”. Wow! Even coming from such a dim place, God’s Grace is MAGNANIMOUS! We need to always watch our own hearts: not judging others’ hearts except as the Lord leads. However, I believe that we should be aware, and seek to BUILD UP the Body of Christ where-ever we can. “Provoke one another unto Love and Good Works”. Stimulate those you see are “not up to standard”. LEAD by Example! Do we see the church as not praying enough? Then don’t complain–start a prayer meeting! Do we sense not enough Purity? Don’t complain, check our own hearts first, and LOVINGLY exhort–DRAW people to desire holiness and purity. Use what lies within you, to Attract people to WANT to be more pure in heart! Yes, we need to win the lost. But, we also need to win the Brethren. And the Lord will determine, at the end of all things, who has the right heart in the matter. (Will: decision-making factor within you. Heart: direction of the decisions, the will just carries it out. God judges the heart, not the will. “Oh, this is okay…God knows my heart!” Yes, He does! And your heart is borne out in your final decision of what you actually did, not what you intended to do but didn’t.) Do WE have the right heart? Always submit your heart to God in all things…and throw yourselves on God’s mercy to “get you there”–don’t yield either to Condemnation. “If we confess our sin, He is faithful and Just to forgive us our sin, and to [continually] cleanse us from ALL unrighteousness.” Thank God for that “continuing-action” Greek verb tense there! (I John 1:9) Amen.

  19. Matthew 24 apparently seems to contradict Joel. Joel talks about an outpouring of the Holy Spirit while Matthew talks about the love of many growing cold. When examined, both could be true. Many “traditional” Christians may grow cold, while God raises up others who will be used tremendously. Both can be true if there becomes a more black and white separation from true followers of Christ and those who only call themselves “Christians”. There seems to be a shift in the world, where many countries that were considered “Christian” are becoming more secular, and other countries that have been non-Christian are starting to have radical followers of Christ.

  20. Leaving a denomination is not the answer, unless God directs one to do so due to false teachings. We really need those today who will stand firm on the word of the Lord, and be truly led by the Holy Spirit, preaching the whole word of God with signs following.

  21. Grace Campbell May 23rd 2012

I have read all the comments and believe there are many valid points being made, however, just to stick with the question asked, ‘Can we just expect apostasy or revival’ for the last days church. I believe we’ll see both – a great falling away, but also a Holy remnant that will be on fire with the love of God, full of the Holy Spirit and power, walking in love and unity, the ‘two houses of Israel’ as one in Yeshua/Jesus. This fulfills our Lord’s high priestly prayer of John 17, that ‘they all would be one’, even as Jesus and the Father are one. I agree that God is purifying His church and the wise virgins are listening and letting Him do it. I agree He’s doing an awesome work with His Shepherds, Apostles and Prophets and they are rising up in this hour but what is their role? “To perfect the saints until THEY ALL COME to the fullness of the knowledge of the Son of God.” This purified Body of Christ will be like nothing the world has ever seen – they will ALL KNOW HIM as the Sons(Daughters) of God, and be willing to lay down their lives for their brethren and for the sake of the Gospel. I know this is going to be very controversial to some people but years ago when I was seeking the Lord regarding the ‘rapture of the church,’ as it was taught at the time and as I was studying this, I looked at the two witnesses of Revelation 11 and began to really seek answers as to who they were. I had heard they were Enoch and Elijah because they were the only two who never died. I knew nothing of Hebrew roots, the Messianic movement, or whatever you want to call it, at that time. However, as I studied the scriptures and pondered who the ‘two candlesticks and the two olive trees’ were, I had to go back to the Old Testament and find out who these things referred to and I knew the candlesticks were menorahs and they were ‘to give light to the world’ and the olive trees refers to Israel, and more specifically it seemed, to the ‘Two Houses of Israel’ – the House of Judah and the House of Ephraim (Joseph) who were divided into the Northern and Southern Kingdoms. The Northern Kingdom (Ephraim) were the 10 tribes under Jeroboam who were scattered to the ends of the earth and became known as the ‘lost ten tribes’ of the House of Israel. Jesus called them, ‘the lost sheep’ of the House of Israel. Of course, Judah refers to ‘the Jews’ as we know them today. The disciples asked Jesus if He was going to ‘restore the Kingdom at this time.’ What were they referring to? The restoration of all twelve tribes. They had been ‘one Kingdom’ under David and Solomon but because of Solomon’s sin of idolatry God told him the Kingdom would be divided “not in his time but in his son’s” and that’s what happened. In Ezekiel 37 when the Lord is speaking to him about the ‘valley of dry bones’ and asks if these dry bones shall live, and we all know the story of how the Lord says they will rise and become a great and mighty army, but if you keep reading you’ll see in Ezekiel 37: 15 that the Lord tells him to ‘take a stick and write on it ‘For Judah’ and all the House of Israel associated with him, and take another stick and write on it, ‘For Joseph (the stick of Ephraim), and all the house of Israel associated with him. And join them one to another into one stick that they may become one in your hand.” and if you keep reading you’ll see that the Lord says He’s going to bring them together again into one nation, one Kingdom under Him. Now getting back to the ‘two witnesses of Revelation’ if you haven’t already figured out where I’m going with this – I believe that the Lord is doing this, He’s uniting His Body – Jew and Gentile (because that’s what the ‘lost ten tribes’ became) into one Body in Him and He’s purifying us and bringing us out of all forms of paganism and idolatry (the mix, calling us out of Babylon) and bringing us back to the purity of His Word and His commandments (the Foundation), and He’s going to ‘pour out His Spirit upon us and we will go forth as these ‘two witnesses’ in the Spirit of prophesy (which is the testimony of Jesus Christ) doing the works of Moses and Elijah (see the last two verses of Malachi where it says ‘Remember the law of Moses, my servant, with the commandments and statutes, and Behold, I’ll send you Elijah the prophet before the coming and notable day of the Lord.” ) If you read Rev. 11 you’ll see this is what these two witnesses do – the same things Moses and Elijah did. Also, even though we know the Lord referred to John the Baptist as ‘if you can receive it, he is Elijah’ meaning the spirit of Elijah was upon him. Even so, it will be in these last days. Jesus was the Word incarnate – the living Torah, the light of the world, walking in all the Commandments and Statutes of His Father and not considering them to be a burden or something hard to do, but showed us how to walk them out in the ‘Spirit’ of love and obedience. He came against the ‘fence laws’ and traditions of the Pharisees who, because of these things, had placed heavy burdens on the people and made the Word of God of none effect. It’s the same today. He never said His commandments were done away and were ‘heavy burdens’ upon us. He said, ‘If you love me, keep my Commandments, even as I love my Father and keep His commandments.” What was He talking about? All the commandments of what we call the Old Testament. It was the only Bible they had at the time as the New Testament wasn’t written yet and wasn’t written for some 30 to 50 years after he was crucified. Jesus was also anointed beyond measure and full of all the fruits and all the gifts of the Spirit. This is what He wants for us, too, that ‘in Him we live and move and have our being.” He is all and in all. The Bride of Christ (this ‘One New Man’) or ‘two witnesses’ of Rev. 11 gets to prophesy or move out in the power of God for 3 1/2 years, exactly the same length of time that Jesus had to minister. When they have finished their testimony they are killed but not allowed to be buried. They lie ‘in the streets of the ‘great city that is spiritually called Sodom and Egypt, where our Lord was crucified.” (People think this is Jerusalem but Sodom and Egypt refers to the world, not Jerusalem, and Jesus was killed ‘outside the camp’ outside of Jerusalem – see Heb. 13:11 – 13). They lie there for 3 1/2 days – again if you study this out, you’ll find that Jesus was also dead for 3 1/2 days. Jesus fulfilled the first half of the testimony and the Bride fulfills the 2nd half – beginning and end. Seven is the number of completion. At the end of the 3 1/2 days it says, ‘the breath of life from God entered into them and they stood up on their feet and great fear fell upon those who saw them. THEN THEY HEARD A LOUD VOICE FROM HEAVEN SAYING TO THEM, ‘COME UP HERE!” And they WENT TO HEAVEN IN A CLOUD (just as Jesus did) and their enemies beheld them.” Then there was a great earthquake (just as when Jesus died). Then in verse 15 it says, And the 7th Angel blew his trumpet…” When you read the other scriptures pertaining to the ‘rapture’ such as 1 Cor. 15:52, you’ll see that it says WE WILL RISE at the LAST TRUMP! See also 1 Thess 4:16, 17.

The Lord also told me years ago that the end time church would ‘have all things in common,’ and no one would say what they have is their own but would all share equally. I don’t know how that will happen or what that will look like but I know He told me this. I know this is a long dissertation but, brethren, I hope you can see this picture and I trust you will not discard it without first seeking the Lord for confirmation of it. Please check these things out for yourselves and let’s walk in love towards one another, giving grace to each other, for we are all members of His Body and have varying gifts and anointings and teachings that we all need. Not one is above the other and what do we have that we did not receive? Let’s exhort one another in love and build each other up rather in these days, ‘and so much more as we see the day approaching.”
    Your sister in Him,

  22. Dear Saints & Believers,
The varying opinions stated here are almost as numerous as the amount of Sects professed! (the command by Paul: “Be of one mind and one mouth”) and Jesus, “That they may be one. as we are one!”

There can be NO UNITY unless it is based on “holiness” unto the Lord. “…Everyone that names the name of the Lord must turn away from iniquity” (2Tim 2:19). Therefore:

David Wilkerson’s last News Letter plainly stated, when asked by a searching soul about a Christians need to be holy, was told by D.W. that it’s not our holiness, but ‘Christ’s holiness that is imputed to us!’ This Calvinistic lie was the last one David was allowed to tell: he was taken out in a violent crash, but his wife, who was fighting cancer her whole adult life was spared!

Acts 15:5 declares circumcission and the Mosaic Law (which is where the 4th is found) was not to be put on the Gentile believers Acts 15:28, and so stated by the Holy Spirit! Our Rabbi brother is still trying to maintain the ‘superior canceled standing of the Circumcission’ and belittle Paul the Goy Apostle! These things were nailed to the cross and canceled! That is only part of the offence of the cross however:

The offense to the Commonwealth of Israel as a whole concerning the cross is that it requires “our death to sin” and that is what David Wilferson denied in his last News Letter when he made room for sin in Christ’s Church (Body) by stating it is Christ’s holiness that was commanded, not ours. Anathema! (Gal 1:8)

“…Without holiness no man shall see the Lord.” Now, if it were Christ’s holiness only, this verse would be an absurdity! Plus, it would contradict Luke 1:75, which is also in opposition to D.W. last teaching on the matter. And this, to the Shabbat aside rabbi.
We “keep His commandments by loving one another and obeying Jesus!” The record of the New Covenant is plain: speaking of animal sacrifices, “where these have ended, it necessitated a change of the Law also.” Hebrews (Paul?)

    Beware of false flags!

  23. Edgardo May 23rd 2012

The Church today is fully LEAVENED (Matt. 13:33) and DECEIVED (Luke 18:8b, Rev. 3:17). There will be no more “revival,” but judgment at the Judgment Seat of Christ immediately after the pretrib Rapture of the Church (2 Cor. 5:10, Rev. 1:10ff).

  24. Wilkerson’s article is totally out of context of what Joel actually meant when he stated what would happen in the last days.

God always saves His best wine for last! (Where do you find that in Scripture?)

The prophet Daniel confirms this. He said that “certain prophetic truths” were locked up, only to be revealed in the last days: “For the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. . . .
And none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand” (Daniel 12:9-10).

“God’s best wine” & “certain prophetic truths” do not imply that Joel meant, God is going to empower the Church & turn her into,
” that church which will be hot, not lukewarm-and it will rock the very foundations of hell.
No power on earth will be able to ignore or despise it!”

Jesus said, “Luke 18:8> Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall He find faith on the earth?
The church is in a state of apostasy. (falling away, not being empowered)
    You who are looking for what is described in this article are being deceived. You are commanded to be looking for the rapture, not power. Titus 2:13> Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

I believe the next great spiritual event in God’s timetable is the rapture of the Church.
Like the Pastor’s comment above stated, the 7 year tribulation, day of God’s wrath, Daniels 70th week, Jacob’s/Israels trouble deals entirely with Israel, not the Church. (The Church is gone Rev.4:1))

1 Thess 5:9> For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

Rev 3:10> Because thou hast kept the word of My patience, I also will keep thee from (OUT OF) the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

  25. Powerful statements by Wilkerson. God is raising up many shepards after His own heart to lead His people. It is sad to see so many Shepards not leading people to Christ but to themselves.

There has been alot of prophet and prophetic words being given but God also needs shepards who will love and serve the body of Christ. And protect them from harm.

  26. Edgardo, very well said.

  27. Yes. I have put together a library website on this better state of grace that is mentioned.

You can find it at: http://www.enterhisrest.org

  28. In 1985 I had a series of visions where God blessed me with glimpses of the character of the last day church before Jesus’ return. I don’t remember every detail now (I thought I would never forget one single thing so didn’t write anything down) but this prophecy of David Wilkerson rings completely true with me. One of the vision I had was that of the earth from space. While I was looking at it, I saw the ground breaking open at various places around the globe. As I was watching those parts, I saw, at one place the gigantic toe of a boot emerging, at another, an elbow emerging, at another a huge knee coming up through the ground. I asked the Lord what was happening. I will never forget his reply to me: That is the sleeping giant of my Church (I understood Him to mean the Body of Christ worldwide that is invisible to the physical eye at present) and when she awakes, the world will see my unprecedented glory revealed. But to reach that fullness there will be fires of proving for her to go through. Yet she shall come forth as gold. (Eph 4:13, Job 23:10) I have always believed since then, even though on the face of it, the church appears compromising and defeated, there is a remnant who will fully represent Him before Jesus’ return and he will return for a triumphant glorious church without spot or stain and carrying, collectively, the fullness of Christ’s authority on earth (Eph 5:27, Daniel 7:21-22).

  29. Dear James Palmer,

You wrote “…Without holiness no man shall see the Lord.” Now, if it were Christ’s holiness only, this verse would be an absurdity! Plus, it would contradict Luke 1:75, which is also in opposition to D.W. last teaching on the matter.”
Actually and unequivocally it is Christ Jesus’ holiness that is imputed to us through faith as an unmerited Gift of God. Your self determined holiness is not acceptable to God, and as good as you think you are or can be, God “nose” that your righteousness is no more than the stench of the rotting corpse that we all become. Christ Jesus is the Lord our Righteousness, and nothing of our selves apart from Him gives God pleasure. It was Jesus infinitely Perfect Love of His Father that could only satisfy the Infinitely Holy, Holy, Holy God Almighty. Perfect Love does not see corruption, For God is Love and that Love is incorruptible and I am sanctified or (made holy or hagiasmos G38) through Christ Jesus’ Perfect Love given as an offering in His Blood. In His Covenant in His Holy Life Blood, I bend not only my knee, but my will to God’s Holy Perfection in His Son, Jesus Christ.
The whole verse that you alluded to is Hebrews 12 verse 14 reads: Follow peace with all men, and holiness (hagiasmos G38), without which no man shall see the Lord.

The Chapter 12 of Hebrews is dealing with God’s chastening of His children who have entered into agreement with His New Covenant in the Blood of His Son. You need to understand how powerful God’s Covenant Blood of Christ is. Hebrews 12:6  For whom the Lord loves He chastens, and scourges every son whom He receives. 7 If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the Father chastens not?

It is God’s chastening that brings sanctification to our souls, other wise 8 if you be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are you bastards, and not sons.

You need to make a reevaluation of holiness and where it comes from.

    Robert Glenn

  30. Paul Palmer May 24th 2012

Everything Bro. Wilkerson talks about is most assuredly Biblical. Throw the end time church out and you throw hope and faith out as well.

Be careful not equate the end time glory and anointing with a worldly numerical success. Even though it seems this post modern Pentecostal church seems to appear so far away from the end time prophecy is many only look out with their natural eyes at the church present. If you take the church at its beginning and all the generations gone by and put them all together it will be glorious. Do not be deceived into thinking that what you see today is all of the church. That would definitely be a sign of carnality and will leave your depressed if that were all you see.

  31. Betty Constuble May 24th 2012

I believe wholehearted what Dave Wilkerson has said. It has been my hope and prayer for many years now as I have come out of the traditional church system. I know what is called “church” now is not the church Jesus said He would build. But He is building a His church. We just don’t see it yet. But we will. In this last day He is going to raise that church up. There are many of us who have been hidden away, waiting. We cannot bring ourselves together. But He will. And His glory is going to rest upon us and we will proclaim His salvation with signs following. My daily prayer is that He will bring His church forth. I miss much. I miss worship, I miss fellowship, I miss the teaching of the Word. But I want it to be through the true church of Jesus. And I know it will soon be. Probably the greatest condemnation of this church will be from the current church. But we will press on to the glorious day of Christ’s appearing.

  32. Thank you for this post, Andrew! I was just talking to my husband this morning about these very things & then I pulled up your email. It was such confirmation that I was hearing from the Holy Spirit! It was almost word for word the same!

As a side note, I think it is so easy to get wrapped up in what is wrong with the church & we spend so much time talking about it that we get into a critical spirit and find we don’t have the time to actually do what Jesus told us to do. I really believe with all my heart and I said this in my book, “This is Not a Dress Rehearsal!” that there is going to be a last days’ “table-turning day in the temple” and that many of the things the enemy has done (through both deception and sin) are going to be overturned BEFORE the Lord comes back.

Jesus will have his pure bride! He will have His church that walks in purity, truth, authority, and unity (with each other). Only those who walk in His truth will be in UNITY. Those who try to bring in unity while compromising His precious truths – that will only bring a “false” unity and a “false” peace & security. Beware of those things, for many will walk down that path & it will sound good to many – even like a “god-thing.”

The last days’ church will BE THE CHURCH – not put all their effort into just going to church! We have had a home group for 3 years, discipling those who are hungry for truth – many of them having left traditional church because of the hypocrisy and watered down truth that they found in the church. The last days’ church will walk in the “full gospel” message and the full anointing of the Holy Spirit! And you are right, Andrew – the gates of hell will not prevail against this church.

We love it that God is revealing truths that seem to have been withheld up til now. Some of those truths are certainly buried in His Word, but it tooks some digging to bring them out. Our book, “Heaven Bound” (by Vito & Pat Rallo) contain many of those truths which were revealed to us 2 years ago, as we sought the Lord in prayer every single day.

Thank you for speaking truth in these last days. We need truth like never before. You are one of the few voices that we can always depend on and to have proper discernment. Jesus is the truth – He didn’t just speak the truth. He is the truth personified!

Some of the lies circulating out there today will take a person straight to hell (unless they come to a place of repentance), especially the “extreme grace” message that is out there today, which distorts & cheapens the real meaning of grace. Lord give your true church strength, wisdom, and true grace to press on to that glorious Day!

  33. Elika Au May 24th 2012

I believe there will be a revival, but it won’t be until the time of the tribulation according to Rev.7:13-14 which refers to the great, white-robed multitude.

Jesus describes the last days that we’re living in and warns about deception in
Mt 24:4,5,11,24. It is a time of false teachings and apostasy, with many b/Macksliding and others enduring to the end; days likened to the days of Noah, filled with wickedness and corruption, sexual perversion and the like (Gen 6:11).

Paul describes the Christians of the last days in 2Tim 3:1-7. What saddens me is this part “lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”

The world has crept into the church today and Satan is having a hey day because he knows he has a short time to do his evil work. Every kind of deceptive doctrine has come into the church in different guises and are being practiced ‘in the name of Jesus’. Christian Spirituality seems to be the latest thing here related to the Kundalini movement Andrew warned about. Having faith in God and His Word does not seem sufficient for those groups that are delving into Christian Spirituality- Contemplation/Meditation/Mysticism and now we have warned our own family members to stay away from those seeking ‘out of body experiences’, astral projection, visions, etc. So happens these ministers don’t preach repentance from sin, hell, end times, return of Christ; don’t preach against fornication, homosexuality practiced my members, etc. They are plain not teaching the pure, unadulterated Word of God, but promoting everything else instead. Like the world-view, anything and everything goes in many churches!

God is doing a shaking in His Church today; He is separating the true believers from the make believers, the holy from the unholy, the wheat from the tares.
And Satan is helping Him to do this with his evil devices, tricks, false teachings to deceive as many as he can to go through the coming tribulation, or take them to hell with him.

No folks, keep your eyes on God; trust Him only; trust His Word only and not man who may fail you and deceive you. Hosea 4:6 says “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:”

How grievous it is for some church members who have put their pastors on pedestals and don’t know the Word for themselves.
How foolish it is to believe everything you hear and see going on in churches and attribute it to God! A proof of that are the scandals in mega churches, especially in Malaysia right now, with pastor/scoundrels fleecing their members to build bigger landmark churches and make a name of themselves. The Bible speaks of these false shepherds who devour and scatter God’s sheep, don’t feed them, and let the predators (the devil and his minions) prey upon and destroy them.

  34. When someone uses the term Holy Communion, they believe in transubstantiation or as a protestant would put it the real presence of Jesus. It is taught that the cracker and grape juice or wine becomes the literal flesh and blood of Jesus. Correct me if I am wrong. These same people teach that communion has to be served by elders.
Amen! Charles ,the pharisees thought the Messiah would be like them and he was far from being like them.
I heard Benny Hinn say that he and the TBN crowd were giants in God’s Kingdom.History repeats.

  35. Hubby and I are in total agreement with these words from brother Dave Wilkerson. I’ll also add is these:

2 Corinthians 1:8 For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that WE DESPAIRED EVEN OF LIFE. 9 But we had the SENTENCE OF DEATH in ourselves, that we should NOT TRUST in ourselves, BUT IN GOD Which raiseth the dead:

and I love this definition of unbelief by brother Dake:
UNbelief = SIGHT with God left out.

Deuteronomy 32:36 For the LORD shall judge His people, and repent Himself for His servants, when He seeth that their POWER is gone, and there is none shut up or left.

Brother Matthew Henry’s beautiful notes on the above verse:
“The Lord shall judge His people, that is, judge FOR them against their enemies, plead their cause, and BREAK THE YOKE OF OPPRESSION UNDER WHICH THEY HAD LONG GROANED, repenting Himself for His servants; not changing His mind, but changing His way, and fighting FOR them, as He had fought against them, when He sees that their power is gone. This plainly points at the Deliverance’s God wrought for Israel by the judges out of the hands of those to whom He had sold them for their sins, see Judges. 2:11-18, and how His Soul was grieved for the misery of Israel, Judges. 10:16, and this when they were reduced to the last extremity.

GOD HELPED THEM WHEN THEY COULD NOT HELP THEMSELVES; for there was none shut up or left; that is, none that dwelt either in cities or walled towns, in which they were shut up, nor any that dwelt in scattered houses in the country, in which they were left at a distance from neighbors. Note, GOD’S TIME TO APPEAR FOR THE DELIVERANCE OF HIS PEOPLE IS WHEN THINGS ARE AT THE WORST WITH THEM. God TRIES HIS PEOPLE’S FAITH, and STIRS UP PRAYER, by letting things go to the worst, and THEN MAGNIFIES HIS OWN POWER, and fills the faces of his enemies with shame and the hearts of His people with so much the GREATER JOY, by rescuing them out of extremity as brands out of the burning.”

  36. I would have so liked to have known David Wilkerson personally before he passed on. Everything I’ve read that he has written has rang as true in the spirit for me.

  37. I could actually hear David Wilkerson speaking as I read this word. It’s true … the power and glory to come will be awesome to behold. No person or denomination will be able to take credit for it.

Wednesday, May 9th I awoke with such a strong sense of the Spirit saying that the change has begun … a new dawn is rising. What a glorious time for the saints of God to be alive!

  38. Clark Hay May 24th 2012

Amen to much of what was written by:
Mike, John Hayworth, Jack Glasson, David Scott,
Pastor Wayne, ValleyAnt, and Elika Au

    And good observations by:
    James Palmer and Pat Rallo

  39. Les is correct.
Many of you others are describing the power and suffering that will be a mark of the tribulation.
The true church will be raptured before that and the false “church” will be full of the power of the enemy and the glorification of suffering….it will appear to be a “revival”…….
This will be a deception (that is already drawing some of you).
Beware of the desire for power…this is pride…this is what caused the enemy to fall in the first place.

  40. Harold May 24th 2012

The temple that Solomon built was truly glorious in its grandeur. When the Jews were allowed to return from their captivity in Babylon to restore Jerusalem and the temple, God says this to Zerubbabel by the prophet Haggai: “Speak now to Zerubbabel—and to Joshua,—the hight priest, and to the remnant of the people, saying: Who is left among you who saw this temple in its former glory? (If you can receive it, he is also referring to the body of Christ, the early Church) And how do you see it now?”

What I see now of the present temple (the church) is a sad caricature of the early one. I too have considered all those verses that others have looked at that would tend to make me think that the believers would be barely hanging on when Christ returned. However, as I read these verses in Haggai in 1964, I had to give precedence to verse 9 of chapter 2 of Haggai: “THE GLORY OF THIS LATTER TEMPLE SHALL BE GREATER THAN THE FORMER, SAYS JEHOVAH.”

It is true that the restored temple in Jerusalem never attained to the glory of Solomon’s temple. So it is very likely He is speaking of the body of Christ in the latter time. How wonderful that He adds, “And in this place I will give peace.”

Reading your comments encourages me greatly. May I suggest that you take another look at what Jack Glasson wrote?

May His peace find its place in your hearts, beloved.

  41. Such great words of wisdom and truth in this group. Imagine this scene: The economy has crashed, the currency has no value, no one can hire anyone due to costs, no one can go to the doctors for medical help, etc. But so-and-so down the street has all he needs, does not need a doctor, has the food and necessities he and his family need, and is still a joyful person. So you go to him to find out what he has that you don’t. He gives you the gospel, prays for your disease which is healed, and heads you in the direction to be able to sustain your family.
That is the saint who made the decision to follow Jesus – whether he stayed in or left his denomination. He chose to follow the Lord in and out, happy or sad, hard times or not. He showed the Lord he was faithful to the call to be intimate with Him, follow as best he could, stay in the Word, and be faithful to all that Jesus taught him.
That is a testimony to the keeping power of the Lord.
If he had been “raptured” out before the 2nd coming, that testimony would never have happened. The most powerful testimony to Jesus Christ is a life lived just like Jesus lived at His first coming. “No servant is better than his Master.” The saint who is truly burdened for the lost as was our Lord testifies to Him until the last minute. I believe that is what God intends at the final “outpouring” on the saints that proved faithful to Him, not a denomination. Denominations can be helpful but they are not substitutionary.
Now the conclusion might not be to your liking but as the Lord said, No servant is better than his Master. Once the word gets out that this saint is walking in power, fully taken care of, medically healthy and giving that away through prayer, and joyful – the imposter parallel, the god of government, ideology, false church Babylon – will have to get rid of the “real thing” in order to survive. And martyrdom will occur in those times. But not apart from the Lord!!! He will be there reminiscing the very same as what happened to Him – in all His Glory and power He will be by your side. Fear Not – He has said over and over.
This is not about us – it is about Him. To give Him the Glory He deserves comes straight from His Holy Spirit who loves and lives to give Him Glory – and that same Spirit lives in you.
Exactly how it all plays out is not the issue – the issue is to give Him Glory in the midst of it all and He will be with you.

  42. Dear les,

Seeing that I was the one to mention Holy Communion on this blog, and even numerous times in other threads, it would have been appropriate for you to address me personally, and ask me of my understanding on this Holy Matter. Your little snippet and question shows that you, as well as others have little regard for that which is Holy before God. Indeed, you need correction as well as those who mock at the significance of the Words of Jesus Christ in John 6 and then the feast of Tabernacles and at the Pascal table where our Lord inaugurated or instituted for us the unleavened bread that He blessed to be for us His Body and the blessed wine to be for us His Blood. Jesus says: the Words I speak they are Spirit and they are Life. It is the Spirit of God that brings Life to your soul, and it is the Spirit that gives Life to the communion bread and wine through Jesus Christ, the WORD of GOD crucified.

Then Jesus said unto the mockers, John 53 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink His blood, you have no Life in you.54 Whoso eats My Flesh, and drinks My blood, has eternal Life; and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For My Flesh is meat indeed, and My Blood is drink indeed. 56 He that eats My Flesh, and drinks My Blood, dwells in Me, and I in him. 57 As the living Father hath sent Me, and I live by the Father: so he that eats of Me, even he shall live by Me.”

As far as the Roman dogma of transubstantiation is concerned, it is a philosophical rational of men, speculating on the words of Jesus Christ. I am anathematized many times over by the Council of Trent’s edicts, for not believing as the Roman Church teaches. For centuries the Roman Church had dispensed with the New Covenant Blood and only as of 2003 is it being given to the people of the pews in the Churches in the U.S.A.

As far as the Real Presence, it is by God’s Holy Spirit Who is One with the Water and the Blood that flowed from His wounds and pierced side. You can not see the Holy Spirit, but He is administering God’s Covenant Offerings in the Spirit of the Body of Jesus Christ, Whose faithful members we are in union with that unleavened Bread of Heaven. And then the Holy Spirit provides in the blessed drink offering of wine the New Covenant Blood of Jesus Christ to cleanses us of our confessed sins, so that the members of His Body may be of One Spirit with God. Is the Flesh of the Son of Man real? Yes, because it is by the Spiritual Power of the WORD of GOD that created all things and holds all things abeyance to His Word. Is the Blood of the Son of Man real? Yes indeed, because it is of the Spirit that is One with the Life of the Soul that was poured out on Calvary for the sins of mankind. The Life (Nephesh) of the Flesh is in the Blood, and I have given it to make an atonement for your souls (Nephesh). In Hebrew Life and Soul are one and the same word “Nephesh”.

I’m slow, and over the years I’ve written and rewritten what is now over 200,000 words on that which is Holy Communion and the Power of the Blood of Jesus Christ. By God’s grace only, there is a record on the internet of what I have seen in visions along with all the apologetically formed arguments that have come to mind that hopefully will begin to lift the members of the Body of Jesus Christ out of the grave.

  43. The answer can be found in the 2nd chapter of Joel. In the first chapter, Joel describes the apostasy of the Church and warns us to “be ashamed O ye husbandman … because the harvest of the field is perished”. The corn, wine and oil have been cut off from the House of the Lord because we have forgotten the command to win souls, but instead have become so full of “church” that we have let the harvest perish.
But the 2nd chapter is the call for Joel’s Army to arise, and the promise is stated in verse 24 that He will send the rain, the former rain AND the latter rain, in the first month. In other words, the greatest revival of all time is coming.

  44. Acts 1 v 6 they asked Him, saying Master, will You at this time restore again the kingdom to Yisrael?
Then in Ezekiel 37 v 15 to 21 (referring to the two pieces of wood becoming one). This is the wonderful and earth-changing final event of this age. The house of Ephraim being rejoined to the House of Judah after 2,700 years. “Thy Kingdom Come”

  45. I believe that the book spoken of in Daniel is now being unsealed and that knowledge is increasing. That there will be a remnant totally “sold out” to God, who WILL do exploits, as stated in the book of Daniel. On the whole, however, I see a church that is a lot of hype, but is too much into winning the lost with the ways of the world more than the pure gospel of Christ. Mega churches that whip the congregation up into emotion which I sometimes really believe, is a form of hypnotism. Like trying to push praise in, instead of letting The Holy Spirit fill one up within, until there is an outward over-flowing. I see otherwise great men of God, who look to other “great mega church” ministers hoping for promotion world wide to “get their message out.” It is not their vision that is wrong, but their method. For, promotion comes from God, not from men. It is written: “Do not despise the day of small things.” Or something to that effect. But, mega ministers that make a big outward show are trusted more than the small things that really matter. And, are even trusted more than those who really love their man of God and and are telling him the truth. Pastors that go after promotion by attaching themselves to other ministries or men, are headed for shipwreck and are breaking my heart. What a shame to see what came from God over-ridden and destroyed by wolves in sheep’s clothing. So what if they are on TV and have thousands “under” them? This is where I see the really visible church is going in the last days. Just waiting for the man of sin to join the world together in “peaceful harmony.” These are setting it up for the “one to come.” Then, shall sudden destruction come. May God stop those that truly love Him, and open their “eyes” before it is too late.

  46. @Les. THe communion is breaking bread with the Body of CHrist..Having a meal with them, fellowshipping, talking and discussing the word, getting to know and love each other. It is NOT a cracker and wine or grape juice.

  47. Ibelieve May 24th 2012

I have always thought David Wilkerson was a man of God.

He not only preached the Word, but he helped feed the poor and clothed the needy, reaching out to all in the community who needed help and was always sharing the good news to others.

There are things in the Word of God that are spiritually discerned and those who walk in the Spirit can hear the Lord when He is speaking or leading in a certain direction.

We should always listen to the HS of God, He’s the one who will lead and guide us into all truth.

I think we all should believe and pray for revival because we live in the Laodicean church age.”when the enemy comes in like a flood the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him”.Many think that all one has to do is accept Jesus and live as they like.I agree with one of the other writers on this post that there may be both apostasy and revival. One of the prophesies of the last days is that many will be marrying and given in marriage.Reading between the lines here I would say that that could refer to the many divorces and re-marriages taking place in the church these days.Luke 16:18 is totally ignored mostly and people divorce and re-marry because on the widespread wrong interpretation of the so called exception clause in Matt 5:32 and 19:9.There is no exception clause because God says that if re-marriage takes place whilst there is a pre-existing spouse on either side then that is adultery. The adulterer will not get to heaven unless they repent and leave the adulterous 2nd marriage.Does a thief get to keep $1000 if he stole it?Right here is where we really need revival.I realise I might be treading on some toes here but Gods word, which is largely ignored in this,is the final judge.I bring this up because it bothers me deep down.My beloved wife divorced me and entered into a non covenant marriage years ago and God clearly told me to stand and believe for the ressurection of my marriage for Gods Glory not my comfort.
Let us all walk in Christs Holiness and live 100% for Him because He is coming soon for us His bride. The rapture will take place before the final terrible 7 years.I agree with Les on this and many others that have studied what the Bible really says about this. The post trib rapture is false and destroys the Hope of the Christain. So let us all walk very close to the Lord lest we miss it.I believe there will be a great out pouring of the Spirit in the last days as Joel says but it may take the shock of being left behind from the rapture to wake many luke warm Christians up.After warning the Laodocean church to repent in Rev 3:21 God says “to him who overcomes I will grant to sit with me in my throne”.After the rapture we see this in the 24 elders in Rev 4 and particulary 5:8-10.This is I believe the redeemed church as the king James version says.
May God richly bless all.Even so Come Lord Jesus.

  49. After 31 yrs of praying for “Revival” I am fully convinced God will utterly shake the world & “men will be scarcer than the gold of Ophir.” America will be devestated & split in two, literally. Only then the “Sons of God” will arise, walking in the “full stature of Christ Jesus” & fully establish the Kingdom of our God & King.
Better be prepared for all “hell to break loose” before Christians start “forsaking all’ & start acting like Jesus. When the leader of our nation endorsed homosexual marriages our fate was sealed.
How many of our “Christian leaders” declared a 40 day fast of prayer & repentance? None that I’ve heard of. Better get serious now.

  50. Jeannine May 24th 2012

i am forever encouraged and my spirit quickens when i read something that is so in the core of my being of what the Lord is saying to his Church/Bride.
Thank you for speaking out in truth at all cost – yes i know what that is about.
‘Let him who has ears to hear…..”

  51. I loved David Wilkerson and was blessed by his ministry for over 20 years. However we are all products of our spiritual upbringing. While he had a heart for the Lord, there was also his interpretation of scripture at times probably stemming from the denomination he came out of.. Towards the end of his ministry he became soft to the world around him. None of us want to dwell on the darkness and yet that is the world in which we live. I agree with one of the comments above who said that Joel and Acts was referring to the outpouring of the last days beginning at the time of Jesus (New Testament) and continues today. Jesus said in the end times shall he find faith on the earth? Doesn’t sound like a worldwide revival to me. Yet God’s ways are not our ways. If our focus is on Jesus and not on signs and wonders God can do the unexpected at any time He choses. Yet Paul and the Apostles died martys. Debbie

  52. Yes Yuman – Only those with ears to hear can understand what you posted. Sadly, many will not be prepared for what’s coming, but the Lord told me that He ‘would save a great multitude’.

  53. Jo Sappenfield May 24th 2012

I love David Wilkerson’s writings. He was one of the most humble yet famous men of God whose ministry has stood the test of time and that has been a source of life and loving admonishment for me.
The scriptures are clear that we ALL see through a glass darkly–however; they are clear that there will be a great falling away and that the love of many will grow cold because iniquity abounds. Matthew 24 records Jesus as saying that we need to “take heed that no man deceives you.” Obviously that is because error will be rampant–seducing spirits looking to attach themselves to men in the pulpit and lure believers into the present day Laodicean spiritual state. However–all that being a reality–we can cultivate faithfulness. We can listen to the still small voice that convicts and guides our steps and reveals the truth via the inerrant Word of God–inspired and written down by holy men of old. There will be a church without spot of wrinkle. The book of Daniel says that “some will fall–that they may be purified”–So we must believe that no matter what it looks like in the “church world”–we can’t “write it off” because the husk will fall away when judgment blows and the real McCoy–the wheat will be found gathered together before the Son of Man when he comes. Amazingly, there are some very sincere people who are anti-semitic, but they refuse to call it was it is. God’s remnant is one remnant. We must pray for the WHOLE house of Israel to be reconciled–not just the wild olive branches who have been grafted into this commonwealth. If we don’t, we will miss out–because we can be cut off.

  54. Jesus is coming very sooooon to pre trib rapture His Church, it could be today.

The 70th week of Daniel (the final 7 years) is to THY people (Jews) and THY Holy city (Jerusalem)

Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people (Jews) and upon thy holy city (Jerusalem) to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

  55. DeWayne May 24th 2012

I believe revival means revive, spiritually, however what is spiritually dead will remain dead. The word says all of Israel saved, but as the NT speaks in this context, meaning of the faithfull.

I believe Daniel chapter-9 describes the last part of this earth age, the 70th week the end of that period. In that period Satan is ruler over the earth, the faithful reaching 1335-days into that period are the last of the chosen gathered.

There are saints in that period conquered by Satan, these I believe what many nbtioned as those neither hot or cold. I have come to believe the two witnesses are the Christian-Gentile, and the Messianic, these will be strong in th Lords power and authority.

  56. look at the birds of the air May 24th 2012

This article speaks to my heart and bears true, so very true.
Their is much apostasy and those with eyes see it as such.
The bible tells us plainly that it must be and will be. I believe we are in such as a time of apostasy as ever. The good news, yes:) God will have a remnant of people, He always has. They will do great and mighty things, Things the world has not witnessed. God will receive ALL glory, power and praise, no man shall glory, because they will be filled and walking in the power He has told us of in scripture. and I so look, wait and hope in all of His promises, for they are for those whom belong to Him. their is still a lost people in this world. they have not witnessed such apostasy, no. they have no clue, but Praise be to GOD, He is even now and has been preparing His people, those whom are called and who will obey to go. We cannot go unless we be sent. The Lord knows whoms hearts are open and ready. the Lord plows the ground, we plant the seed, and he waters and brings the increase, how beautiful is that. How beautiful are the feet that walk in the ways of an holy Most high God. Who have not walked in the ways of the rebellious , and the stiffnecked. So many believe they know the word but they do not know the WORD, nor have a deep close relationship with Jesus Christ, He is Messiah and He is not just Savior, He is Lord of Lords and the King of over all Kings. The dreams He has given of late are of such as talked about concerning the wine and the oil, for the word says I will go on to visions and revelations of our Lord, 2 Cor.12:11
for, I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ. Gal. 1:12….
the Lord by vision pointed out with His hand, his finger pointing over an open field, and said I AM sending My people to a lost people and than pointed back to the comp and said whom have not seen such apostasy as this, (talking of another past forum). PRAISE BE TO GOD, MOST HIGH!

I didnt read the comments, however Ken, no your sadly deceived if you believe such as you have stated. So many do not want to be here and witness what is coming, do you doubt God whom created the heavens and the earth could not protect His people? is it fear that makes you to desire to believe this or have you been taught false doctrine?

  58. look at the birds of the air May 24th 2012

    * I just happened to read the last one after posting and saw yours Ken.

  59. Is Daniel 9:24 a false Word?

  60. look at the birds of the air May 24th 2012

it will take the Lord through His Spirit to reveal to you. I will not debate but will say what you speak of is untrue. the word does not lie, however ti can be twisted to fit peoples opinons, theories and or views.

  61. Quote
is it fear that makes you to desire to believe this or have you been taught false doctrine?

With respect, less of the assumptions please.

  62. Regarding the article and all who wait on a future revival ;

What is it that hinders or prevents ” revival ” ?

Is it us or our Lord ?

Has He not already given all that is required ?

Are we willing for the fruit to be establish in our lives before we seek the gifts of ” revival “?

Our Lords Spirit was poured out on all flesh ( that would receive Him ) upon His death and resurrection , with the sending of the Holy Spirit.

Our Lord can’t revive that which refuses to obey His commands .

The fruit is the evidence of His presence in our lives and comes from seeking and obeying Him first.

The gifts ( ” revival ” ) flow from His presence in us, for His glory not ours.

  63. I will leave it at that Dear One.

  64. look at the birds of the air May 24th 2012

In a dream in the night, He showed me a clear large glass pitcher, I saw a hand come into view and I saw that it was oil, He poured it forth, continually until it was empty. I than heard the words, Why is their NO balm in gilead? I pondered and said to myself, Jesus, you are the balm of gilead. As the post spoke above their is an outpouring and many , many will bow out and refused to be filled. the few will accept and they will go on to bear much fruit for the Kingdom of God.
We are being filled daily, very seriously this is a truth and He is igniting an holy fire, a fire that burns within His people. We are never empty, though some as the 5 foolish virgins can become empty.
He is constantly pouring forth, being used here and their, a little here and a little their. I at times feel as though Im in a stall and waiting for Him to open the door of the stall. than I feel him cutting off more and more of my flesh, burning it up within my being. I believe the hearts of the people must be opened before going and at times we witness such. However it going to take the trying times soon to come for their hearts to accept our Lord, if they do not yet. We know still that many will not even accept him as written of in the seals in Rev. another recnt dream just given was america was as a poor old lady, China was taking everything out of America and keeping it for themselves. How many things are already tagged and labeled with “made in China”? more than can even list. Dont want to change the subject, but God knows , perfectly what it shall take for this all to take place in the peoples hearts.

Ephesians 5:27 states that the Lord Jesus will return to a Glorious Church which is His doing not ours.

Luke 21:24 states that when Jerusalem is no longer under gentile rule, this is the end of the times of the gentiles. A subsequent generation will witness Divine action entering time. A summer time a shining time of harvest and heat. The fig tree “Israel ” coming into Christ as Paul states a life from the dead time.

Mathew 17: 1-3 Reveals Jesus whole body glowing with glory while blood still flowed through it. This is a prohetic projection into a time when the church “Body of Christ will be glorious.

Moses head shone as a similar prohetic projection pointing to the throne of David and Solomon as head over the people of Israel.

Rev 6: 10-11 outlines a time when white garments are given to the church as a whole.

Mathew 17-5 Reveals that while Peter is still speaking a bright cloud covers them.

Luke 21: 27 Reveals that Jesus as the Son of Man ie: still in the ministry of flesh and blood, will come in a Cloud with Power and great Glory we are to straighten up and raise our heads because our redemption is drawing near.

Yes, to him who has ears to hear let him hear what the Spirit says. He will come as the true true Spirit of God in His people first . Declaring Jesus Christ Has Come in the flesh of His Church with full sovereignty crushing satan under our feet before He catches us up to be with Him. The Church will truly begin to call upon His name soon out of a great shaking. Wits end is that place, when Heaven hears a genuine cry. Lord Save us for we are perishing. He will rise in His people and rebuke the evil wind, calm the sea of people, and walk upon the dry ground as Sovereign Lord, manifesting in the fivefold ministry. Yes a Glorious Church generation will come before the end.

2 Thessalonians 2:5 Then the Antichrist shall be born into time to complete the last generation. after the one restraining him “Holy Ghost” is Taken away from time.

All Be Blessed in our Lord Jesus Christ

  66. There is no doubt that revival is taking place, quietly, low profile in various scattered corners of the world already; just the start, but it’s picking up in numbers, maturity and spiritual power against the enemies of God. If you are not involved and feel called to be part of greater things in the last days please contact me – +64274038561 [email protected]

  67. During the next few decades there will be two distinct moves of the Holy Spirit across the church in Great Britain. The first move will affect every church that is open to receive it and will be characterised by a restoration of the baptism and gifts of the Holy Spirit.

The second move of the Holy Spirit will result in people leaving historic churches and planting new churches.

In the duration of each of these moves, the people who are involved will say, “This is a great revival” but the Lord says “No, neither is the great revival but both are steps towards it.”

When the new church phase is on the wane, there will be evidenced in the churches something that has not been seen before: a coming together of those with an emphasis on the Word and those with an emphasis on the Spirit.

When the word and the Spirit come together, there will be the biggest movement of the Holy Spirit that the nation, indeed, the world has ever seen. It will mark the beginning of a revival that will eclipse anything that has been witnessed within these shores, even the Wesleyan and the Welsh revivals of former years. The out pouring of God’s Spirit will flow over from the United Kingdom to the mainland of Europe, and from there will begin a missionary move to the ends of the earth. (Smith Wigglesworth 1947)

“… Shutting his eyes again, he said, ‘I see the greatest revival in the history of mankind coming to Planet earth, maybe as never before. And I see every form of disease healed. I see whole hospitals emptied with no one there. Even the doctors are running down the streets shouting.’

“He told me that there would be untold numbers of uncountable multitudes that would be saved. No man will say ‘so many, so many,’ because nobody will be able to count those who come to Jesus. No disease will be able to stand before God’s people… ‘It will be a worldwide situation, not local,’ he said, ‘a worldwide thrust of God’s power and God’s anointing upon mankind.’

“Then he opened his eyes and looked at me and said, ‘I will not see it, but you shall see it. The Lord says that I must go on to my reward, but that you will see the mighty works that He will do upon the earth in the last days.’

“… The idea that I would get to see this revival was almost overwhelming. And in the last decade or so, I believe we have seen this revival begin to sweep the earth. We have seen amazing moves of God in Africa… Recently, I was in China and met with the underground church. I was told there are at least forty-five million Full Gospel Christians in China. I discovered a depth of prayer and integrity there that I have not felt anywhere else in the world… So I believe we are seeing Wigglesworth’s prophecy begin to be fulfilled. We are seeing the first stages of it.” (Lester Sumrall recounting a conversation he had with Smith Wigglesworth, the source states that Lester Sumrall died on 28 Apr 96)

  71. Ernest Long May 24th 2012

    I agree with David Wilkerson:

The Lord is preparing a powerful yet humble army of shepherds
after His own heart and also a REMNANT CONGREGATION (emphasis mine) of hungry sheep who have turned away from the deadness and sin of the modern church. The scene is being set for that church which will be hot, not lukewarm-and it will rock the very foundations of hell. No power on earth will be able to ignore or despise it!

    Because of:

Rev 11:3-6 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. 4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. 5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. 6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

The 7 candlesticks will have gone by the way, but what will remain will be two candlesticks, also called two olive trees which are the group of gentile Christians and the group of Messianic Jews, as per Romans 9-11. These two groups will be comparatively small but will be the most powerful witness of Christ EVER.

I believe this ties right in with the above, another from David Wilkerson,
however a scripture stood out to me: as quoted below:
Just as the Lord spoke in the vision of going to the lost, so to as written below by D.W: While reading this I would also like to share several more verses I was reminded of while reading the shared below:

    1 Kings 18:41
And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat

    and drink; for there
is a sound of abundance of rain.

    Deuteronomy 11:11
But the land, whither ye go to possess it, is a land of hills
and valleys, and drinketh water of the rain of heaven:

    David Wilkerson wrote:

No matter what kind of manifestations you see in a so-called revival, it is not a true move of God unless it is focused on the harvest!

and I so loved where David stated this:
Holy Ghost rain always falls to produce an ingathering of souls. AMEN!

God poured out His Spirit at Pentecost to prepare the ground and soften it for the gospel seed to be sown. Spirit-filled believers were sent out from the Upper Room into all the world to make disciples of Jesus Christ.

The church has seen almost 2,000 years of sowing and growing and it is now harvest time! All who have died in Christ up to now represent the first fruits or the early harvest. Jesus has not yet come because He has been waiting patiently for His final, mighty harvest!

“Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain” (James 5:7).

In the early part of the last century, the “Latter Rain Movement” began in Canada. It lasted forty or fifty years. Today, only a few “Latter Rain” churches remain, yet those who were involved in that movement were convinced they were experiencing the Spirit’s great, final outpouring. Many said, “This is it! We’re seeing Zechariah 12:10 come to pass!” But the movement dissipated and other such movements have come and gone also. Why? Because they were not focused on the harvest!

Many so-called Holy Ghost movements have vanished quickly because they were man-centered—focusing on gifts, self-improvement, personal happiness, and not in reaching a lost and dying world!

Jesus tied the harvest to lost souls when He said, “Pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest” (Matthew 9:38).

Any true outpouring of the Holy Spirit will focus on this prayer of Jesus. The few revivals documented as genuine all were blessed with great harvests of souls.

  74. Hi Andrew. I have a problem with “the last days” maybe “latter days” is better?
reason;- (at the risk of being found pedantic)
    Acts 2
    ” 16 But THIS (what they saw then then) IS THAT which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
17 “And it shall come to pass in the last days, (Clearly Peter was not living in the last 24 hour days but he was living at the beginning of a last two days, of a six fold, thousand year day period of history, from Adam and the fall to our time, the the sabbath the thousand year millenium finishes) …. saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: ( has this not been occurring for the last two, two thousand year days, is increasing in our time, and they are almost over?) ….and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: (been happening for nearly two, thousand year days?)
18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: (again history confirms this)
19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: (Hiroshima Nagasaki {Zechariah 14.12 -perfect description of atomic blast on human body}?)
20 The “sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood” (prophetic language for Pagan and Papal Rome?,and again literally Hiroshima Nagasaki, i have also seen this when we had the atomic tests at Maralinga in South Aust.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_nuclear_tests_at_Maralinga ) , …….before the great and notable day of the Lord come:
21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the “name” (fame) of the Lord shall be saved. (again during these two prophetic of three last days)
    Hence verse Acts 2 38 – 40.
That said, i hope and pray for the West to wake from their drunken sleep, many of my colleagues believe we will see it happen. Perhaps the catalyst is what we are seeing now! Our Nations seem destined for decline into greater social and economic upheaval, – during WWII our orthodox churches were packed, back then Pentecost in Australia was a whisper in the background, now i see an increasing number of young Spirit Filled men who are able to cope with thousands of folk converting to NT Christianity. This is encouraging and exciting to me, especially as the third world, gentile countries are having revival, i see “Israel” in one sense, as the christian west, typified by USA and UK (Bible printing missionary people of our time) as Paul said “Blindness is happened to them until the fullness of the Gentiles is come in”. Can anyone deny the the West is blind today as is the “Israel” in Palestine? Paul talked about Israel being provoked by revival in the gentile people?
Yes i hope and pray we will see latter day revival, as rain upon the Western “spiritual desert” nations of today.
    Pr Michael

  75. Joel 2’28-29 was a prophecy fulfilled for the Jews at Pentecost, as Peter pointed out.

During the 40 days immediately preceding His ascension
—Jesus had breathed the Holy Spirit on His disciples (to enable them to receive) His ekklesia teachings of:
—“the things pertaining to the kingdom of God”, —“the promise of the Father”,
—the kingdom of Israel “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority”
—and told them: “you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 1’2-8.

All the amazing and physically dangerous activities of Christ’s Ekklesia People over the years that followed these words have, for centuries, been called “The Acts of the Apostles”.

I’m not saying that God is not doing great things today. But, how about Believers accepting these words from the Lord as the early Saints did and believe for some “Acts of the Holy Spirit” where we live? Hallelujah!

  76. HI # look at the birds of the air

    “1 Kings 18:41
And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat

    and drink; for there
is a sound of abundance of rain.”

I love it” Especially as it follows Elijah’s “pentecostal” like performance before Israel and the false prophets.
Note this man of God mocked them, and God ended the argument with the answer of fire from heaven that accepted the offering.
You and I are modern day Elisha Elijah’s, we are to build the alter that is broken down and preach in demonstration of the Holy Ghost and Power. This did Elijah, this did Jesus this did the Apostles. This did the reformers. Wesley, Moody, wigglesworth Et al. God Almighty blessed their faith with results! , So also must we!

Grace Campbell, a long dissertation but helpful and insightful. The Lord’s ways seem to be simple though hard on the flesh, and what you shared about the two witnesses makes sense to me in this ‘simplicity that is in Christ’. Prophetic timing is something I don’t understand well, and simple teaching on it is a blessing.

Betty, you said, “We cannot bring ourselves together. But He will.” It’s refreshing to know that.

Renee, thanks for posting this: “God TRIES HIS PEOPLE’S FAITH, and STIRS UP PRAYER, by letting things go to the worst, and THEN MAGNIFIES HIS OWN POWER, and fills the faces of his enemies with shame and the hearts of His people with so much the GREATER JOY, by rescuing them out of extremity.” God has repeatedly done this throughout history.

Marie, everything you wrote ministers to me. You said in part, “May God stop those that truly love Him, and open their ‘eyes’ before it is too late.” So much amen to all you wrote about true ministers seeking to get their true and pure message out the wrong way. I am looking at it now and agree with your heart and your prayer. Amen.

Earlier, I said I’m currently a member of a church which is still feeding on milk. That sounds condemning (Andrew, the Lord has yet to work on my sharp corners :)), so let me clarify: I’m currently part of a church where ‘feeling good’ in God is promoted above holiness (or anything real), BECAUSE there are people in the church purposely keeping the church at milk stage by promoting spiritual infancy, hype in spiritual gifts, etc., so that the church can’t move on with God.

I also want to say that there is a lot of truth here and that everyone should learn to take what they can and leave the rest. Lastly, I want to acknowledge that the word ‘revival’ needs to be re-defined. When I think ‘revival’ (just like the word ‘prophetic’) the synonyms that automatically come to mind are ‘fake, false, deception, hype’ and all synonyms at those words. I believe, however, that as we re-define ‘revival’, we will be able to reject ‘false revivals’ without rejecting the real revivals (plural) that are indeed coming and are happening in varying degrees around the world (mostly hidden) both within individuals and among congregations or groups. Be sure not to listen to any voice saying there will be no more revivals; it is God’s NATURE to revive or bring what is dead to life again , and His true revivals are like the wind that blows and like the movement of the Holy Spirit: the Holy Spirit is always moving (God is still working), and the wind is always blowing. And even if the wind somehow stopped blowing, as when the sun stood still for Joshua, God’s revivals must still come.

Hi @ Michael, servant is good for me but I enjoyed the expounding tying it together, concerning the false prophets and Elijah:) right on!

Something the Lord has been showing me is Esther and her standing in the gap for the Jews as with Moses standing in the gap for the Israelites and I never realized how truly parallel they both truly are. This I believe the Lord is showing to me is because isnt that truly what (we) the Lords people will be and are doing but more so as things truly slide even moreso downhill? Pretty amazing!

  79. look at the birds of the air May 24th 2012

One more thing about the book of Esther, these words sum it up- “FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS.”

  80. Dear Messianic rabbi Andrew Dinnerman.
(That’s a bit of a mouthful if you don’t mind me saying so).

2 Chronicles 7’14 does not apply in any way to New Covenant Saints of Christ.

The verse before is God warning about Old Covenant sin –
“When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people”.

We, Christ’s Saints, are the temple in which God dwells and our land is The Kingdom of God.

Love to you in The Saviour’s Name.

  81. look at the birds of the air May 24th 2012

@ Ron, doesnt the bible say the Kingdom of God is within you?

    (Christ seated in our hearts,
yeilding unto Him and His will.)

    papraphrased:Luke 17:21
for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

The book of Ester is very deep on many levels . Haman was an Amalekite, the same that Saul who was told by Yah to kill his relatives and did not resulting in the future birth of Haman! Haman represents the bad seed or the tares that keep trying to end the lives of Yah’s people, if HaSatan can use Haman to destroy the Jews then no future Messiah. The Hebrew letter vav is the last of Haman’s 10 sons first letter of his name. It appears to be written as a large vav, look up and study the mystery of the vav, and looks like a large stake the ten sons were hung on. In Persian times they were hung on large stakes, impaled, for public exhibition. Vav means hook as like those used in the Mishkan, temple, or in other words like our Messiah Yashua who was hung and is our temple! Ester is also about how we are to become the holy bride of our King Yashua. There is so much more if you go to: hatikva, org and click the study on Ester. Shalom in Yahshua

  84. MJBR, I agree and in the coming months we will be partaking properly. The forms of communion practiced in the organized churches is more about control over the sheep. It is the Nicolaitan spirit.
    That right Yuman
    God Bless Everyone
P.S. Getting leaven out of the house is getting false doctrine out .It is not getting sin out,in my humble opinion.

  85. Claudia May 24th 2012

I dont understand where the church of America comes into scripture.
Most of the Word of God is about Israel, the Wife of God, including the scripture in Joel, and the endtime church? the church, the Bride of Christ is going to be removed from the wrath of God and The Lamb, to be made ready, clothed in fine linen. Israel is the one going through the tribulation, the nation will acknowledge “Him whom they pierced” repent of the national sin and be saved.

  86. Kelling May 24th 2012

Who is Israel? Where did the lost tribes go? Why is Paratha important? Who is the house of Jacob? What does the name Israel mean? What is the Prophesy of Jacob? Why were the High Priest in Yashua’s time not Cohen or even Levites? Why did Yashua come for the lost sheep of Israel? Look up and study the above and you will have your answer. The death of David Wilkerson propheticly shows the end of the church and the start of the Messianic age.

  87. look at the birds of the air May 24th 2012

@ Kelling, as I have been reading both books I saw these things that stood out to me, and yes Haman was a very wicked man, wicked- evil doer. Power and greed ran him.
Pharoahs daughter naming Moses- because she said it mean He was drawn out of the *water. Exodus 2:10

He was concealed in the basket for such a time in that time period. He lived in the house with King Pharoah.

Esther taken and placed in the Kings palace for a such as it was than.

-Hadassah (Esther) is the Hebrew word for myrtle, the sweet fragrance from the oil within the leaves is released when the leaf is bruised and or crushed ………… Thus you can easily see how the threat of extinction of her people so bruised and crushed Esther’s heart that she called for and led the 3-days of fasting and pray unto the Lord for salvation of her people, which was a sweet aroma that rose up into the Throne room of the Lord God Almighty!!!!!!

Esther – means to be concealed, hidden.
    So was Moses hidden.
The root of the Hebrew word ester is saiter, meaning “concealment.” Her name articulated her very essence — the ability to pierce the walls of concealment and find God where others could not.

She had an inner strength that blossomed and grew as she grew. God was ever present with her as He is with His people.

Yes, their is much depthness in both reading of Esther and Moses!

Im constantly, constantly just amazed by the words written, we get to read and to have our eyes opened up to such astounding events from ever old.

When we are able to peel away the layers of nonsense and glitz that are today’s remnants of Achashverosh’s palace, we will find the part of us that — like Esther — can pierce through any armor, even our own.

And then we will see God where we never believed He could be found — in our hearts, in those of others, in the day to day events that form the tapestry of our lives.

  88. Kelling May 24th 2012

Yes birds this is very true! The veil of our heatrs must be opened and Messiah Yashua dwells in us, the scriptures so point to this opening, a place where we meet Yashua in our hearts, so beautiful. Much shalom in Yashua.

  89. AS much as I Loved, respected Pastor David Wilkerson, I discern this Word as New Apostolic Reformation , the false anti-Christ out pouring of the Cult Double portion Latter Day Rain, NEW WINE OUT POURING , Manifest sons of God cult movement doctrines, they are dangerous and twisted scriptures to make super beings of signs and wonders, I am concerned that our Father in the faith was getting mixed up with strange fire doctrines infiltrating his ministry , the scriptures are clear that Joel’s prophecy has come and still going at Pentecost Acts 1:8 empowered witnesses we all are Not New Wine teachings , and this scripture makes it clear -> Acts 2:17 14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, “Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words. 15 For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day. 16 But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:<<<< SEE ???

17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; ACTS 1:8 FULLFILLED !
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.
18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants
    I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
    And they shall prophesy.
19 I will show wonders in heaven above
And signs in the earth beneath:
Blood and fire and vapor of smoke.
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness,
    And the moon into blood,
Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.
21 And it shall come to pass
That whoever calls on the name of the Lord
    Shall be saved.’[b]
Pentecost was the last days out pouring to All church ages til Jesus returns we have this Holy Spirit out pouring , "IT NEVER WENT AWAY" THE BIBLE TEACHES A GREAT FALLING AWAY ,DEPARTING FROM THE FAITH GIVING HEED TO DOCTRINES OF DEMONS
[ The Great Apostasy ] Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,

  90. look at the birds of the air May 24th 2012

@ Larry, who said anything about a double outpouring, who has talked about being drunk in the Spirit as that comes from demons of doctrines. If it is written God shall pour out His Spirit in THE LAST DAYS, do u believe HE is done and over with???

  91. look at the birds of the air May 24th 2012

Typo, it is most assuredly written, not if, typo!

  92. look at the birds of the air May 24th 2012

Larry, I believe the enemy is twisting in your mind some things you wrote. While those false manifestations are very much alive and active, uh I dont believe anyone here above, stated as you jumped quickly and didnt point directly at what your attacking, as far as strange fire and D. W. again, I believe your in great error. D.W. is nothing like the Todd Bentleys and the like. He was a man after Gods heart and it was obvious. He spoke against what you stated above as well….yea!

  93. Michelle May 24th 2012

LOL, No, Wilkerson actually warned against the apostolic stuff. He is just revealing what the Lord had shown him in scripture. Remember the false will try to push over the word. That is what many in the Emergant Churches are doing.

Right now, the west is missing out on a great revival in many places overseas because we are right in the middle of the great falling away. Our sight is narrow when it comes to world wide converts. Many are not even on the books because they are an underground church.

A large revival in the west does not seem in the cards, but the remains of the Christians who are left will know Who their God is, and Who His Christ is. They will have everything shaken down to the True foundation. These are the ones who will have the power of the first Christians because they will have come back into covenant with God through Christ. Make sure your foundation is solid, and you know Who your God really is.

    As far as communion goes..

Luk 22:19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
Luk 22:20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.

Mat 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Communion is a symbol of the covenant we have with God through Christ. We remember what that covenant cost Christ. His body was given up for us, and his blood for the remission of sins so that we may be reconciled with God. It should be a time first of solemn remembrance and self examination. Then a time of joy and thanksgiving for the sacrifce of God for our redemption.

The Catholics have it right in that they encourage with their tradition a self examination before communion. Only, they do place way too much emphasis on the symbolism of things and ritual. Protestants treat communion more times than not as a snack food without any solemn searching before hand. Treating the time as a party only missing the instructions in 1Cor 11:27-30. A drive through communion without the true intent is evident within both type of churches.

I see communion as renewing marriage vows. When things seem a little dry spiritually, or when the Lord is showing me some repentance for a specific thing is due, or simply to remember His faithfulness, and
know that He has called me His own, communion is the vehicle of choice for those things. A time spent apart only for Him. Sometimes it’s an hour, hours, or a few days set apart, but each time is different in experience. Whether He shows a new revelation I’ve not seen before in the scriptures, or a quite time of rest, it always is a special time of feeding Christ.

  96. look at the birds of the air May 24th 2012

ok, so you wrote that than on there? just checking:)

  97. ValleyAnt May 25th 2012

Larry, the Bible warns of worldwide deception in these last days, but we aren’t to live fear-based. God will deliver those who love Him and the truth, because we are initially and finally saved ‘not by might nor by power, but by God’s Grace’. Don’t worry about the terminology (eg. double portion, latter rain, etc.), because the enemy wants to defile and poison every good thing in order to have people ‘discredit the baby with the bathwater’.

Michelle, you said, “A large revival in the west does not seem in the cards…” I don’t quite understand. I’ve met and heard many ‘professionals’ (doctors, therapists, ministers, health & fitness, etc.) who all have slightly different takes on similar issues; but truth isn’t our earth-bound opinions, learning, or experiences but God’s Word alone: “Your Word is truth” (Jn. 17:17). There are many good things that don’t ‘seem in the cards'; but the truth is that goodness and mercy are in the cards, because God is the One who holds the cards. The Bible says that both evil and righteousness will blossom in the last days, and God’s goodness can’t be relegated, because of satan’s cunning, to only certain places on earth, therefore, we should expect to see greater and greater manifestations of both satan’s and God’s kingdoms in the last days ‘in every place’.

  98. I was biking to work this morning Valley and the Lord gave me this scripture, “For the Lord is able to make him stand”, when He gave it to me I thought of sharing it with you…

Who are you to judge the servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls; and he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand. (Romans 14:4 NASB)

    Awesome, eh?

“For the Lord is able to make him stand”…

    Praise the Lord,

    Love in the Lord,

  99. Andrew May 25th 2012

Wilkerson’s words are not from the “NAR” crowd at all.

They are a classic Pentecostal understanding that I have read again and again dating from Azusa Street and before. There is no reason that there cannot be a dark hour of apostasy in which there is also a mighty Revival occur. In fact, isn’t such a thing even more needed?

    Bless you!

    Andrew Strom.

  100. I addressed one person, but the message was addressed to all and seemingly has fallen on deaf ears. Is there any one of you teachers of the Word that would care to speak through the Spirit of God concerning the following Words of Jesus Christ? Those of you who abbreviate Holy Spirit have already disqualified yourselves. Those who are un-churched and keep to yourselves in fear, but give out liberally of your own opinions, you are also disqualified for you do not understand at all the Body of Jesus Christ.

Then Jesus said unto the mockers of His day, John 6:53 “Verily, Amen, I say unto you, Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink His blood, you have no Life in you.54 Whoso eats My Flesh, and drinks My blood, has eternal Life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

Luke 9:26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of Me and of My Words, of him shall the Son of Man be ashamed, when He shall come in His own glory, and in His Father’s, and of the holy angels.

    Robert Glenn

  101. Acushla May 25th 2012

Our LORD Yahshua has made it quite plain that in the church itself, it will become the Laodician church and HE will spue it out of HIS mouth. This is what is happening in the Western nations. But at the same time there is revival. Here in Australia there is taking place Healing Meetings there is Healing taking place and there are those coming into the Kingdom. But in the 2nd and 3rd world countries there are hundreds of thousands of Muslims and others coming into the Kingdom and the Scriptures will be fulfilled that the Fullness of the Gentiles will come in. When that Number is complete the LORD will come for HIS Bride and there will be no delay. It can take place any day and we are to be ready having prepared our earthly possessions to be used for when the Angels and The Two Witnesses in Jerusalem proclaim the Everlasting Gospel in the last days before the Second Coming of our LORD Yahshua with all HIS Saints.

  102. Grace Campbell posted the below, which is so timely, for where the Lord is taking me these last years.

Grace said: “The Lord also told me years ago that the end time church would ‘have all things in common,’ and no one would say what they have is their own but would all share equally. I don’t know how that will happen or what that will look like but I know He told me this.”

Grace…is the church of the Latter Times all Believers as individuals who, as I do, consider all that I own to be God’s? When I gather with neighbors and friends in this area…I find myself often saying…our land, livestock, gardens, house, barns, water, etc., is not ours, it belongs to God, and when the hard times comes we will all share what we have together. I feel so strongly that all that I do is preparing to help God’s people when all is turned against them when the dragon turns to pursue those that have the Testimony of Jesus Christ.

  103. To Robert Glenn: I have been away for a couple of days. I am not sure I would be disqualifying anyone from understanding communion, based on perceptions, which can be faulty….but my understanding of the below words are as follows:

Then Jesus said unto the mockers of His day, John 6:53 “Verily, Amen, I say unto you, Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink His blood, you have no Life in you.
The above means to me that unless we make Him a VITAL, NUMBER ONE PRIORITY part of us, in our every fiber (as normal food is digested and becomes a part of the body) we will DIE FOREVER! It also is looking forward to when we will have the same body as He, and ONE mind.
54 Whoso eats My Flesh, and drinks My blood, has eternal Life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
The above refers back to the meanings of John 6:53 and also refers forward to The Day of the Lord, and the last day in that 1,000 years when all who have made Him their EVERYTHING will also receive their Eternal Body and ONE mind with Him. The Saints were already raised up at the last trumpet announcing the cleansing of the Sanctuary, and the beginning of the 1,000 year Kingdom of God on Earth when perfect non-confused teaching occurs for those who survive the Wrath, and did not take upon them the mark of the Beast which is to believe that the dragon is god when he comes to earth during the 5th and 6th trumps.

55 For My Flesh is meat indeed, and My Blood is drink indeed.
HE is the ONLY Way to ETERNAL LIFE….the ONLY FOOD that sustains eternally.
56 He that eats My Flesh, and drinks My Blood, dwells in Me, and I in him.
Ditto…..as He has said elsewhere, when we make God’s Will our top… priority, love, and need,….we….. through His Son, Jesus Christ become one in Jesus just as Jesus is one in the Father, and all are one in Will and Purpose and Life Eternal. No more need for Rule.

57 As the living Father hath sent Me, and I live by the Father: so he that eats of Me, even he shall live by Me.”
Ditto. We become One…..we are Restored. The Eternal Father is Spirit without form….He spoke the Light, Jesus Christ into existence so that He could have form through Christ. In the same manner….when we receive our Spirit Bodies we will have “form” through Jesus Christ.

Luke 9:26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of Me and of My Words, of him shall the Son of Man be ashamed, when He shall come in His own glory, and in His Father’s, and of the holy angels.
If one is ashamed or embarrassed to speak the Truth, and stand up for the Truth…the Only Truth….Jesus Christ..and the Word of God, when Jesus comes back as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, they will not be recognized by Christ….He will not know them….He will not look upon them…because they loved their life not unto death.

What do those verses you quoted mean to you, Robert Glenn?

  104. ANOTHER CLAUDIA POSTED THIS: I dont understand where the church of America comes into scripture.

  105. In answer to the other “Claudia”‘s question….Israel has been scattered over the entire surface of the earth. It is the people (His first love) of Israel, not the nation, that God is seeking to bring back into the fold after they shunned His Son, Jesus Christ. Many of the 10 tribes of Israel went north to Europe, Russia, and from there on over to America, which was the Wilderness on the other side of the earth back in those days. I believe that it is very possible that the last 1,260 days that the descendents of Mary are kept safe during the End of Days (Revelations), could very well be in America. It will be interesting to watch events unfold in the near future. Does America turn back to God for it’s leadership….or does it continue to look towards MAN, and ultimately the anticrhist system???????

  106. ValleyAnt May 25th 2012

Andrew, I got that passage a couple weeks ago regarding something else (both Rom. 14:1-4 and Rom. 15:1-7). But what is it supposed to mean for me when you got it. I also asked you something (‘moving on’) which you probably haven’t seen to answer yet.

(Also, looking now at Rom. 14 and Rom. 15, I just noticed that according to what Paul was talking about in Rom. 14, that chapter would end in Rom. 15:7 rather than in Rom. 14:23 if based solely on topic. That’s just an aside.)

  107. Those who have sacrificed and been in the wilderness obediently gathering manna and keeping the word of His patience don’t need to keep going around this mountain any more.

He always keeps for Himself a remnant, and that remnant has been CALLED OUT (sound familiar?) of the man-made church……….read what happened with Sodom, with Egypt and with Babylon, were they revived when the elect came out of them or did judgment come to them? These are not just metaphors of the world, but of the worldly church which have held His sheep captive. Wise to come out of her………then to do what? To wander around in the wilderness aimlessly? To run aimlessly as though beating the air?….. No, with specific purpose He leads us, as it is written….to journey to the mountains, to enter the Promised Land (His kingdom, His rest); to return to Jerusalem and rebuild Him a temple, but not with human hands – but most definitely NOT to reform/revive Sodom, NOT to put down stakes in Zoar which is just a smaller version of the same Sodom, and NOT to try and reform or revive Egypt and Babylon because they are all appointed for judgment, as it is clearly written down for our ensample………

The early church itself was only a REMNANT of the whole nation of God’s people Israel, selah….truly, please think on that!………………..………………………….. And then what happened to Israel/Jerusalem (also called Sodom) the official man-made (in Babylon) church of that time? ………not reformed, not revived, but rather, not one stone left on top of another. God will do what He has said He will do but in the midst of His REMNANT, not in the man-made church we have come out of. The walls of the man-made church come down so that any of His remaining sheep can escape and flee to the mountains as well.

  111. Michael May 25th 2012

I used to think after living 33 years as a Christian that I was going to live a full Christian life, then die and go to heaven. I never thought Jesus would come back in my life time because I never saw what I am seeing today in this world at my age of 59. I always thought Jesus might come in my grandkids or their kid’s life time, but not in my life time. I always believed he was coming but not in my life time. Even though no one knows when he is coming Jesus said we could know his coming was near when we saw certain things happening around us. God terrified me in 2002 when he showed me the RED GATE DREAM in my sleep. I thought the world was coming to end after waking up from having this dream. I turned into witnessing machine for Christ because I thought the end was so near. I started seeing change coming in my spirit to the church and our country in 2006. It was about this time that God started giving me visions of what the RED GATE DREAM meant and visions of what was to coming to California, country and world. He had me write down all that I saw and heard in this dream and visions. I posted what I saw in RED GATE PROPHCEY dream on this site and others in 2009. In the last few years I went from believing that Jesus was never coming in my life time. To him coming any time now! The first church believed he was coming anytime and 2012 years later most church people believe he is not coming till they die and go to heaven. You would think that most believers would believe that he is coming any time now, because of what has passed, and what we see going on today in this world. I am convinced that Jesus is coming at any time now like a thief in the night. I have been asking believers if they believe that they are going to live a long Christian life then die and go to heaven, or if they believed Jesus was coming soon, any time, or coming in their life time. I felt like shaking the people who said he was not coming in their life time and I wanted to tell them to wake up! wake up! and see what is going on around them. I believe this generation has been chosen to live in these last days as the end time church before his great coming. We are that generation that has been chosen by God to live in these great days to prepare for his coming and for his great work in these last days. These will be hard times to live through but also the greatest times to live through. Don’t worry he made his first believers who were not read, ready for his first coming just like I believe he is also going to make his believers ready who are not ready for his second coming.

  112. Ibelieve May 25th 2012

David Wilkerson made a lot of enemies within the church system itself.

He shared one time that when he was with a group of ministers and he had shared the Vision God had given him, that while he was sharing this several ministers walked out of the meeting saying it was not the Lord.

A number of places he preached at, he always made ministers uncomfortable.

It makes it harder I realize for those who are really called to the ministry as this becomes a type of a thorn in the flesh for them. False ministers following “another” Jesus trying to find fault with a mans character.

I am not surprised that anyone would be railing on David Wilkerson. This is not saying he is perfect or had to deal with his own humanity.

What is bad is when anyone tries to honor a real minister where honor is due everyone acts like this is praising a man.

Nonsense, there is nothing wrong in encouraging a Man of God, they need our prayers and support.

P.S. There is nothing wrong as well in abbreviating the Holy Spirit while typing with the letters HS. That is taking the christian magnifying glass to the extreme here.

Larry – you are wrong, my friend.

Wilkerson has said there is a great end-time Revival coming for YEARS and YEARS. He was a Pentecostal and that is what most of the old time Pentecostals always believed.

It is you who are “accusing” and calling people names, etc.

    Bless you!

  115. Friends,
There is an early and latter rain. In Israel we know this was an annual thing. The latter rain comes just before the harvest, so the parable ordained by God in the ecology of the chosen land is as vital to truth as it is simple.

This final reformation of the latter rain will break up the soil of many partial and false doctrines. Sola Scriptura has become an anathema, for God rewards men and men must diligently seek God or they have nothing, zero.

The Protestant Reformation mentality cancels out progressive illumination. God’s will is to always bring his church into greater light. Luther for instance wanted to throw away James and Revelations both. As a matter of fact Luther claimed that he would give his doctor’s cap to anyone who could show why James should remain in the cannon of God’s books!

That mentality is insane if one actually reads through James repeatedly. “Works salvation” and “sola fide” are phrases invented by men -NOT in the Bible – so as to limit the gospel down to an easy-believism and a very false “unmerited favor.”

Look at Genesis: Noah had favor in the eyes of God. Why? The Bible says. Abraham had favor in the eyes of God Why? The Bible says and you should diligently read Genesis if you do not know, I will not tell you, but it is most certainly there!

Is discipleship optional? Of course not. Salvation comes through Jesus Christ, real salvation. But Jesus came to save HIS people from their sins. And Paul said that the Gospel of which he was not ashamed was God’s power into salvation to whom? Read it and see. Salvation in Romans 1 is specifically and only to the believers!

I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for it is the power of God into salvation to everyone who is what? What are they doing? …to everyone that believeth.

Not to the lost. Not to the pagans. Not to the Roman heathen.

For by grace are ye saved. Whom? The heathen? The Ephesian sinners? No, the Ephesians saints Ephesians 1 teaches. Notice also by grace ye are, not were saved. God is saving his people, not unbelievers!

So wait then! How does one evangelize, how does one get people “saved?” The way the Evangelist John says, THESE THINGS are written that ye may believe that Jesus is the Christ. Only believers get saved. But wait, not all believers.

John 3:16 does not say “that whosoever believeth in him SHALL not perish, it says “should not perish,” NIV Bible has it very wrong. Should not is the verb form that shows uncertainty doubt and even maybe fear. It is the subjunctive mode and the subjunctive mode is in EVERY language including English as well as Greek. It is a simple grammatical thing. Read God’s words diligently or be prey to falsehoods, dear beloved!

God’s will is that WE are saved to the uttermost by coming to the Father in the Son’s name. However so much of the modern church is institutionalized by seminaries that do not even believe in the precision of God’s words and the necessity of trusting that God’s words (in the Greek) are pure words.

Purity is not a joke, it is not optional. For instance, Like what does Revelations 22:1 REALLY say? Every false Bible out there takes away the glorious nature from of the river from God’s thrown! How diabolical! Virused translations of the 20th Century all (over a hundred of them!) take away that pristine truth, God’s river is pure, pure pure!

It is the corrupted words that must be noted, discerned and compared if we are to understand how the institutional church has been violated, raped by the Enemy!

Paul said we are not as many which corrupt the word of God. Those “many” corrupters have not ceased. Those who would place viruses in the Bible code continue with us to this day and the revival we desire is dowsed by such terrible translations as the NIV, the ESV (God gave his only son????, God gave his one and only son, God gave his unique Son, etc???? NO! God gave his only begotten son, otherwise the doctrine of adoption is eliminated by such pointed language, or the Bible is made to contradict itself because the doctrine of adoption is sweet to our souls and a key part of Pauline – as well as – christological doctrines.)

Am I straying from my theme? No! We need the power of God today. We need the Spirit of God today! But that Spirit gave spirited words, true preserved words in the Traditional Greek text of the New Testament and generally shown in the KJV Bible. Either the words of God are holy or they have virsues, there are two streams of Bibles and we must discern.

Without discernment, without good judgment, throw away any hopes for revival brethren!! NO REVIVAL is possible for those who doubt God’s power to speak purely and precisely.

Enemies always seek to cloud and corrupt the code of a military force and the church of God has ceased to move manfully onward, ceased to sing Onward Christian Soldiers precisely because it does not understand the precision essential to the proper use of God’s words, for prayer, for evangelism, for confession, for heralding the kingdom, for discipling.

Yet the dirty little secret is that 99 percent of all seminaries use the Nestle Aland or UBS Greek texts; texts NOT from the Holy Ghost; texts that are corrupted and supposedly being restored! This is sick and caused apostacy.

The word apostacy is a falling away. However it is more understandable from its Greek idea which is this. It is directly related to the term divorcement and bill of divorcement. Apostacy in truth is an abandoning of a covenant partner!

Now it should not be strange that there is little holiness today in the institutional church because most folks do not perceive their relationship to Jesus as a bride, as a covenant, as set apart, as a holy and distinctive thing, just like a marriage: one man, one woman, NOT many.

How is revival possible if there is more than one master, or if one is not a disciple of Jesus Christ? Again, throw away ANY hope of revival if one is saved by that grace alone which teaches that discipleship to Jesus is optional. Oh dear ones, how many are the false notions in the church today simply because people do not read through the gospels initially so as to believe into (not just on or in as the KJV falsely teaches), the Lord Jesus Christ.

Yes I believe the mostly anglican translators of the KJV did make mistakes. En means “in” in English, and believing into Jesus is never en, it is eis which means into. This is at the heart of a serious problem, a problem where many people doubt that discipleship is essential. To believe INTO Jesus as the Gospel of John teaches everywhere (it never says believe in Jesus or believe on Jesus in the Greek inspired text) means there is an ongoing trust developing, as indispensible to a true believer, as a disciple.

Then in John 8 Jesus teaches the concept of confirmed disciples. Some disciples cease believing into Christ and they go away. As a matter of fact when Jesus says Ye are my disciples INDEED (confirmed disciples) “if ye continue (dwell, take up residence, abide) in my word” he is addressing Jews which were believing in Him. But they become offended and within a matter of moments he addresses these same seekers this way:

“YE ARE OF YOUR FATHER THE DEVIL!…” An amazing story, true! Yet very much needing careful and diligent meditation and prayer. That story applies today! People in the institutional church who have tried to believe “In” Jesus, and yet become offended if one suggests that their parentage or heritage is not sufficient, but rather confirmed discipleship is, can likewise be children of the devil and accomplish the works of the fathers who went about killing the prophets of God from Abel to Zacharius!.

I will close now, though so much is on my heart to encourage your diligence in studying the particulars of God’s words, not just the feelings or storylines, as important as they are for initiates, disciples. Yet if we desire revival we must believe in this God, our Father who is a precisionist, a prioritist (a God of order!) and a preservationist – He is truly glorious and powerful.

As we honor His word and His son, He can and will honor our prayers and efforts to begin and continue in a revived state, in holy love for Jesus Christ, despite others who doubt yet are self-righteous.

heh put his gospels or Hebrews or Acts on your phone and listen to it each evening. Your life will LITERALLY be transformed. All glory to Him and His tranforming word… But use the KJV please. :-)

May God richly bless you as you seek those blessings that come from his divine nines, those nine beatitudes by which HE REWARDS HIS OWN, as taught by His Holy Son, Jesus Christ. Matthew 5.\

Blessed are the poor in spirit (beggars!) for theirs is the Kingdom of the heavens!

Yours for Jesus’ sake and kingdom, Roy Magnuson

Ibelieve and Michael, good posts, couple of
    others too.
I really like what you shared openly Michael, ty.

The outpouring of the Holy Spirit is making me to see more so and
think about all the drink offerings being poured out
written in the word and the words, being poured out or pouring out).
Jesus, blood and water poured forth out of Him, for us. Just like
when we become born again, of water and of blood, and the Holy
Spirit becoming indwelt within our beings:) its in
my belly, but just trying to grasp this in my mind.

I saw this in Genesis and never realized Jacob had
    used oil .

And Jacob set up a pillar in the place where
he talked with him, even a pillar of stone: and he poured
a drink offering thereon, and he poured ***oil*** thereon. Gen.35:14
This is where God had spoken with him, the place of and
    much more.

    In 2 Timothy 4:6
For I am already being poured out as a
drink offering, and the time of my departure has come.

Jesus pours forth into us, and we are to pour or be poured out for
the Lord for it is a sweet aroma and pleasing to Him. The oil poured
upon the feet of Jesus- death and resurecction.

God did it once and for all the doing away with the sacrfice of animals.
Im not talking about this kind. But the *oil of His Spirit being poured
forth into us and Gods people pouring forth.

Mark 14:25 “I tell you the truth, I will not drink again
of the fruit of the *vine until that day when
I drink it anew in the kingdom of God.”

(O we cant talk about the wine because it has gotten
so polluted by the apostate and twisted that if u mention
the word people freak out. :o) even though its talked
of in scripture and from Jesus, himself )

Romans 5:5 And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured
out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.

Galatians 3:14 He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to
Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that
by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.

Ephesians 1:13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the
word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were
marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,
    Acts 2:33
Being therefore by the right hand of God exalted, and
having received of the Father the promise of the Holy
Spirit, he hath poured forth this, which ye see and hear.

The bible is so intriquently weaved from beginning to end and its amazing, never, never can we stop
learning such profound truths. I thank God for HIS word
given to us, no we dont have
    to read it,
    we GET TO !!!

  118. My first four paragraphs were not clearly written, I apologize… Please accept this edited version for clarity and precision on my meaning in the last post for those first four paragraphs! Thank you. RGM

There is an early and latter rain. In Israel we know this was an annual thing. The latter rain comes just before the harvest, so the parable ordained by God in the ecology of the chosen land is as vital to truth as it is simple.
This final reformation of the latter rain will bring a final spurt of growth to prepare for the harvest, so that the zizania (the tares) will easily be separated from the wheat. It will in this way separate the many partial and false believers with their false man-made doctrines.

For instance, “Sola Fide” has become an anathema as a theological term, for God rewards men and men must diligently seek God or they have nothing, zero. Yet by means of this term, sola fide, faith alone, Christianity suggests the impossible, God’s rewards are not really rewards after all. Man does not need to seek diligently. Men need not be disciples. God gives his best gifts for no reason? Man does nothing for salvation?
The actual idea from Paul is that works of the law cannot save – not that faith alone, (i.e. NO works) save.
Zaccheus climbed a tree! It did not save him, but without it he would not have been saved that day.
Then Zaccheus walked with Christ to his house. And they had dinner and clearly had some very important discussions. Jesus does the saving but Zaccheus had to repent, think and change his mind about things.
Then Zaccheus had to act on his changed mind. He had to determine that he would give back to all those from whom he had absconded as a tax collector. He had to stand up and confess these things publicly to the amazement of all who had gathered.
Then and only then did Jesus say that one and only time in the gospels, this is the “DAY OF SALVATION.”
Man must NOT do nothing; he must respond to God. He must repent. He must confess Christ. He must forgive others. He must be take up his cross, he must follow Christ, he must love God. He must believe “into Christ.” He must become a “disciple indeed” or remain a slave to sin, unsaved.
The regression back to the Protestant Reformation mentality cancels out progressive illumination!
God’s will is to always bring his church into greater light. Luther for instance wanted to throw away James and Revelations both. As a matter of fact Luther claimed that he would give his doctor’s cap to anyone who could show why James should remain in the cannon of God’s books!

  119. Dear Claudia and to all who have ears to hear,

There are nomenclature’s that should not be present in the expressed speech of Christians. We do not go around saying we are full of HS or they are full of HS, although in the disparaging vernacular of the world, many may agree.

I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. (John 14 verses 15 thru 18.)If a man loves Me, he will keep My Words and My Father will love him, and We will come unto him and make our abode with him. (John 14 verse 23 thru 24.)

“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, Who is in you, Whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price [being the Holy Blood of Jesus Christ]. Therefore honor God with your body. If any man defile the temple of God, God will destroy him, for the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.” (See 1st Corinthians 3 verse 16 thru 18 and 1st Corinthians 6 verse 19 thru 20.)

The temple of God is holy, for it has been bought with the Price of the Holy Blood of Jesus Christ. If any one defile the temple of God, God will destroy that person. The Holy Spirit of God the Father and the Son, only dwells where the Covenant Blood of Jesus Christ is received in faith as Holy.

If a man loves Me, he will keep My Words! Amen. So be it!

Twice in the Lord’s discourse in John 6, He says; Verily, verily, I say unto you. Those first two words “verily, verily” are transliterated words from Hebrew to Greek to Latin, to English, etc., and that word is universally “Amen” meaning “so be it”. You need to recognize Who is saying “I say to you” for He is none other than the Great AMEN: These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God. The Word of Jesus Christ does not fail, although men trivialize the significance to justify their finite minds understanding of the unknown Infinite. The gainsayers of the flesh do not create faith in the hearts of men, but color over the Word of God with their ignorance of the Holy. John 6:32 Then Jesus said unto them, “Verily, verily, [Amen, amen.] I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but My Father gives you the True Bread from heaven”. 35 I AM the Bread of Life: he that comes to Me shall never hunger; and he that believes on Me shall never thirst. John 6:53 “Verily, verily, [Amen, amen,] I say unto you, Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink His blood, you have no Life in you. My Words are Spirit and They are Life.

Amen, So be it. The Words of Jesus Christ has the finality of His Father’s Word for they are ONE in Infinite Essence. The Eternal Father in the Son and the Eternal Son in the Father. My Doctrine is not Mine, but His that sent Me. The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwells in me, He does the works.

Deuteronomy 18 verse 15 thru 19.) Yahweh thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto Me; unto Him you shall hearken; and I will put My Words in His mouth, and He shall speak unto them all that I shall command Him. And it shall come to pass that whosoever will not hearken unto My Words which He shall speak in My Name, I will require it of him

How foolish it would be for one to hear and not believe that Prophet Jesus Christ, for there is none other, Who is the very Word of God Almighty.

Roy said “Luther for instance wanted to throw away James and Revelations both. As a matter of fact Luther claimed that he would give his doctor’s cap to anyone who could show why James should remain in the cannon of God’s books!”

This should give everyone hope, and a perspective of God’s sovereignty over His word. The understanding of men or Satan will not trump or prevail over what His will is. That right there should bring some comfort and peace to those who get caught up in doubt of their own abilities. Knowing that in our own imperfections, for those who are called according to His purpose, He is able to work through us. Even sometimes in spite of ourselves.

    Thanks for posting that bit.

  123. Claudia, to suggest that God spoke Jesus into existence
takes away from the deity of Christ.Jesus was born of the Father and came out from the Father. The Father created all things ALL through Jesus the Son. The Son
was who God the Father was talking to when He said let
us make man.Jesus was with the Father before the world was and was on an equality with God.Your suggestion that God spoke him into existence sounds to much like oneness pentecostal who also take away from the deity of Christ.

At times Ive seen people who do it and do it and that to me is *deceit when one constantly does it. Than you do not read where the person is coming from, but it is anothers thoughts, not THEIR OWN!

Please be careful of the sacred name/ Hebrew roots movement stuff. There is a whole lot of bad fruit coming out of these camps.

  134. Keep you hair on Larry. You’re doing what you’re accusing others of. No ones attacking truth. They’er attacking someones opinion, & you only get upset when you’re too proud to have it questioned. What follows is VERY abbreviated for the sake of space. What is truth? Truth is a person, the Lord Jesus. We have a lot of facts we argue about regarding the Truth. Truth is the life of Christ we have in us & hopefully live. Truth is the life of dead facts, as works is the life of dead faith. Our arguments are carnal, just me speaking, & theres nothing wrong with that, we all do it. Truth, Christ Jesus, brings life. You see when God “breathed” His word into a person, this person then wrote what he got/recieved/breathed in from God, & he wrote it down, & so we got the Bible. All scripture is God breathed. The implication is breathed in…into His prophets etc. We now have all the facts of what God “breathed into” His prophets & they wrote down. It becomes Truth ie Life to us as we read it & God again “breathes” it into us by His Spirit. It becomes life if we recieve it or just a bunch of facts we know in our heads & then argue about. Tuth makes us free, not knowledge of the correct facts. Truth is the Life of Christ WHICH WE LIVE not what we know & affirm. Many have studied the Bible & don’t know the Lord Jesus at all. SO lets all share the facts of what we think about an issue & if our hearts are right & there is Truth in us, we wont get upset, we can recieve what we believe & be encouraged or corrected, but the life of our Lord in us makes us overcome the other stuff. It’s not who is right or wrong regarding the facts, although the correct facts are very important as they teach us who God is & how to live in Him, but lets all share with humility & love. NONE of us is all right or all wrong. God will breathe the correct facts & if were “breathing in” we will recieve Life from it & thus we will be walking in the Truth. Speaking & recieving Truth is much more than speaking or hearing correct facts
    Be Blessed – Ian

Goodbye. Promise to do it this time?

  136. Martin May 26th 2012

    Ian, you’re quite right.

The Lord Himself commanded us, Love one another, even as I have loved you. Agape love.

He didn’t add conditions: examine their scriptural knowledge, check their doctrine, only love one another when you agree.

He just commanded, love another, even as I have loved you.

Sometimes love is in the hard word, spoken in love.

  137. Hi everyone,
Going purely from what the Lord has spoken to me approximately 10yrs ago regarding the body of Christ……

Not long and we will come into a time when great persecution shall come upon the earth.

This persecution will be such as the world has “never seen since the beginning of time”. Yes, North America too.

I saw the saints work in deep, deep, deep darkness that had come across the earth. I cannot know whether it was physical darkness also along with spiritual darkness. The darkness was so intense that it had a thick, thick presence.

The saints spoke in quietness and stealthy secrecy with one another. They worked as if urgently, quickly, they had no fear, and were on but just one mission. To save souls.

There was great quietness and urgency in their mannerism. I saw that they had great power to heal, to set free and to deliver. I saw that out of their mouths it was as a sword. When they spoke it all came to pass instantly.

  138. In regards to Brother David Wilkerson. He was a great man who loved the Lord with his heart. He had deep convictions and understood the consequences of eternity on every human life.

No doubt, Brother David was not perfect, just like all of us, but he was more perfected by God’s disciplines on his life than many of us in North America. :)

Praise the God of glory for allowing a man such as Bro. David to live in our generation. I pray that God would continue to raise up His mouthpieces across the land and across the globe. Men who are frank, transparent, bold, humble and passionate about losing their lives for Christ sake.

I pray that I myself will leave such an imprint across the hearts of humanity before I exit into His presence. :)

We must be careful as Pastor Wayne said to not speak out against God’s dignitaries.

I see that in the charismatic churches there is evil spoken of against king David. That he was an awful and terrible man. If we speak like this, and against Satan and angels too, we are in terrible danger of the judgement of God on our lives. If your life is full of tragedy, look first if you have sworn and cussed God’s anointed, those here and now….. and those long gone.

  139. For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.  Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the Eyes of Him with Whom we have to do. Hebrews 4:12-13

O wretched me, why did this have to happen to me now, when things were going so good? It is difficult to see in our own lives that the Sword that is wielded by God’s Spirit will slay us in our selfish idolatry so that He can make us alive in the Spirit of His Son. He wounds us deeply in the heart wrapped in self so that He can heal us of this cancer that prevents our hearts expansion in the greatness of His Love.

And take the helmet of salvation, and the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God:
    Ephesians 6:16-18

I have no excuses before God,
    Robert Glenn

  140. Dear Lawrence and everyone else,

Please do not use other people’s names in statements on the web. Unless of course they have given full permission. Seems to me that this has not happened. This can be a betrayal of confidence, a very hurtful thing to do to someone.

  141. James Palmer….as I read your post where you called David Wilkerson a liar, because he stated that it is “Christ’s holiness that is imputed to us”…..and then you went on to say that he denied that we needed to die to sin…..I could not help but wonder if all your thoughts are always PURE, and HOLY….because if they are not….you are DEAD….because if you think the sin…. you have done it! That is what Christ taught. If you still think thoughts that are not HOLY than you are a sinner….unsaved…according to your belief. It does not matter that you do not act upon your thoughts…or do not dwell upon those thoughts. That is what Christ taught. It seems pretty clear to me that David Wilkerson was speaking the truth when he made that statement above. You are not dead to sin….I know that. We are to turn away from it when it confronts us. What confronts us? THE THOUGHT! What did Christ teach….that the thought itself is SIN! So…you are not dead to sin, like you might think you are.

In total…we are only saved because we accept Christ as our LORD and we accept the payment of death that He paid for us….and we do our stumbling best to follow Him while here upon earth, and His Voice. Why? Because we love Him, we want to be like that which we love. The ONLY purity that we have is because He holds us in His Arms, until the process and PLAN is complete, and we are no longer in flesh bodies…..but have the same body that Christ now has. Scripture says that when next we see Him we will be like Him.

Dying is a slow process sometimes…after we reach the age of 25 or somewhere around there, our body starts the dying process. Takes along time to die. When we finally die in the flesh we are no longer affected by the flesh. The dead in Christ will have that Holy Body. We Believers who are alive at His coming will be transformed into that Holy Body at a twinkling…when the 7th trump sounds. He let me experience that Holy Body…..and there was no sin within it, it was totally Holy and ALIVE. To be back in the flesh is comparable to being dead, compared to what it was like in that Body. That Body, which was One with Christ is the goal….at the end of the race….we must endure until the end. We do not yet achieve that perfection just because we are Believers.

We all sin…we are not dead to sin in the now….but in God’s time….it has been accomplished….because God’s time is eternal. What is to be, has already happened!!!! We just don’t know it…because we are trapped in this time zone of a Restoration/Sanctuary Prison for the duration of the process.

  142. Greg Gordon; As I read your words, I see a picture of a human shepard of God, with a group of sheep before him, and he than points to the horizon where the True Shepard, Jesus Christ, can be seen with a multitude of sheep before Him. The human shepard tells his little flock…there is the One you love….go follow Him…He is your Master now.

The human sheppard went into the nooks and crannies of the desert valley and found these few sheep, who were hungry and malnourished….and he brought them out of the crevices and showed them what would give them life and would nourish them. He did not try to take the place of the MASTER.

  143. Alaythea; Your dream was so the parable style in which Christ teaches.

I feel that your dream shows the truth…that the Latter Day church cannot come until the earth is being broken. It also shows that the true Believers will be here during the broken parts. That is where they are needed most….when the dragon tries to tear apart our earth sanctuary and stop the restoration process that Christ has prepared.

I pray constantly that those who believe they are whisked away from any tribulation coming…”rapture”……will not lose your Faith when you find yourself still upon earth. That you will pull up your boots and start working for God amongst those who will be tempted to follow the dragon, one world rule of man.

Read what Christ said regarding the last trump.

  144. Laura….no one is seeking “power” in these latter times…for themselves. We are willing to be wherever the Lord wants us to be, for whatever reason He chooses. We are willing to suffer as He suffered for us. We are willing to die for Him. We do not seek “safety”. That is the “Glory” of the latter day church body of individuals following Our Sheppard’s example. To choose Faith because it is a one way ticket out of tribulation is not the faith that is built upon a Rock. A Rock endures all things. In this latter day church all Believers have the authority to share communion, and to baptize in the Name of the Lord….just as they did when Christ was upon the earth in Mary’s time. It is not the “man” doing it…but the Holy Spirit who performs it….and who validates it.

I wish so that you all who believe the Scottish girl who had the dream given by the dragon about the rapture were correct! Do your research. The church of England and the churches of that time of her dream liked it and decided the church would not be here during the tribulation, based on her dream. That teaching did not exist before she had that dream. She was not a prophet. That is not what scripture teaches. That is what man teaches…because man desires not to suffer in the flesh.

Scripture teaches us to endure until the end…..that we will have to go through tribulation. Read 1st COR 15: 51-54 where Paul is teaching one of the mysteries of Christ. “Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we will be changed…in a moment, in the twinklin of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, than shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”

What are the last trumpets discussed in the Bible? The 7 trumpets in Revelation…the last Book of the Bible. The 7 trumpets come about when the 7th Seal is removed from the Scroll by the LAMB…the only one found to be worthy to set into motion the Plan of Man’s restoration…..starting with the first seal which is Christ (ALPHA) conquering the dark and making our world and our clay bodies, a place for the fallen Spirit Children of God….on a WHITE horse….just as He returns as OMEGA on a WHITE horse during the last and 7th SEAL, which is all about establishing His Kingdom upon the Earth…the final stage before the final judgement. (It is the PALE horse that is the antichrist system…a pale imitation of the WHITE horse….a dirty version. This is another false teaching that has been placed in the churches of man.)

Rev. 10:7=But in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as he declared to His servant the prophets. (Sure sounds like the race is over and the Saints have endured to the end of their race!)

What is the mystery of God? It is Jesus Christ, who implimented the Plan of our Restoration….paying the price on the cross, giving Him, as the Lamb, the authority to receive the Restoration Scroll and open the Seven Seals upon the Scroll which all lead to fallen man’s restoration. Our walk on this side of earth as Christians is not over until the 7th Seal is removed and the 7th trump sounds.

    No Les,
….Christ always pointed back to the Father. The Father is Spirit…and that Spirit formed the LIGHT, THE WORD…who was Christ…ONE IN, AND WITH GOD THE FATHER. Christ than formed our world as we know it…the physical laws we exist under. Christ also came into the world in the flesh via the Eternal Father indwelling Mary’s egg….so that He could be the LAMB SACRIFICE, replacement/payment for our DEATH. Christ than totally experienced the MAN flesh and yet remained Perfect, a sinless innocent offering. He now waits for the 7th Trump to sound, which Christ said only the Father knows the time of that sounding. When it sounds….Christ harvests His fruits, the Saints, dead and alive….and than the Angels of Fire despense the Bowl Wrath which harvests the tares and throws them to Christ who treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of the Almighty God. Than Christ takes over rule of earth.

The dragon within the churches of man has surpressed the teaching of Revelations by that Scottish deception lie… why teach it…we won’t be here! They also for the same reason have not studied and taught the Old Testament Prophets! All works that God put within the Bible to prepare and instruct His latter day people..and to prove to the latter day people when they see these things unfolding…that He is God!

To want to escape tribulation and suffering is carnal. Read in Romans 8: 13=For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. 14=For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 15=For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father . 16=The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God. 17=And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

When the 7th trump sounds, the Mystery of Christ is reveled, and we share in His Glory….having endured until the end, willing to suffer as He did……being here amongst those who will most need us. Only those who have the Holy Spirit will not be deceived by the dragon’s words. God will not remove the Holy Spirit, or His Saints, until the 7th trump. At that time the Holy Spirit will no longer restrain the dragon, and the Wrath will begin it’s work upon the earth cleansing the sanctuary. The Tabernacle in Heaven will be closed until after the Wrath is over.

  145. Larry , seriously , you need to look at your, part, the fruit of the spirit you show.

Being offended is not the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

Even if we are persecuted unfairly we are to rejoice in our sufferings as Jesus did before us.

Offense and defensiveness are the fruit of self righteousness.

    In Christs Love

  146. Lynn 2 May 26th 2012

Well hello guys – I am Lynn – First and foremost I respect David Wilkerson very much – a ture Watchman of the Lord.

here is a quote made here that I do agree fully with

if we use Joel and Acts together they fit like a glove because Peter says THIS is what was spoken of by the Prophet Joel and he quotes the the prophecy of the End Times outpouring. The way I read it, Peter was saying that the End Times were beginning and the Spirit was being poured out and has been ever since.

I believe acts was the fulfillment of Joel.

I did see a little of the THIRD DAY TEACHING in Pastor Wilkersons teaching with I do not agree with – but I do agree in these last days we will see a re-kindling of Christs saints joined to Jesus Christ in the most Glorious eternally minded surrendered saints ever this earth has ever witnessed -.

Scripture bears this out – MANY will be martred for the gospel of Jesus Christ and there is a set number for when those cry out to God how long O’God until you avenge them and God tells them untill the last one comes in.

I believe there are going to be to many to number saints of God full of the Holy Spirit that will go throughout the whole earth as Christ’s witnesses in these end of days

I believe Jeremiah saw this in Jeremiah 4 – the TWO GOLDEN LAMPSTANDS – and believe them to be both Jew and Gentile sealed by the Spirit of God – Christs bride being perfected.

truely the seperating of the sheep and goates shall be – for the earth shall be as Sodom and Gehmorah – just look at Americas President that now says he believes in Gay Marriage.

I believe the word of God bears out the earth will full of darkness during this time and the word says to Christs last day warriors One New Man in Jesus Christ both Jew and Gentile – Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people – so yes the pouring out of the Holy Spirit will be truely among Gods people during this time – but iz do not believe it to be another Pentecost – but the Bride whom has made herself ready – the Lord gave me a glymsp of this precious consencrated bride and she was radiant fully commited to the Gospel of Jesus Christ at all costs – I was ledin my spirit to believe in the last of the last days she would be everything Christ said she would be – in the messages to the seven churches and she would receive all Christ has promised in his message to the seven churches you want to see her heart read the message of the seven churches – it is Christ alone and the indelling Holy Spiri’s guiding t that will be at her side through it all and Jesus is truely her Master and Lord

I saw Christs bride men and women standing and some on their knees in a vision – hands raised towards heaven – and in such white clothing not a stain one – and a radience so strong she litterly did walk in what I would describe Moses face where the Glory of God did shine

Do I believe in a last days outpouring of the Holy Spirit yes – I believe Pentecost was that outpouring and it has continued to this day and will be rekindled in this Bride just as strong as it was at Penetcost – Jesus Prophecied it would be we would lay hands on the sick and they would be healed – his end days church his bride will be fully joined to him and wetruely will be being made more and more into his very image – it will be the greatest timess piritually since the beginning of the church for Christ saints – but the worst of times for those whom are of this world and without Christ..

Saints we have to come out of this world – and not be yoked with the many whom teach a false Christ and doctrines of demons – Jesus and Paul and Jude gave strong warning about this for many false christs/prophets shall arise and fool even the elect if possible and all we need to do is look at the condition of so much of the church today and see not only is it possible – it is happening -Jude said to grab them for the fires of hell if we can – the falling away and many will follow the antichrist.

I have always said not to harden our hearts towards them -in fact it is the Lord himself whom has counseled me in this by the Holy Spirit – when all hell breaks lose and millions in the church their world comes tumbling down around them some we will reach many we won’t but this is what Christ has called us to do – Go and make disciples – our very lives must become a refelction of Jesus Christ – and we must siege the moment and reach as many as the Lord puts in our path and this will take true sacrifice – Please read Jude 1 – this is the scriptures the Lord has given me to keep close to my heart for 2011 and again for 2012 as I sought the Lord for each year the path he would have me take.

So yes I do not frequant christian forums any longer – and yes the bickering and the so many false teachingin so many of the forums – I have finally decided to put my efforts elsewhere – BUT I DO LOVE CHRISTS SHEEP – and pray for them God truely wants none to perish.

    Blessings, Lynn

  147. I, too, don’t want to be a ‘wet blanket.’ I do feel though that Mike and NZKiwi have a point. Some things are hard to ‘pin down,’ but if we confine ourselves to “the words in red”, what did Jesus say?

Luke 18:8 “Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He find that faith on earth?” (Holman Bible and many others similar.)

I don’t know – I really can’t see a world wide revival in anything the Lord himself said, but continuing to expect great things in our own “area of the vineyard,” Yes! It’s up to us.

  148. I don’t hang out on christian forums except for this one I receive a newsletter and read now and again time permitting.

Because the vast majority of the christian conversation online is but trash talk. People building their own kingdoms and every man and his dog is a prophet, an apostle and so on. Every man to himself and high and lifted up. Nobody will be told what to do today, everyone is wise in their own eyes.

The Hebrew Roots Movement has permeated every crevice of the church and every website it seems. Jesus never promoted all this but it’s a holy cow today. And I say this being an Israeli bloodline myself.

Jesus says narrow is the road that leads to life, and few shall enter it. He is talking about those who confess His name. So most of what is spoken of today is but fluff and amongst the fluff there are voices who are crying out and they are from God.

Glory to Jesus, blessed is His name alone. To Him be all glory and power. Amen.

  149. Lynn 2 May 26th 2012

I believe when Jesus said will he find faith on the earth – no he will not because I believe when he personally physically comes to earth Revelations shows us he comes with his army clothed in fine white lined and that is us saints and he comes ready to fight – those whom are of this world – that is when he will not find faith imo.

so I do not believe this scripture relates to the times we are his witness here in the tribulation – on this earth – because we will have already been taken – don’t want to change the subject so won’t say too much but I believe the scriptures to show we will be here during the Scrolls and the Trumpets which are within the seventh seal – and then taken and not here for the Wrath of Gods Bowl Jundemnebt scriptures say they Blasphemie God during the wrath poured out in the Bowl Judgements.

I do believe the true Bride of Jesus Christ is being made into his image and readied for the coming tribulation even as i type. and she will begin to arise and we will see a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit – in the not so far away future – I look forward to this I have dreamed of this to see this bride fully commitment and so eternally minded serving Jesus Christ in the darkest of times she will truely shine just like the disciples.
Blessings, Lynn – Pray one for the other.

  150. Dear “look at the birds of the air”. You’re right. According to what we usually read Jesus did say “the Kingdom of God is within you”.

However, it was not spoken to us. He was speaking to Pharisees (Luke 20-21).

The KJV puts “among” in the margin for “within”. Jesus was demonstrating the rule of the King hence the Kingdom was among them.

The Kingdom is not in us; we are in the Kingdom.

After receiving Christ many understandings are revealed to us as we grow in Him.

I would dare to say that there is one absolutely glorious understanding that is the greatest.

It is this: “He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,” Colossians 1’13NKJ. What can we say to that?

We can be “giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light,” v.12.

How can we not but express a devotional attitude of Christ being seated in our hearts and yielding to Him.

However, after securing our salvation, Heb.1’3; 8’1 and Eph.1’20 tell us where He is and that we are with Him.

    “How wonderful, how marvellous!’

  151. look at the birds of the air May 26th 2012

Hi Ron, thank you for expounding on that, also when I was thinking about the word you used in your first comment about the Kingdom of God, ” the land” that can also refer to our hearts, because thats where the Lord breaks up the fallow ground, tills/plows to prepare the hearts and does His best deep work within us.

When I was reading your comment I thought about the Kingdom of God, His very presence, not just in us but around us, in the midst of all that we do. And as you said it really is about the heart, thats why Jesus, when they say lo here is or there, Jesus replied, no, the Kingdom of God is within, meaning it cannot be seen physically, for He ***reigns in the heart***.
Again, thank you for expounding:) yea, how wonderful and marvelous!

  152. Kelling May 26th 2012

White horse with rider with bow in Revelation is the false Messiah, Yashua returns with the double edge sword coming our of his mouth, the word the alph through the tav. How do you describe a cup? Greek :it is a rounded object with a nicely blue paint covering and a wonderfully sloped convex appearance. Hebrew: To drink out of. Scary Messianic stuff right?

  153. Michael May 26th 2012

I heard David Wilkerson in my fancy church 30 years ago as a three year old Christian. I never heard a man preach like him again in my church. It was the greatest sermon I ever heard in my church. He was never invited back to our church again because his preaching was convicting and offensive to anyone wanting to live a fake Christian life. I felt something in my spirit jump for joy when I heard him preaching real truth that day. I thought I had the greatest church and pastor in the world back then till I heard David Wilkerson. He challenged me and made me more thirstier than I was at that time. He was one of the true last crusaders that I loved listening too. I Loved him for that.

  154. Michael May 26th 2012

    Hi all,
Claudia says that to want to escape the great tribulation is carnel.Jesus wants us to escape it He said so see Luke 21:36 and Revelation 3:10.There are many proofs of the pre trib rapture. We need to live Holy lives in these days lest we miss being taken.I challange anyone to really search the Bible like the Bereans to see the truth because with a surface reading it is not all that obvious but it is there. The truth is always attacked so to me it is no surprise that the pre trib rapture is attacked by so many others. It is the post trib rapture that is false.See revelation because the church is not mentioned after Rev 3 until Rev 19 when we return with Jesus.
Be ready with Gods blessing from Michael

  155. Michael May 26th 2012

I used to believe the post trib rapture but not after searching the Bible for monthes.

  156. Amen Michael, His return is immenent, it could be today, any other view of the Rapture puts limits on His return.

  157. Actually, Michael…..what I posted was MID Trib rapture….after the trumpet tribulation, and before the Bowls of Wrath….which come in at the sounding of the last trump…7th trumpet.

  158. God gave me a word about revival about six months ago. There will be a revival and it will be led by whom The Lord chooses.

  159. (Luke 21:36) Christ said: “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to STAND before the Son of man.”

Prior to verse 36, in Luke Chapter 21, Christ talked about the generation of the fig tree, which generation we are. He also, in Luke 21, PRIOR to verse 36 above, talked about the Son of Man coming, which triggers the Bowls of Wrath that are poured upon the earth….the most terrible “woe”. Obviously, verse 36 is speaking of the WRATH that we are to escape. This event (His returning) is very clearly defined as happening at the 7th trump. In between the period of the trumpet woes and the Wrath woes.

As to Rev. 3:10=”Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.” (This is speaking of the last Hour that the dragon is let loose (See Rev.Chapter 20) at the end of the Mellinium….to test the hearts of the flesh that was perfectly taught during the Mellinium period of Christ with us. The Saints are kept from the testing….because they are already in the immortal bodies which they received at the rapture when Christ returns to commence the Bowl Wrath which cleanses the earth for His Kingdom of 1,000 years.

Read Revelations 8 through 11…consecutive events of the 7th Seal opening witnessed by John. (Chapter 12 is a summary chapter of events from Old Testament to when the dragon is cast to earth in our time.) Read Chapters 13 through 15, a continuation of consectuve events of the ushering in of the Lord’s Day. Chapter 13 of Revelation continues from the events of Chapter 11, and is a consecutive event to Chapter 14. Chapter 13 is all about the dragon/beast being here (who came in Rev. Chapters 9-10)
upon earth (5th/6th trumpet events) while the saints are here also.

Read Rev. 14, particularly the part about “Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus”. 14 is so all about the Saints still being on earth and being encouraged to be patient…keeping their faith (not being deceived by what the dragon is claiming…and worshipping him. Remember the scripture that says even the most elect will be deceived if not for the Holy Spirit? If the Saints are still upon the earth than so is the Holy Spirit. They are still upon the earth, and the dragon came to the earth during the 5th or 6th trumpets.

And, Rev. 14 so clearly describes Jesus harvesting His fruits, His Saints, just before the Bowl Wrath starts in Rev. 15. The Saints are still on earth in Chapter 14 of Revelations, from verse 1 up until the rapture which starts at verse 14….Christ on a white cloud harvesting His Saints. Had the saints been taken away before the trumpet period there would be no need to mention them in scripture in Chapter 14 so clearly, a continous event right on into Chapter 15 which is the Wrath (which we miss.)

You will also notice within Chapter 14 of Revelations, while the Saints are still on earth, that the city Babylon has been destroyed (not the false system, but an actual city that represents the worldly system…could be New York where the UN is located, and much of World Trade now…but the trade center is shifting, as I write)….(this “war” period is the events of the trumpet tribulation)….and that God actually sends an Angel to announce a final warning to people (including the weak Saints who were not raptured before all this as they were taught by man.) to not worship the false beast and his image. He cares enough to give this final warning via an angel….because by this time those who believe in the PRE rapture will be very shakey in their boots…wondering if any of what they were taught by man is true. God sends this angel to announce to the entire world. Man of course has interpreted this “angel” to be “missionaries” throughout the world. NO….this is not symbolic….but actual events…unless the “angel” is symbolic for the two supernatural Witnesses. This angel comes after the dragon arrives….with all his supernatural stuff….so it is probable that only those with the Holy Spirit will believe this angelic announcement. To all others….Christ’s coming will be like a thief in the night, they will be going about their business….thinking that they are being blessed by the dragon….only they won’t realize he is the dragon. Even tho God has the Two Witnesses proclaiming the truth during this time also. Perhaps they are the “angel”?

Check out verse 14:12… “Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth…” Can’t be “in the Lord” if the Holy Spirit is not on earth enabling same! So…I guess the Holy Spirit is still upon the earth during the first part of Chapter 14.. just before the Bowls start in Chapter 15. When the Saints are “harvested”…. I believe that most of you believe that is when the Holy Spirit….the Restrainer….is removed from the earth???? That is when things get really bad, with the starting of the Bowl/Plague in Chapter 15!

Rev.15:1 starts with the announcement of the 7 last plagues (Bowls), and immediately in the 2 verse it describes the “sea of glass” that had gotten victory over the beast (they were not deceived because they had the Holy Spirit within them…True Believers….not having taken the Lord’s Name in Vain.) These are those that were raptured at the sounding of the 7th and last trumpet within Chapter 14…and are STANDING on the crystal Sea of Glass singing praises before the Lord…..those of the harvest of Christ that took place in the preceeding chapter 14.

It is so sad that orthodox churches…especially during my generation…neglected study of Revelations….the very book besides the Old Prophets that were specifically given by God to assist the Saints of this generation! It was the first book of the Bible that God led me to read as a little girl (7-8 yrs old) when I found the unused Bible tucked away in a drawer, long forgotten by my parents. I had only the Holy Spirit as my teacher…no parent….no church of man to put blinders of tradition and falsehoods on my eyes. I can still remember asking God to help me understand, I didn’t go to my parents or any other person to help me understand these things I was reading about. Thank you Lord….or they might have directed me down the path of tradition! I did not understand alot of what i read as a girl….but God has helped my understanding, especially when He gave me the Dream of our Restoration Process…in my late 30’s or early 40’s.

No where in the Bible does it ever say that Jesus makes a special trip to retrieve His Saints…coming twice after His ascension.

I so hope that when you find you are not escaping the trumpet period that you do not lose your faith, because of the faultiness of man….because you had more faith in man that in God. That is my ferverant prayer. My hope is that when you read these scriptures, and when things happen as they say….you will realize that man taught you incorrectly and you will still be able to be patient and endure to the end…..without turning to the false one who will be offering you a dark hope of better times.

Chapter 12….is about the age of God developing the 12 tribes of Israel, leading to Mary, the birth of Jesus, who was caught up to Heaven…but will return. It talks of the dragon being cast to earth during our generation, not being able to persecute the Jews (because they have been hidden throughout the entire earth in preparation for these times, and so the dragon turns on the Saints…those who have testimony of Christ…the adopted Child. From verse 9 onward the dragon and his fallen angels come to earth. May seem like stars falling from the sky.

Chapter 13….is about the dragon setting up his kingdom upon earth, ….and on into overt war with the Saints…soon coming. The 7 Trumpet Period spreads from 12 through Chapter 13. I believe that man will have a World War III and that the anticrhist and the dragon will than intervene and bring peace to the middle east. A one year peace treaty broken mid way….not a 7 year peace treaty. During this “peace” the Jews may even try to accomplish animal sacrifices again….an abomination to God, because of His Son, Jesus Christ, the LAMB. I could see the dragon encouraging the Jews to do this! Because it is all about taking the place of Jesus Christ….that is why he hates the Saints, because they will not believe in him.

Chapter 14….is all about the 7th trumpet sounding, with the rapture of the Saints, and the gathering together of the tares so they can be harvested by the Bowls of Wrath.

Chapter 15….shows the transfigured Saints standing on the Sea of Crystal Clear Glass, which is symbolic of our new Spirit Bodies. God used this same Crystal Clear like Glass body in the dream He gave me, when He showed me what He is doing now on earth and how He is conforming us to His image. He put me within this body that all Saints will receive. There is no greater Gift, no greater richness to receive, anywhere…..no greater state of Being that we could possess. It was after that dream as time passed, and I truly started studying the Bible, that I came accross the “sea of glass” in Chapter 15….and so realized why God had shown me the results of Christ’s Glorious Task, His Mystery,….as being a crystal clear, transparent, 9-10 month old baby held uplifted in His hands, towards the Heavens, towards the Father. His completed Glorious Task!

The next Chapters of Revelations 16, 17, 18….give more details of events already described in Chapters 14 and 15.

Chapter 19 is all about Christ setting up His Kingdom on Earth, the sanctuary having been cleansed by fire with the Bowls of Wrath.

Chapter 20 is about the Mellinium, and the dragon being let loose at the end of it….to test those who have been perfectly taught by Christ and the Saints during this 1,000 years. And it leads into the Great and Final Judgement.

Chapter 21-22, is all about the New Heaven and the New Earth that once more is as God intended it to be…after the Mellinium. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. What I have been praying for since I was 4 years old. And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

And He that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And He said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be My son.

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. (I believe that this is the Saints who are now one with God….His Bride….just as Christ is one with the Father.

Rev.22:17=And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

Rev.22-21= The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

THE END….ALPHA AND OMEGA….IT IS DONE…..Our Chapter, anyway!

  160. Kelling, you have been taught by man’s traditions.

The first seal is Christ with a bow, but no arrow. ALPHA. White horse (purity) and a crown (Ruler). He has no arrow because His body is the Arrow that conquered all for us….on the cross. He came to the Cross, and He came at the beginning of Restoration to make our earth, our bodies, and start the process of Restoration…and He comes to complete the process. God’s time is not like ours. It is Eternal. It was, and is, and is to be. Past, Present, and Future….all wrapped into One. The price on the Cross gave Christ authority to create our Restoration Place. It has all been done…we just don’t know it because we are trapped on purpose in a time zone.

The Second Seal (Red Horse) is the dragon, apostasy, against God’s Will. The Liar, the one who wants to murder God’s children.

The Third Seal (Black Horse) is commerce, economy, providing our own provision, because we are cursed from the Garden of Eden.

The Fourth Seal (Pale Horse) is the antichrist system, including all false religions that point away from Christ.

The Fifth Seal is of Martyers, caused by the Pale Horse influence.

The Sixth Seal is the Age of Man, glorifying Himself supported by th dragon.

The Seventh Seal is the Spirit of God, Omega, revenge, and setting up the Kingdom, and on to the New Heaven and Earth…completion.

Man has interpreted these seals as only having to do with the End of Days. They are not.

Each Seal is a Spirit which when the Lamb tears off the Seal, that Spirit comes to earth and mingles with all the other Seal Spirits, until the events upon earth cause the filling of the Bowls of Wrath.

Each Spirit remains until Christ returns. The first 3 Seals were torn open by the time Cain slew Abel. The 4th Seal was already upon the earth when Christ was crucified…Christ spoke of it. The 5th and 6th seal were loosed before or at Christ’s crucifixion. The 7th Seal could happen at any time.

Events of any of the Seal Spirits (picture them as colored waters…with only the first and last being clear waters of God) can occur within the others…as they are all mixing upon the earth. Events described for the 6th Seal could happen within the 7th, because of the way they intermingle…like waters poured within a basin. Picture the Scroll of our Restoration with it’s 7 Seals standing above the earth…picture the earth as an empty Bowl with 7 holes near it’s top brim. Picture each seal being opened and pouring into the Big Bowl. (Actually, picture the first seal creating and holding the Earth Bowl, and also filling pouring itself into the Earth Bowl. As the Bowl is filled, the spirit waters start seeping out of the holes in the top brim, and they then fall and fill the 7 Bowls that are beneath the holes. These are the Bowls of Wrath. When the events of earth cause the Bowls of Wrath to be filled, God waits no longer….His Wrath comes. When the spirit of the 7th Seal pours into the Earth Bowl…it causes the overflow that fills the Bowls of Wrath.

I drew out this on my Treasure Page of our goat business website if you want a better vision of the process.

  161. I called it my treasure page….but the index on the goat site lists it as CHRIST’S GLORIOUS TASK. Once there….click on either 70 YEARS OF DANIEL or SEALS, TRUMPETS, BOWLS.

When we started our goat business along time ago, and I made up our website…I decided that even if it offends some, and we lost business….just as I tried to give them information about goats as I learned as a beginner in the goat world, I must also share Christ….who is my Treasure…..as I learn of Him.

  162. Claudia said.
No where in the Bible does it ever say that Jesus makes a special trip to retrieve His Saints…coming twice after His ascension.

Rev 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

This is His 2nd coming which is in “the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God”

Acts 1:11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

We are told here that He is comimg back in “in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven” Did He leave in “the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God”?

    Claudia said
A one year peace treaty broken mid way….not a 7 year peace treaty.

Dear Claudia Daniel disagrees with you and so does John the Revelator.

    שׁבעה שׁבע שׁבוּע
    shâbûa‛ shâbûa‛ shebû‛âh
    shaw-boo’-ah, shaw-boo’-ah, sheb-oo-aw’
Properly passive participle of H7650 as a denominative of H7651; literally sevened, that is, a week (specifically of years): – seven, week.

    a week (specifically of years):

Rev 11:3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. (First 3 1/2 years)

Rev 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. (2nd 3 1/2 years)

The tribulation (70th week of Daniel) is to THY people (Jews) and THY Holy city (Jeruaslem) According to Dan 9:24.

Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Rev 1:19 Write the things which thou hast “seen” and the things which “are” and the things which shall be “hereafter”

Write the things which thou hast “seen” – chapt 1.

The things that “are” (In Johns day and now extended into OUR DAY, the 7 Church’s) – chapt 2&3.

The things which shall be HEREAFTER !!! OUR DAY !!! – chapt 4 and onwards.

I like to read the Revelation, the way that John was told to write it (The past, The present and The future “hereafter”)

Rev 4:1 “After this” I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be “hereafter”

This verse starts out with “After this” which is AFTER the seventh Church (Laodicea) in chapt 3, then a door is opened in heaven: and the first voice which John heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with him; which said, Come up hither. This is a type of the pre trib rapture of the Church. Then John is shown the things that must be “hearafter” That is, after the Church is raptured. The rest of chapts 4&5 are telling us what will be going on with the Church IN heaven. Then John witnesses FROM heaven Rev 6:1-2 which is the first seal being opened which is the beginning of the tribulation. And NO mention of the Church again until Rev 19.

    Every blessing.

  163. Kelling May 27th 2012

Thank you Claudia for your insights. 2Tim 2:15 Study to show yourself approved. in the book of Revelation Yashua is the Lamb only the Lamb is worthy to open the seals. In Rev. 6:1 The Lamb opens the 1st seal, then the rider of the first horse appears with a bow, bow is usually seen as the enemy, it goes a conquering. 6:3 The Lamb opens the second seal. Who opens the second seal, the rider who is conquering?, is it the Lamb, no he is in heaven opening the next seal, remember only the Lamb is worthy to open the seals. Lets look at the order of some of the other scriptures: Come in the clouds(Acts 1:9-11), At the start of the Millennium(Rev. 20:4-6), Circle the Earth (Rev. 1-7), Catch the Saints up to be with Him(1stThess.4:14), Land on the Mount of Olives,(Zechariah 14), Smite the enemies of Israel, (Rev. 20:9) Build Ezekiel’s Temple,(Zechariah 3:8), Serve in this temple both as Israel’s King and as Israel’s High Priest,( Zechariah6, Hebrews 6:20,( Finally the Saints will be given supernatural bodies, which will be given supernatural bodies, which will sustain them for a thousand years while they rule and reign right next to Yashua, Rev. 20:4-6. Shalom in Yashua.

  164. Here are the words of Jesus regarding His own return to this earth.

    Matthew 24:29-31

“Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”

Jesus will not be returning to this earth until ‘immediately AFTER the tribulation’.

    John 6:35-40

“And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. But I said to you that you have seen Me and yet do not believe. All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

When is Jesus going to raise up the righteous dead? At the last day.

The dead in Christ will be raised FIRST and the saints who have endured until the end will be changed at the last day, at the last trumpet when Jesus returns.

    1st Cor. 15:50-52

“Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”

Here’s a few links to check out for those of you who believe the pre-trib rapture doctrine.

  165. Michelle May 27th 2012

There are two separate group of people seen at the throne of God.

One group is there after the 6th seal.

The Great Multitude Out of the Great Tribulation

Revelation 7:9After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and tribes, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; 10And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God who sits upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

    and this group

Revelation 15:1And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is completed the wrath of God.2And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. 3And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are your ways, you King of saints.

The last group may tie into the 144,000 out of the tribes of Israel that are sealed.

Revelation 14:1And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.2And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: 3And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty-four thousand, who were redeemed from the earth. 4These are they who were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they who follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These were redeemed from among men, being the first fruits unto God and to the Lamb. 5And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.

God always keeps a witness left on earth, and that is the purpose for the angel who is appointed in this verse.

Revelation14:6And I saw another angel fly in midheaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and tribe, and tongue, and people,7Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment has come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Jesus appointed Christians the task of preaching the gospel. It is only reasonable that they are no longer here if an angel has to take up the duty.

  166. Lynn 2 May 27th 2012

Andrew I am sorry I did not want to distract from your Thread even mentioned that in my second post – maby you can get it back on track. This was about the Outpouring of the Holy Spirit?

  167. Lynn 2 May 27th 2012

My name was mentioned here so I just came to clarify what I believed and not to see this turn into a Pre-trib Post trib?

  168. Ken1….Dan 9:27; the “week” that you refer to was misinterpreted by scholars. It was refering to the sacred year within the jewish calendar that is a 7 month period that contains all the 7 Holy Feast Days and the 7 Holy Sabbaths. “sevens”….”weeks”. Man interpreted that as years.

The Christ coming back with the sword in his mouth is coming at the 7th trumpet….when it sounds,…. as is Christ’s harvest of His Saints while standing on a cloud, while still not yet here….we go to meet Him…. just before that King of King, Lord of Lords coming with the Sword in His mouth, and the armies following Him., in Revelations ….and then we return with Him to help with the trodding of the winepress of the Wrath of God.

You have been taught what it means by tradition. You don’t put all the scriptures together. They must match….and the must agree if they were interpreted correctly.

The last trump sounds….Christ is given the sycle to harvest His fruits…Revelation picturing that as Him standing on a Cloud, than the angel of Fire gathers the tares together, and Christ descends down (the Saints are not here to see this picture…that is why they were told they would see Him in the same manner as He descended…with the cloud) with His army of Saints following Him! We are behind Him when He rides with the Sword….or when He is pictured riding with the Sword. The Harvest of the Saints has already occured, just before that. Read the entire Revelation, Chapter by Chapter…and you will see the picture enfold that matches all other scriptures in the Bible.

  169. There is a chart on this site:

That places all those Day prophesies within the structure of the Last Days, including the 70 years, and the 2,300 Days the sanctuary is trodden underfoot.

  170. Dear Claudia
Was Rev 11:3 and Rev 12:6 a missinterpation also?

How do You interpertate Acts 1:11 as against Rev 19? He is coming back in LIKE MANNER as ye have seen Him go (Acts 1:11)

Rev 19 He is coming back in THE FIERCENESS AND WRATH OF ALLMIGHTY GOD.

By deduction, does that not imply that He is coming back at another time other than Rev 19?

    Every blessing.

  171. Rev 11:3=1,260 days for the Two Witnesses. Read verse 2…it speaks of the gentiles and 42 months, which is 1,260 days also, but does not mean that both occur at the same time. The Two Witnesses may well start during the latter part of the Global rule and extend into the dragon takeover. Don’t forget…one of the things that the Two Witnesses will be doing is pointing towards the coming Christ as King, not the Global Ruler. The Witnesses will also be witnessing against the dragon when he claims to be God.

The UN or some Global system first takes over Jerusulem after the wars break out over in the middle east. Than the dragon takes over from them….and his term does not coincide with those of the antichrist system Global Rule. The time that Mary’s offspring are kept safe in the Wilderness is also 42 months or 1,260 days.

Rev 12:6= the devil has come down amongst you and has but a short time. This also doesn’t disagree with my conjecture.

Rev 19 is the Fierceness and Wrath of God. By my deduction is does not! Absolutely, and no it doesn’t. The trump begins to sound. Christ raptures us from the clouds. Than He forms up into the army of Saints and continues on down to Earth with the Wrath of God. When we are raptured He does not touch the earth. Don’t forget that the Spirit Body that Christ has is not restricted in action as our earthly bodies are. He can change in an instant. Just as can the dragon. Spirit is not the same as flesh. Also don’t forget that when we next see Him coming in the cloud for us…we may have dropped dead and are seeing Him with our Spirit Eyes. When we are united with Him….the earth will see us with their flesh eyes in the fierceness and Wrath of God.

When one is making up a scientific experiment…they cannot jump to the first conclusion…but have to think of all possible scenerios that fit ALL of scripture. There are many details that remain unspoken and unwritten.

Before we continue this written dialog…and so that you understand what I am saying better….you need to see all the Day prophesies charted out and how I believe they can fit into the end times of 2,300 Days at the end of which the sanctuary is cleansed. Click on my name and than scroll down to the index and click on Christ’s Glorious Task, than click on 70 Weeks of Daniel in the index .

  172. Michelle;

Rev. Chapter 6 is all about the Seals…and Outline which was given to John….from the beginning of creation through the 6th Seal….up to the Day of the Lord’s Wrath..(7th Seal) . The 6th Seal contains the huge earthquake…which science is even now monitoring the movement of. Because the Spirit and events of the Seals intermingle with each other….I don’t know if this is a separate earthquake from that which splits Mt. Zion in the 7th Seal, when Christ returns….or that it is the same earthquake. Maybe there are two.

Than in Chapter 7 John is given another separate vision with more details which occur within the 7th Seal….specifically the trumpet period….the tribulation, but not the Wrath….which is the Vials or Bowls.

In this vision of the coming 7th Seal, before the trumpet angels start to sound, he sees a period of quietness, a pause, while the 144,000 are marked, who will meet Jesus on Mt. Zion when His foot splits it after the 7th trump sounds.

Verse 3 of Ch.7 definitely is refering to the first four trumpets which are released when the 7th Seal is removed.

I believe that verse 9 in Ch. 7 is refering to the martyrs that come out of the trumpet tribulation period. Especially in the way that Chapter 7 ends, with wiping their tears. (Christ said that there will be martyrs in the end days….the 5th Seal also revealed that the past martyrs have to wait until the future martyrs have been killed. You will note that the 5th Seal martyrs also were clothed in white robes and were slain for their testimony of God.)

Chapter 8 of Revelations describes the 7th Seal being opened….and starts out refering back to the pause that John saw in the Chapter 7 vision. “And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.” This is the same pause where the 144,000 were marked…already refered to in Chapter 7 Vision. THEN…he is shown the first four trumpets. Which I think happen all at once….a war in the middle east, destroying 1/3 of the area there….possibly hitting spots in other places. Perhaps a nuclear war, affecting the oil fields. I think that is why the 144,000 were marked for safety before the 4 trumpets sounded. they are faithful Jews, and they are in that area….my belief.

Than Rev chapter 9 shows John the 5th and 6th trumpet events. These are the ones that I think usher in the dragon and the demons, etc. that have bound in our ancient past for their interference. He sees them as locusts, and their King he is told is the dragon. I think there is a distance between the first 4 trumpets and the 5th and 6th. This is where I conject that the Global Rule (antichrist and one world religion false prophet) takes over Jerusulem to stop the war….and than the dragon steps in, or possibly he and his demons are involved in the entire war. Call me a heretic, but I would not eliminate the possibility that the fallen angels might come as extraterrestial UFO types. There is a huge study going on regarding this field. Maybe they back the One World Global Rule to bring peace to mankind???? Study the various ancient histories of the people of earth….and the Bible also supports the fallen angels breeding with the daughters of mankind back in Enoch’s time. Than they were bound and forbidden to interreact….but I think they still keep watch on earth.

Chapter 10 is a vision of a myster being. I lean towards him being the dragon, masquarading as god with his “salvation” plan for mankind in the latter day.

Rev.10:1-2 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth, And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.

Ezekiel Chapter 28 (11-19) has a description of the dragon, the ancient king of Tyre in the Garden. Fiery feet? Read it…it is God telling the dragon back than what God plans for the dragon, his end. Spooky how it matches the fate of the dragon described in Revelations.

Once when I was studying, for the first time when I read Revelation 10, it came to me that this mighty angel was probably not Christ. This Rev. 10 angel is linked to the 7 thunders, and to great beauty, and to legs of fire. I have heard in the old Testament where satan was referred to once by God speaking through the prophet that satan could walk on fire. (Ezekiel 28) Also….the rainbow on the head, great beauty, speaking like a lion, one foot on the sea (sea beast) and one foot on the land (land beast). I have always wondered about the 7 thunders……eventually coming to the belief that they have something to do with the antichrist reign…and I pretty much have placed them around the time of the 7 trumpets. I also have always wondered why John was told to seal the sayings of the thunders….and the only reason I can think, is because it is the plan of the Dragon for his imitation of Christ. I also, most of all, have always wondered why the book tasted sweet in the mouth, but was bitter in the stomach. I have over the years given it alot of thought. But, if this “angel” were the Dragon, the Son of Perdition, coming back to imitate the Savior (the great deception)…..If the book was the “phony salvation plan” of the Dragon, it would seem sweet…..but because it was false….when it hit the stomach it would not be digestible and would not nourish the body….but make the body sick….unto death. Also John is told to go up to this being and demand the book/scroll from him. John than does that saying, “Give me the book”. Would he speak this way if it were Christ? Don’t think so.

Than Revelations Chapter 11 is a vision given John of the Two Supernatural Witnesses…which are eventually killed…and rise after 3 days and ascend into the clouds, …ending with the 7th trumpet sounding.

“And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.” Who is that “beast”? It is the dragon…who I think is the messiah that the Islamics are waiting for who comes out of the “well”….also think it is the being in Chapter 10 of Revelations…which comes during the 5th or 6th trumpets.

Can you see how these chapters 7 through 11 could relate sequential events? Seals to the 7th Seal, which release the trumpets. Events of the trumpets within the 7th Seal, including the first four and the 5th and 6th…than a chapter on the dragon, and then a chapter on the Two Witnesses who witness against the antichrist system and the dragon’s claim to be god, their ascension (rapture) at the sounding of the 7th trump. I think our rapture is at this time also….because it is the last trump mentioned in the Bible.

Than Chapter 12 through 14 give another vision of the same events with more historic details. (Seal One) A vision of Christ being born, His involvement with the 12 tribes, (Seal Two) the dragon coming on the scene, and his continued interference with the restoration of mankind…up through the rapture and into the Wrath of God.

Than Chapter 15 continues the sequential events where Chapter 11 left off…showing the raptured Saints….. a sea of glass mingled with fire….as they will be (at least some of them) helping Christ trod the winepress of the Wrath of God…Fire.

Yes, Michelle….Christ appointed the Christians to give the testimony of Christ, but they, as a group, failed. And, He knew they would. Just as the Garden of Eden also failed because Adam chose his will over God’s Will. Until mankind is one mind with Christ and God’s Will he remains incapable…imperfect…tho many do their best. Otherwise….any Christian could have paid the price on the cross!!!! God knew all along that we fail, and provided within His Restoration Plan……the Mellinium Reign of perfect Teaching…Christ and the transformed Saints…before the last and final Hour of Testing at the end of the Mellinium, before the earth and heavens are remade, and turned back to the uncursed eternal condition.

  173. TyronePalmer,I just wanted you to know I agree with you that there is no pretrib rapture.
God’s people never escaped the beast kingdoms in the old testament.Just as God raised up those beast kingdoms to bring repentance He is raising up this last end-time beast to bring His people to repentance.Tribulation is for the Church. The wrath of God[year of recompense] is for the unbelieving after the 7 year tribulation. The second half [3 1/2 years] is referred to as Great Tribulation.
Here is another great teaching on tribulation and rapture.
    God Bless

  174. ValleyAnt May 27th 2012

Sarah (MotherofNations), thanks for your words. You said in part, “People building their own kingdoms and every man and his dog is a prophet, an apostle and so on. Every man to himself and high and lifted up. Nobody will be told what to do today, everyone is wise in their own eyes.” I still see ministers of all types and of every status (known and unknown, in exalted positions and in humble positions) trying to make their own kingdoms. No one will yield or wait on God or on others; as in the days of the Judges of Israel when there was no deliverer, ‘everyone does what is good in his own eye.’ This is still beyond me.

Thanks for talking about the work of the Saints to save souls when thick darkness spreads over the land. Talk is especially cheap among Christians (it takes fire and real trouble to bring this truth to the fore), and I look forward to when persecution (being hated by all), loss of outward hope (no government or outward thing to lean on), and thick darkness (real causes to ‘fear exceedingly’) make Saints of us.

Also, I’ve been around some ‘Hebrew roots’ stuff, and it never one time sounded like God because it isn’t. (On another note, I’ve also been in a Messianic church where the spiritual atmosphere was so permeated with the presence of the Law and Tradition masquerading as Jesus and Grace that the air seemed stifling, and I began to feel sick.) There really is no other ‘way’ but the Way Jesus set out for everyone; and the way really is narrow.

  175. Claudia, You misunderstand the scripture 1Jn 2:27 And as for you, the anointing which ye received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any one teach you; but as his anointing teacheth you; concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, ye abide in him.
    if we are to take this scripture at face value then there is no need for the five-fold ministry.Eph 4:11 And he gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
Eph 4:12 for the perfecting of the saints, unto the work of ministering, unto the building up of the body of Christ:
    These are men called of God to teach.Anointed to teach.The [any man teach you] part of the verse is referring to these type of men Eph 4:14 that we may be no longer children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of MEN, in craftiness, after the wiles of error;
We are told to try the spirits in men.1Jn 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but prove[try] the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
Actually you are trying to teach men and it is men that you should allow to teach you.
1Ti 2:12 But I PERMIT NOT a woman to teach, nor to have dominion over a man, but to be in quietness.
    1Ti 2:13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve;
1Ti 2:14 and Adam was not beguiled, but the woman being beguiled hath fallen into transgression:
1Ti 2:15 but she shall be saved through her child-bearing, if they continue in faith and love and sanctification with sobriety.

What you said, Claudia, is by and large my understanding of the subject as well.

Only, consider the first time the word wrath is spoken in Revelation is here..

Rev 6:17For the great day of his wrath has come; and who shall be able to stand?

That is said directly after the 6th seal. Then the 144,000 are sealed, and then the multitude is seen at the throne of God.

The reason I believe the multitude are the saints who have gone through the first 6 seals, and have been raptured is because we are not appointed unto wrath. 1 1Thes 5:9.

The first 6 seals are not the wrath of God, but the consequenses of man’s actions for turning away from God and breaching their contract with Him. Nothing exists in a void. Boot God out of a society, and His protective hand lifts off the society. Satan then is able
to fill that void with his agenda.

It will become impossible for saints to preach the gospel of grace. If we cannot fulfill what the Lord comissioned due to the violence of men (as in the days of Noah), then He will come and set up a situation where those who reject submitting now, will submit later. Whether that be by His Rod of Iron, or by willing submission. That is what the 144,000 are left here for. And the angel who testifies of the gospel after that.

I see this as a court case. In order to pass judgment there must always be at least 2 witnesses. The angel will be a witness of the rejecting of the Lord, as will the Lord Himself be a witness through that angel. As well as the earlier witnesses of the saints, and the group of Jews will also be a witness. It will be the biggest case in history with Jesus as the lawyer of defense for those who remain faithful. He is the investigator, defense, and executor of the sentence. The warnings become the judgment if there is no repentance. Each step of the way, each act of wrath is a warning to His creation. Repent, and be saved.

The Lord gets angry, but what is the reason for that anger? It is because His Bride, and people are cut off from obeying His commands. Not because of their unwillingness, but because of the state of the world.

God’s focus is on His People, and everything that happens is for the reason of making them a Holy Nation before Him. It is not all about wrath poured out on those who do not tow the line, but about the development of His people. For their defense, protection, and ultimately their rule.

  177. “And, as for you!” Interesting statement which indicates much of where you are coming from, Les! ;-)

I never made reference to the scripture 1st John 2:27….this scripture comes from mistaken assumptions on your part. I do not claim, as many do on this list, to have an annointing. I claim to use my heart and my mind, and my soul to study scripture with the help of the Holy Spirit.

Actually, Les….if you studied Old Testament you would see that there were women who led, even in war, and taught, etc. Jesus did not once teach that women were in a different place than man. It was the men that followed him, (such as those you quote above)who were still attached to their cultural issues, as are the Islams of today. I do not look to the man, but only to Christ and God’s Words through His prophets. Show me in the 10 Commandments where men or women are expected to act differently. We are all equally responsible for our actions, and for putting others before us.

As to Adam, it was his responsibility to teach Eve, and he did not do it. He followed her of his own free will, and then in front of God(Christ), after the fact, he blamed her. God did not like that. Eve did not make excuses before God. It was that inability of Adam to take responsibility that caused the fall within Eden, and the curse. They both played their part equally. In a marriage the man should have the authority and the responsibility..for the sake of “peace”. If he does not exercize that authority and responsibility the woman must take up the slack in a godly manner….that is not a sin. In the time of Mary, it was the woman who did much of the prospering of the household, even unto buying lands. The woman of the man ran very much of the holdings, while the men gathered together and talked within the village.

It is misunderstood traditional teaching like you have that caused many to be burn’t at the stake, and to be called heretics, because those mislabled heretics followed God and not man’s ideas of how things should be. Joan of Arc comes to mind.

The only perfect MAN who walked this earth was Jesus Christ. He is my leader….and my authority. Show me where He ever, even once put woman down below man. Show me in His words. He treated the women just like He treated the men. He showed no favor or prejudice.

You and I both probably (I can’t speak for you because I am not you) strive to understand as best we can. Christ will not hold that against us if our love is for Him, over ourselves.

Christ said: ” It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” If the “word” or statement came from a prophet speaking God’s Word, or from a Vision within the Bible sent from God, or from the mouth of My Lord Jesus Christ….than I will listen to and live by those words. All the other words from all the other men in the Bible are from their own understandings and writtings as recorded by scribes….and these understandings are sometimes colored by the culture within which they were born and raised. That is understandable, because they were not yet perfected and one in mind with Christ. Christ did not want to tear the cultures apart on this earth if they were not causing harm. He walked in “Peace”….not abiding evil….that He did not tolerate. It is God’s Word alone that I follow to the best of my abilities. I apologize if that offends you. I mean no offense.

And…as for you, Les…..peace be with you.

At one point in his life Dereck Prince was walking on the cliffs of Dover and giving thanks to God for all His blessings and goodness toward him. Dereck had achived a good deal he was head master of a school and a missionary and well respected in his denomonation. The Lord spoke to him and said,”are you satisfied or do you want to go on?” Dereck in his guiless maner confessed, “I did’nt know there was an on.” He told the Lord, “I will have to get back to you on that.” He went away and for the next week prayed and fasted and sought peace in this matter. Then he returned to the cliffs of Dover and announced ” I want to go on.” The Lord said lose ten lbs and move to America.”
My point is are you satisfied or do you want to go on?

  179. Dear Brother Andrew,
My comment on the David Wilkerson article on the last days Church is that I am in complete agreement with it. And it bears witness with all that The Lord has shown me on the subject. If Jesus comes back for anything less than a book of Acts Church, He would be a failure. He is not a failure! The (True) Church will rise up in these last days to heal the sick, raise the dead and cast out devils. These signs shall follow them that believe, Mk. 16:17. If you “believe”, you will work the works that Jesus did and even greater, Jn. 14:12. Believe in what? Believe that you are DEAD and Christ, The One Who The Father has sent to DO The Works and Will of The Father through you, is alive in you to DO The Works, Jn. 4:34; Jn. 6:28-29; Gal. 2:20; Rom. 6:7; Col. 3:3. And the false Apostles, Prophets, etc., will be like Jannes and Jambres, in the end they will not be able stand before The Truth in The Body of believers because His Judgment will be upon the debaters and resisters of Truth that have raped and pillaged His Bride, 2 Tim. 3:8. Those that resist and oppose The Truth will be exposed through Judgments and they will not proceed any further, 2 Tim. 3:9
Jn. 16:13 …He will show you things to come.

Many years ago The Lord showed me in a vision that He would bring His Church out of this world similar to the way He brought Israel out of Egypt. There would be great Judgments on His adversaries and He would bring us out with a high hand of praise in His Glory and there would not be one lame or one sick among us. Subsequent to that vision, years later, The Lord showed me in visions, dreams and angelic visitations that The Bride would be prepared in 7 years: there would be 7 years of a great outpouring of His Holy Spirit all over the world (with signs and wonders that eyes have not seen, nor minds imagined). Then the rapture would take place and there would then be 7 years of tribulation. He confirmed this to me in Genesis 41 through Joseph’s interpretation of Pharaoh’s dream of 7 years of plenty and 7 years of famine. Joseph, a type of Christ, gathered the grain (the last harvest) into his garners during the 7 years of plenty. Then in the 7 years of famine Joseph (a type of Christ) draws his brethren (the Jews) to himself. It will take the tribulation to convince the Jews that Jesus is their Messiah. The Tribulation is for the Jews (“Jacob’s” troubles), NOT the Church. Also there is a type of this outpouring depicted in Noah and the ark. God The Father is calling all to come INTO Christ (in a baptism of DEATH), Who He sees as righteous before Him, Gen. 7:1. The rain represents the final outpouring of The Holy Spirit and the ark lifting off the ground represents the rapture, Gen. 7:17. Also concerning the last days Church, I was in a prayer meeting before a church service in 1995 and The Glory of God came down upon me, (it is like liquid light), and I had a vision in this glory. My vision was somewhat like Tommy Hicks’ vision, (google Tommy Hicks’ vision). While standing in The Glory I had 360 degree vision and could see around the whole world. I saw men and women of God full of the same Glory light (liquid) that I was standing in, going to others offering them the light (in The Gospel of Kingdom = we must DIE by “The Faith” in order for Christ to Live) like a ball of light in their hands. The people they went to either received or rejected that light in their hands. If they received it they came into The Glory Light and in turn went to others to offer it, (that when He comes and knocks they may open unto Him IMMEDIATELY, Lk. 12:36). Those that did not receive The Light in the ONE True Gospel went off into darkness and were never seen again, 2 Cor. 4:4; 2 Thes. 2:10-12. I saw this activity happen at a rapid rate and sweep through entire cities and countries in a short time. It was the sickle of the last harvest. I say hospitals were emptied through mass healings causing great turmoil and great anger by physicians and nurses, etc. (who in their greed could only see their profits disappearing). I saw people in the Glory being transported by The Holy Spirit all over the world like Philip, Acts 8:39-40. They looked like fire flies being transported all over the world. Where ever they landed fires of revival broke out and the Glory light started spreading from that epicenter. Soon the whole world was covered in the Glory light from all of the Church of Jesus Christ having been glorified all over the world. Then I saw all the Glorified Saints rise to meet The Lord in the air at the sound of the trumpet. As the individual Body members gathered in the air they were formed into a giant Bride of Christ and raised up into heaven as Jesus ascended from the Mt of Olives. As The Bride was going up the great judgments of God’s wrath were being poured out on this world. At one point during this whole process I saw myself standing before people and my hair (that I have very little of now) grew out long and I would go in front of them and swing my hair around in a circle and they would fall out in the power of The Holy Spirit. (do not know what that meant, but I saw it). I also saw all the tares (resisters, debaters, prognosticators) in the Church were exposed for what they were by The Glory: fakes, deceivers, implants of satan, naked of glory, wretched and blind to their spiritual condition. They ran off to hide themselves. Some fell on their faces repenting and saying, what must I do to be saved.
Jesus walked the earth for forty days after the resurrection showing many infallible proofs of Him being ALIVE before He ascended into heaven, Acts 1:3. I believe the dead in Christ will do the same before the rapture, 1 Thes. 4:14. Job said that he knows that his Redeemer lives and that even though worms eat his body, he knows that “in his flesh” he shall see The Lord, Job 19:25-27. How did Job “know” these things – by The Spirit! How do I “know” these things – by The same Spirit! I believe that I will see Job and many other resurrected Saints walking on this earth at least 40 days before the rapture, presenting MANY INFALLIBLE PROOFS to all the unbelievers that Christ IS ALIVE (meaning that He is sinless), and that He has paid the price for all sin, (or else the believers, in His Sacrifice, could not be resurrected, Rom. 6:23). The Holy Spirit in Heb. 11:40 tells us that they (The Saints that have gone on before us) without us, (The Saints alive and remaining today), will not be made perfect (mature, in the full stature of Christ). This is that Bride I saw forming in the sky from all The Body members (past and present) at the last trump. The Holy Spirit tells us that the last enemy that shall be destroyed is death, 1 Cor. 15:26; Rev. 9:6. I believe in this last great move of God the dead will be raised in mass by The Body of Christ as a testimony and proof that Christ is resurrected from the dead and that He paid the price in full for all sin. What can wash away my sins? Nothing but The Blood of Jesus! Not water baptism, not religion, not sacraments, not rituals or rites, not faith in anything but your DEATH with Jesus Christ on His cross!
The Holy Spirit is calling: come My Beloved! Jesus is calling: come My Beloved out of this world and its religions and lay down all that you are at My cross that I may BE your LIFE, before it is too late. I purchased your body for My Life, NOW lay down your life and let Me have your body that I may live and BE your EVERLASTING LIFE, or else you will FIND your life that you refused to give up in hell for eternity. Jesus will only appear to those that are looking for His return, Tit 2:13; Heb. 9:28. It will take faith to look for His return and be raptured, Heb. 11:5. And the only Faith Jesus will be looking for when He returns is The “One Faith” He left His Church with: that we are crucified with Christ and we no longer live, Eph. 4:5; Lk. 18:8; Rom. 6:3, 7; Gal. 2:20; Col. 3:3; Matt. 10:38-39; 16:24-25; Mk. 8:34-35; Lk. 9:23-24; 17:33; Jn. 12:24-25. If you are not “believing” with this ONE FAITH, you will NOT be glorified and you will NOT be raptured. You WILL be shown up for what you are when The Saints are Glorified and you WILL be left behind to experience The Wrath of God with all the rest of the unbelievers that denied The “ONE FAITH” Christ left His Church, and denied Him the sacrifice of their lives so that He could use their bodies to LIVE through, Rom. 12:1-2; Psa. 50:5. This is not speculation. This is not a debate. This is an ultimatum from The Truth. REPENT and accept the DEATH Jesus is offering you as your own by “The Faith”, or else perish for eternity without The Eternal Life of Christ, while you foolishly cling to your puny little sin riddled life that cannot be patched, Rom. 6:7.
    Love in Christ,
    Rev. Daniel K. Hathorn

  180. Michelle; I can understand your reasoning.

Rev 6:17 For the great day of his wrath has come; and who shall be able to stand? (Your Bible)

Rev 6:17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? (Online Bible KJV)

Note above that the King James Bible (not that it is the only Bible…I am not one of those…..the Holy Spirit can overcome all things of man.) has “is”, instead of the “was” that your Bible contains. “Is” is future. “Was” is past. That is why we have to study the entire Bible for understanding…all the God words through the prophets, all that Christ said, and study all the visions given by God within the Bible. Even than…we are fallible….and it is not salvational that we understand all things.

That chapter 6 was discussing the Seals up to the 7th…but the 7th has not been discussed yet within that chapter. To me, it ends pointing forward to the next Seal…the 7th. The trumpets and Vials are within the 7th Seal Opening. I perceive that the 6th Seal is the Age of Man, and when this age’s time runs out…the 7th Seal is opened by the Lamb. The Lamb waited to see if man/gentiles could do the job…just as He waited to see if the Jews could spread His Glory all over the entire world. Neither were able to do that…..He knew it…but He waited for their free will to be determined.

The above scripture, the way I read it, the speaker is aware that the next Seal in line to be opened is the 7th. The “great day” and the “wrath” come in the 7th Seal’s release. It occurs and is covered by the 7th Seal. The trumpets (tribulation) and the Vials (Wrath) are both in the 7th Seal. We are raptured inbetween the two, spared the Wrath. My understanding from my studies is that the 7 trumpets are sequential (some occuring at the same time 1,2,3,4, and the 7 Vials follow the 7 trumpets. This is clear…because Revelation scripture states that at the 7th trump, the angels are given their Vials. The 7th Seal is all about God’s final act and revenge, and setting up His Kingdom…Day of the Lord stuff.

It is kinda like getting the daily newspaper. We know that after receiving the Saturday Paper that the next one is the Sunday Paper. It’s time has come. That is the way I understand it. When and if the middle east breaks into mighty war we will know that we are spared the Wrath, not the tribulation.

I have listened to scholars and their interpretation of the Seals, Trumpets and Vials. So many out there. Many believe that they work as a team….but one totally cannot pair them that way.

For example: the first Seal, first trumpet, and first Vial all speak to the same event. And so on through all 7 entities.

You know what? If you pre-tribbers are correct, that is fine with me! ;-) Tho we will miss a TREMENDOUS opportunity to help others if we are gone.

  181. Michelle; Ignore my past and future comparison. My grammer recollections were in error. I think my brain latched onto the “shall”. Either way…the speaker is saying that we have just come to that point…and goes on to say….”who shall be able to stand”…..that is future.

  182. Daniel K. Hawthorne;

Thank you for sharing your Vision. The Dream given me was much simpler, but said the same thing. There is only ONE FAITH…Jesus Christ. We are DEAD, and only become ALIVE when we ask to be in Christ’s ARMS…resting in Him, and submitting our life and will to His direction. Than at the end, those who endure to the end will receive our Restored Spirit Body which is like His.

I read your Part 1 sermon on the website that is covered by your name on this forum. A good one. I really liked how you referred to the “Daily Sacrifice” that we all need to be doing. I am reminded of the scripture that talks about the “Daily Sacrifice” in conjunction with the Latter Times and the abomination……being taken away. Daniel Chapters 8,9,11, and 12 speak of the daily sacrifice. I so far to date, feel that the “daily sacrifice” is Christianity….when that word is used by God to Daniel.

Thank you for making available That website…African American Missionary Organization Ministries…

Who shall be able to stand? Is. 33:14-16
The sinners in Zion are afraid…. who shall dwell with the devouring fire? Who, among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?
He that walks righteously, and speaks uprightly…

  184. Hi All i am currently doing a study of the history of the history of the rapture doctrine including post trib. and pre trib. it is not looking good!
My increasing conviction from scripture, fulfilled prophecy, history, and experience, is the Jesus could i return any day now to earth. No “rapture” no further tribulation, no going away for 7 years, it seems that there is other sound explenation in history for all of the above to be satisfied today! the greatest controversy and most important would seem to center on time stopping the – “gap theory” ann the identity of the “prince that shall come.
Why were all the reformers so deluded when they identified the anti Christ as the Papal system?
In its temporal power stage this system claimed:
The Catholic Council of Trent in 1545 declared this:

“We define that the Holy Apostolic See and the Roman Pontiff hold primacy over the whole world.”

Throughout the centuries of Rome’s existence, the popes have regularly claimed to be divine. As the supposed successor of Peter, the Pope claims infallibility, the position of God on Earth, and ability to judge and excommunicate angels.

The Catholic Council of Trent in 1545 declared this:

We define that the Holy Apostolic See and the Roman Pontiff hold primacy over the whole world.i

In the same century, Cardinal Robert Bellarmine stated this:

All names which in the Scriptures are applied to Christ, by virtue of which it is established that he is over the church, all the same names are applied to the Pope.ii

“…the Pope is as it were God on earth, sole sovereign of the faithful of Christ, chief of kings, having plenitude of power.”
Lucius Ferraris, in “Prompta Bibliotheca Canonica, Juridica, Moralis, Theologica, Ascetica, Polemica, Rubristica, Historica”, Volume V, article on “Papa, Article II”, titled “Concerning the extent of Papal dignity, authority, or dominion and infallibility”, #1, 5, 13-15, 18, published in Petit-Montrouge (Paris) by J. P. Migne, 1858 edition.

Anti (instead of – opposed to) Christ (the anointing – the anointed one/ones)
For that matter Hawking the high priest of Atheism anti Christ. One web site even has Prince Charles as the future “Great anti Christ” Whoa God has spoken to us by His son lets discount dreams, vision, interpretations, that do not stand the test of Chapter verse, History unfolded the Fure is in HIs hands and it is well for the Christian If God fed the OT prophet using ravens and a widow with a cruse of oil (read Holy Ghost anointing) that failed not. how mush more will He care for us in these last days! Pslm 91 ” He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High – (the mystery hid from ages Christ in you … in my fathers house are many mansions (temples of the Holy Spirit ))…shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty…….it shall not come near you…. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee…….Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. (no rapture away here! note: it is “at thy side”)”
